All Seasons was polite and courteous. They showed up on time and actually installed windows ahead of schedule. They look great and we've had no issues. Thank you.

It was nice to be able to call a company and be able to talk to a knowledgeable person right away. I just wish I had called them first!

Everything went so smoothly. Mr.Blanton personally came out and took the window measurements and offered helpful suggestions in how I could make the necessary repairs in a cost effective manner. He never once pressured me into spending more money than I had budgeted for the project. I placed my order and there was a 4-5 week wait (the windows are custom). I received a call from Mr.Blanton at the 4 week mark that my windows were ready, I called him the next morning and he said he could be there within the hour. I have to tell you that Mr.Blanton is the best in the business. He was very polite professional and it was quite obvious that he took great pride in his work. It was a honor to work with him.

Bob was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was thorough in his presentation of his product and the installation procedure and answered all my questions. He was very professional but friendly and kind and not "high pressure" sales in any way! He was responsive to our request of wanting triple paned in the bedrooms due to the traffic noise from the beltway behind us. His prices were reasonable for a very solid product. Everything proceeded like clockwork, both interior and exterior. They removed and replaced my blinds, window treatments, furniture etc. They cleaned up after themselves and left our home in pristine condition and with new windows!! I would highly recommend All Seasons Windows/Doors and Bob Blanton. They are an excellent company and Bob clearly pays attention to details and works hard to please his customers by providing a wonderful product and great customer service.

The people were so professional! I was very please with the quality and service. It did take a while to order them, but they were exactly what we wanted. They have also made the room much warmer. I would highly recommend them. You definitely get what you pay for with this company.

Fantastic experience and would recommend them to anyone wanting work done. Bob Blanton was great to work with and his prices were better than the other local competitors I spoke with. My home is over 100 years old and not all the windows are plumb - however all the Windows are fitted perfectly and they look great. They also covered the exterior frames of the windows and put up our new blinds.

They were polite, very professional, and just excellent, overall. They have done work for me before. They replaced all my windows back in 2000. They continue to provide excellent service.

From the get go, I was impressed with Bob and his approach to sales and service. I knew after our first meeting that he was going to do a good job. Well I was wrong, he did a GREAT job. He handled himself far better than any other salesperson that I had come out for an estimate. He and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND, which is not often done these days by anyone or any company. He explained in detail his product, why it would be good for me and the process needed to install the windows. Even through my hundred and one questions, Bob and his team were patient and thorough. Needless to say, I am passing his name out to everyone. If you are planning to replace one or all of your windows, don't even check anyone else!! I've done my homework and All Seasons is the BEST.

All of the people at All Seasons were a pleasure to work with. Lane Self gave us the initial proposal for the window replacement and was also present for the actual installation. The windows look great on the inside and outside of the house. They also kept the house clean (inside and outside) for the duration of the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

I AM HAPPY WITH MY WINDOW. I THINK THEY LOOK GREAT AND MY NEIGHBORS DO TOO. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BOB BLANTON. HE IS PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, AND DOES GREAT WORK. I REALLY HOPE HE ENDS UP ON THE PAGE OF HAPPINESS OR GET SOME RECOGNITION IN SOME WAY. ( I KNOW ITS TOUGH BEING A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH LANE SELF (WHO CAME OUT TO DO THE ESTIMATE) AND BOB BLANTON (WHO ORGANIZED THE INSTALLATION CREW). WHILE THE WINDOWS TOOK A LITTLE LONGER TO ARRIVE FROM THE FACTORY THAN I EXPECTED (APPROX. 3 WEEKS), I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. THE WORK WAS DONE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, AND THE WORKMEN CLEANED UP THE VERY LITTLE MESS THAT WAS MADE. THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT AND MY HEATING BILL HAS GONE DOWN AS A RESULT. WHILE I BELIEVE A COMPETITOR'S PRODUCT WAS SUPERIOR, THEIR SALES PERSON GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION THAT HE DIDN'T REALLY CARE WHETHER I BOUGHT FROM THEM OR NOT. SO I WENT WITH ALL SEASON'S. THE SERVICE LEVEL AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL WERE WONDERFUL. I'D PICK THEM OVER THEIR MAJOR COMPETITOR ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! THANK YOU LANE AND BOB.

HE RESPONDED QUICKLY, CAME OUT THE SAME DAY, BUT ONLY CARRIES ALUMINUM DOORS. HE WAS ABLE TO POINT ME TO A COMPANY THAT MET MY NEEDS. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.

CONTACTED BOB BLANTON TO SEE IF HE COULD HELP ME REPLACE HARDWARE, REMOVED BY PREVIOUS PAINTER, ON STORM DOOR BOB'S COMPANY HAD INSTALLED IN 1989. I FOUND THE HARDWARE LATER THAT DAY (IN ONE OF THOSE SAFE PLACES WE ALL HAVE IN OUR HOME), AND CALLED BOB TO LET HIM KNOW I FOUND THE HARDWARE, BUT NOT THE SCREWS, AND COULD HE TELL ME WHAT SIZE I NEEDED TO AVOID THE EMBARRASSING HARDWARE STORE VISIT WHEN THEY ASK ''WHAT SIZE''. BOB INSISTED THEY COME OUT TO INSTALL THE HARDWARE TO ENSURE CONTINUED SATISFACTION WITH OUR DOOR. BOB BLANTON AND HIS INSTALLER WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR A DOOR INSTALLED 15 YEARS AGO, AND I MUST SAY, IT STILL LOOKS LIKE NEW.

LOOKING FOR A TOP-NOTCH STORM WINDOW COMPANY? LOOK NO FURTHER! LANE SELF AND BOB BLANTON (OWNER) DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO MAKE CERTAIN WE GOT THE WINDOWS WE WANTED, AND SO DESPERATELY NEEDED. MR. SELF IS THE NICEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, MOST THOROUGH HOME SPECIALIST WE HAVE WORKED WITH. HE RETURNS CALLS (WHAT A CONCEPT), HE SHOWS UP ON TIME WHEN EXPECTED, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HE AND MR. BLANTON WORKED CREATIVELY TO SOLVE OUR ''PROBLEMED WINDOW'' ISSUES. SOME OF OUR WINDOWS ARE FAR FROM SQUARE, BUT WITH A BIT OF THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX, MY HUSBAND AND THESE TWO WERE ABLE TO ARRIVE AT A VERY GOOD SOLUTION. WE NOW LOOK FORWARD TO BREEZE-FREE WINTER NIGHTS, AND LESS ROAR FROM THE NEIGHBORS' AC UNITS. BY THE WAY, LANE HIMSELF METICULOUSLY CLEANED ALL WINDOWS BEFORE THE STORMS WERE INSTALLED, AND THEY WERE SPOTLESS; NO DIRT LOCKED IN BETWEEN THE STORMS AND THE WINDOWS. (I'M TRYING TO HIRE HIM ON A REGULAR BASIS!).

THEY ARE EXCELLENT DOORS, VERY HIGH QUALITY AND THEY LOOK VERY GOOD. THEY WERE INSTALLED EXTREMELY WELL. I HAD SOME DIFFERENCES WITH THE GUY WHO INSTALLED THE DOORS, I HAD TO ASK HIM TO LEAVE. THE OWNER CAME OUT AND CHECKED ALL OF THE WORK AND MADE IT RIGHT.

THEY WERE PROMPT, REASONABLY PRICED & PROFESSIONAL.

BOB BLANTON WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR CALL, EDUCATING US ABOUT WINDOWS, PROVIDING A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HIS PRICE WAS ABOUT 15% LESS THAN THE COMPETITOR, $6000 VS. $7300 THOUGH HIS TURNAROUND TIME WAS ABOUT TWICE AS LONG. THE MODEL WINDOW HE SHOWED US WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY, MUCH BETTER THAN OTHERS I HAVE SEEN, BUT WE DECIDED TO USE THE COMPETITOR BECAUSE WE THOUGHT THEIR WINDOWS WERE EVEN A LITTLE BETTER. IT WAS A DIFFICULT DECISION, AND WE STRONGLY CONSIDERED USING THIS COMPANY.

BOB BLANTON WAS VERY NICE WHEN HE CAME OUT TO DO OUR ESTIMATE. WE FELT HE WAS FAIR AND HONEST IN ALL OF HIS COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS AS WE WORKED TO DETERMINE WHAT WE WANTED AND HOW BEST TO ACHIEVE THAT AT AS REASONABLY AS POSSIBLE. HE WAS FAR AND AWAY BEST PRICE. WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IN ABOUT 12 HOURS, WHICH WAS AMAZING TO US. WE DID NEED TO DO SOME CAULKING & TOUCH UP PAINT ON OLD WINDOW FRAMES AFTERWARD, BUT HAD BEEN TOLD AHEAD OF TIME THIS WOULD BE NECESSARY. GREAT PRICE, GOOD WORK!

BOTH BOB (THE OWNER) AND BOB (THE INSTALLER) WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. BOB (THE OWNER) WAS HONEST AND HAD NO HIDDEN AGENDAS. BOB (THE INSTALLER) WAS METICULOUS AND THOROUGH. WORKS VERY HARD. FINISHED JOB IN 2 DAYS WORKING 10 HOUR DAYS WITHOUT A BREAK. IT WAS AN OVERALL PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USING THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT WINDOWS.

HE WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID EXACTLY AS HE SAID. I ORDERED THE WINDOWS, THEY CAME IN ON TIME, AND HE HAD AN INSTALLER PUT THEM IN QUICKLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL PROFESSIONAL RESULTS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
