Water heater installation

I had American Mechanical install a heat pump system in September of 2012. At the time, I purchased a ten-year warranty. A capacitor recently burned out, and American Mechanical honored the warranty, making the repair at no cost to me.

I was kept aware of technicians arrival time, so I was able to run errands and always know when the tech was going arrive. Drew ran me through the procedures and show me the all the data associated with the A/C pressures. I like the facts. Drew was friendly, considerate and professional, I felt confident the maintenance was getting done properly and effectively.

Communicate well via phone & Internet. On time-on scheduled date. Only negative. They charge twice what was a fair price. Felt like I was trapped into paying more than one "estimate call" or agreeing to the high "book" price!

They are very efficient, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and use technology to your advantage in scheduling, updating, etc. I have a 5-time maintenance program for our generator, and I am very happy with the service I have received. Each tech has explained things in great detail so that I can understand.

I had to call more than once to have generator start-up routine completed. However, when technician did show, he was very thorough. But he was a bit too fast in explaining some or all of the features and cautions. Although he knew quite well what he was doing, he got way ahead of me in explaining details. I had to explain to him that he was more or less leaving me out of the process.

Tony and his team did a great job. They kept me informed on the status of my job showed up on time and completed the job quickly.
