I was very happy with their services! Sylvia did alterations for me and was excellent!

We have been looking for long-term laundry wash and fold services. After reading the great reviews and having a good phone conversation with them, I took a load of laundry to drop off. Due to the large amount I had, I entered the business and explained that I was new and wasn't sure the best way to bring in all of the laundry. I was told to bring it all in and then they would assist me (help bringing it in was never offered). After bringing all of the laundry in, I realized that the employee who had been assisting me was no longer at the desk. There were two other employees who continued to wait on people including ones coming in while I was standing there. Finally, one of the employees asked me if someone was assisting me. I explained that someone was assisting me, but I had no idea where they had gone. The employee went back to helping other customers (again ones that were coming in while I was standing with my pile of laundry) and never acknowledged me again. I proceeded to take my laundry back to my vehicle without any assistance or discussion from the employees. It was pretty clear that this business could care less if I used their services or not. Thankfully I have been able to find another business that values customers and should be a great provider for our long-term needs.

I did not know how much I hated other dry cleaners in my area.. Until I went here. Some of the things I love: 1 - Electronic system that tracks me by my phone number 2 - Each article of clothing is recorded in my record, including the brand 3 - I don't have to fill out my own tickets (like I have to at another local cleaner) 4 - I don't have to do the math for the person ringing me up (like I have to at another local dry cleaner) 5 - I can use credit/debit cards (UNLIKE my other local cleaner) 6 - They are friendly (unlike my other local cleaner) 7 - They fix buttons broken during the cleaning process (unlike any cleaner I have seen) 8 - They recycle my used hangers These things may not sound like a big deal, and there may be others in town that do it, but around my neighborhood - this is the only spot I have found.

They did a great job. It was ready when promised and the price was good. I've have since taken in my duvee cover and will continue to use them in the future.

once the tab of a zipper got broken off and they fixed it in a timely manner with no charge and no complaint

I dropped my clothes off before noon with a guarantee that the clothes would be ready by end of day. They greeted me with a hello and the lady knows my car so she had my account pulled up. I was in and out in a couple of minutes. I came at the end of day to pick up my laundry. All pieced were nicely done.

They have absolutely the best dry cleaning service north of downtown Charlotte. Not only are they very quick, they are always consistent. Usually I take about 10-15 shirts in there at a time, and they always come out the exact same way. If anything is wrong, they always fix it right away without question. I would recommend them.

My husband and I moved from New York City to Charlotte about a year ago. One of the things I was most concerned about was finding a new dry cleaner. I found one when I first arrived and they were fine, but I switched when there was an incident. I then moved all of our dry cleaning to American Dry Cleaners on Graham St. It was the best move we ever made. Not only did we not have one single misfire in 1+ years there, but the customer service is off the charts. THE ENTIRE TEAM IS AMAZING. I want to give a special hello to Miss. Sharon and Hannah as they were often the ones to take care of us. If you accidentally submit a piece of leather or suede they call you and inform you of the special process required (and pricing). We just moved out of town and I already this place. Where we are living now does not have their level of service. This place is more than a dry cleaners, they take pride in their work and take care of you. Remember to get on their email mailing list for special coupons and also to check their website for offers. The pants are as nice as they can be! They do a good job for dry cleaning, shoe repair and alterations.

I was put in a terrible position during a home repair incident where the contractors refinished hardwood floors in closets without properly moving and/or covering my clothing and shoes. Everything was completely soiled with thick, white dust, including dresses, suits, sweaters, leather purses, and multiple pairs of shoes. I had a HUGE order and nothing to wear without these clothes being cleaned quickly. I found American Dry Cleaner rated well on Angie's List, and emailed the president of the company explaining what heppened and asking about all of the above services, as I have never had shoes or purses professionally cleaned. He responded very quickly, and I was able to get all of my items (over 100 items of clothing, about 15 pairs of shoes, and several other small items) into the store the next day. Their turn around time was even quicker than they quoted...only a few days for most of the items! They have a truck pickup service, however I took all of my own items in to make sure they were logged in appropriately with such a large order. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful, and didn't even flinch at my ridiculously huge orger with the amount of time and energy it took. The only semi-negative thing I would say is that their prices are a little bit highr than some other places, but it is worth it for the professionalism and great job performed on expensive and/or delicate items. This was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend them HIGHLY!

We don't use them quite as much as we used to because I am working from home now, and I don't have the need for dry cleaning as much. Their prices are very reasonable. It is a big shop. We go to their main site of business. The people are very friendly. We never have a problem with them. They tell us when it will be done, and it is. The price is right.

We began using American Dry Cleaners about 1 year ago. We weren't very happy with the cleaners we had used in the past, and were excited to find a place that did the work in-house. They do a great job, and the prices are very reasonable. They also offer a 20% off coupon each week in the Observer or on their website. The service is very friendly and the turnaround fast. I highly recommend them!

They have given good service. They have done the dry cleaning of cloths, bedspreads and some alterations. I think their price is a little high.

I was using them for a while, and their service was topnotch. It is a little bit far from my home, and so I wanted to find a provider that was closer to home. Their quality was something I was looking for; the quality was of a little bit higher priority than the closeness aspect. In some aspects, they are a little more expensive than other services, and I remember spending over $100 a month. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

They did a great job. We may have spent about $80.00, but I am not sure as my husband picked it up. The comforter had a spot on it and they got it out. The company has a really good reputation. They are close to our house. They cleaned the comforter quickly and provided quality work for us. We have no complaints.

They have a in by 9 out by 4 service and they do a wonderful job. They have quality pricing and the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to get everything done right.
