James Spearin (HVAC Technician) with American Mechanical was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process. Mr. Spearin provided me (4) different estimates upon my request to improve my air conditioning performance, and answered all of my questions. I will be calling American Mechanical in the future and requesting Mr. Spearin to perform the work.

I was not called to confirm the appointment. At 9:30 am I called and was told by a gentleman that I would be called by the scheduler. I was not called. I called back at 11 am, was told, by a lady, that my technician had one appointment ahead of me, and that he be soon. He arrived at 4 pm. The technician was very friendly and competent. He gave me a good explanation of the system, to be installed. This my first encounter with this company and they did impress me with their customer service. It is only because of the technician, that I may continue with this project.

Professional and thorough

Kristin performed semi annual maintainance on our heat pump system plus made repairs where needed. We liked her professionalism,knew her business and explained service and repairs as she was doing them.

I had a hot water heater installed and a bathroom remodel. It ended up being a 3 party project so I got to work with several different reps and they were all awesome! Great work! I'm super happy with the final result! Would definitely use them again in the future!

This may well be one of the best companies I've had the pleasure to do business with. They installed my whole house generator seamlessly and everyone from managers technicians to customer service personnel were very polite and easy to deal with I would highly recommend American Mechanical to anyone needing to have any work done.

A company should keep you informed especially if they have a problem. This did not happen. Crew was good but problematic. Will not happen again.

The plumber was on time, courteous and found the leak quickly. He fixed it and was gone before I knew it! Nice and very polite.

I hired American Mechanical to replace the quest piping in my home. They were very responsive and very flexible with scheduling. Even with the speed bumps you'd expect with a project of this size, they were able to finish on time utilizing their available work force.
