They are always on time, and the ability to follow the arrival online to know exactly when they would arrive is fantastic. Super friendly service and they know what they are doing. I've had the technician Jon come to my house for two separate issues and both times he has been fantastic.

Tim Martin and his crew did an exceptional job today in the rain to get our new whole house generator set up and ready for propane gas. They were a well experience group of technicians who knew exactly how to do get the generator properly placed and perform all the necessary electrical work for the automatic transfer switch. They kept everything clean and did installed replacement ducts for the ones that were bad. They also updated the flow diverters and added 2 new ducts and a return to a room that didn't have it. We are very happy with the results.

The service rep did a standard maintenance on my generator after the recent storm and the price was comparatively good. The technician pointed out a few things that I should do and also helped me understand how to do a self-repair I was unable to perform up to now.

Generator was installed Aug 3. The city inspectors were never scheduled until I called on Aug 28. The city inspectors arrived the next day. So long story short I had a useless generator for 25 days. The installers were very professional but the schedulers dropped the ball.

I was not happy with the price of the repair. They do their job, but price really shaking me.

The company was courteous, communicative. The service was timely. Mcclean was prompt, courteous, and thorough with his assessment of our situation,, and he helped us with a project we were working on ourselves for no additional charge.

The work was very well done. American mechanical also returned to help us with our water saver showerheads that were impacting the flow of hot water to the showers. The only thing I would mention to improve the service is the tarps that were put down to protect our flirts and carpet had a good deal of debris on them from previous jobs. They did clean up behind themselves but I would suggest those tarps get cleaned more regularly.

We had an amazing experience with Sean Mayo. Our water main broke and during the chaos of having the house flooded the professionalism and customer service provided by Sean was calming and reassuring. He was able to secure the property for the night and repair the issue the next day. If all their techs are this great I would definitely recommend American Mechanical.

The quality of the workmanship was top notch. Everything was fully explained and price was set before any work was started. The price was fair. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. I was kept fully abreast of the progress and when they would return to finish after the city inspection. They took delicate care to lay down plastic in the yard to put the dirt on and it saved me a lot of time when I did the final grading. They did a pretty good job returning my yard to a rough grade, which was spelled out prior. I definitely would recommend American Mechanical. The one best thing was they didnâ t try to oversell or pressure me into any other services. I had the water line replaced at time of service since the ground was opened up and it just made sense.

The service reps in the office and in the field are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I put my trust in them to keep me up to date and safe.

Live in Smithfield so we are always the last call of the day which means after 5 pm but we wait all afternoon. However, the tech is always apologetic and gets right to work. The techs that have been here are always professional, personable and informative. I signed up for another year of service.
