They did great work, but after being without hot water for 5 days the work was completed on a Monday, but not inspected until Wednesday. Excuse was they didn't know the work would be done. The job was bid for 2 and only 1 did the work. The office should of checked the progress and got the inspector from the city of Va. Beach out on Tuesday so the gas could of been on a day earlier. The workmanship was outstanding, but could of been quicker if they gave the mechanic some help.
