Didn?t hire them. The consultation was atrocious. The professional consultant was dishonest and disrespectful. Answered questions flippantly and indignantly. And ultimately tried to ?sell? us on a solution that ranged in price from 12-16 thousand dollars. Three other consultants served to set the boundaries of what defined the above behavior. Further, collectively, their solutions to our problems ranged in the 7-10 thousand dollar range. We didn?t know anything about HVAC prior to this, but greatly appreciate the consumer advocacy afforded by companies and consumer reports. The experience w American Mechanical, though short, was so bad that I?m shocked we were connected to them.

They came on time, listened to what I needed.They have me a price and time I was happy with. They did a great job. I would hire them again. They installed a new tub facet because the old one was rusted shut.

My tech was Avi. He really knows his way around a generator. Very nice working with professionals.

Two men came in, and got right to work. Found the problem and got it fixed inside an hour. Good teamwork. I would hire them again.

Pro advised that an electric tankless water heater was not the best route to go for my home. American Mechanical Installed a new 50 gallon water heater instead.

Quick company initial response. Although the schedule was busy, the AM had a tech to the house the next afternoon. Tech called ahead of time about time of arrival. I don’t usually hire electricians due to having a bit of an electrical background myself but the gentleman did a great job! My only complaint was it was a bit expensive. But the problem was fixed.

The installers were great! Jon hooked us up and got us running. He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything before leaving. He was very patient with us "older" people. I would highly recommend American Mechanical. They installed and serviced our generator at our former house and this was why we chose them again. Excellent service, very professional.

This company went out of its way to have a tech come out in less than 24 hours from my inquiry with Home Advisor. They fixed the heating system for my tenant who was without heat. They gave a detailed explanation to me.

The office staff are professional and responsive. The estimator (let’s be frank, sales representative) was very friendly, informative, and professional. When the rep was en route, I received a text message with his photo, bio, and a link to track him on a map. The electricians seemed a little rushed (Mine was the final job that day) but did a good job as far as I can tell (I’m not an electrician). They were both friendly and professional. So, did I get a good value? Not really sure, as it was the first time I hired anyone to do some electrical work. I feel like I probably overpaid, but again, I have nothing to compare it to

American Mechanical was the company of choice for Genrac installation and maintenance After purchasing my Generac Generator I signed up for the 5 year maintenance plan provided by American Mechanical. They are very professional and their technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. I have been very pleased. Just had my year 4 tune up and system check I highly recommend American Mechanical and especially Avi Heâ s been out technician for the past 3 years. Excellent
