American Mechanical is the best in the business. Avi my technician was prompt, serviced and checked my generator. Then cleaned the inside and waxed the outside before leaving. Avi also tested the generator by switching the power off and replaced a fuel tank that was recalled. Avi had a clean neat appearance and very polite.

The appointment today was to perform a generator repair. American Mechanical was able to fit us in while on the premises to perform the annual maintenance so we did not have to schedule a separate follow-up time. Repair technical was courteous and efficient. Great service.

Jon L. was extremely professional. He discovered that we had a small amount of carbon monoxide coming from the air ducts when the furnace was on and double-checked, triple checked his readings to ensure this wasn't a false alarm. The amount was too low to raise an alarm from our home detectors. So - on time, professional, thorough - can't ask for anything more.

Jake called when they said he would call, arrived when he said he'd be there, was courteous, efficient and capable. We'll come back to him again!

Somewhat expensive for work performed

My daughter had a great experience with American Mechanical when they installed a Tankless Water Heater. So I called when I needed help figuring out a leak under my kitchen sink. Ed was the plumbing expert that figured out the problem. He provided me with an estimate and answered all my questions. I will use this company to fix this problem and any future plumbing projects I have. Great customer service

Installed whole house back-up standby generator (GENERAC) in 2018. Install are veery professional and thorough. Have had excellent service over the last 2+ years.. This company is the best.

The men who did the work did a fantastic job. The house is over a century old, and while the electrical panel they replaced wasn't that old, it looked it. They sorted out the absolute mess of wires in the bottom of the old unit, moved it all inside so the new unit isn't exposed to the elements and did so beautifully. They even did some extra work that I wasn't expecting them to do. Overall fantastic job and I would recommend them again any time.

James was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was out for the fall heating system maintenance, and explained his recommendations thoroughly.
