Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. The chimney sweep went well. I was told that the reps were to wear gloves, masks and shoe covers but they arrived with none of the above. Beth was very helpful and was able to send invoice directly to the homeowner.

Beth, the Owner was very understanding and compassionate. As my needs for service had to be put off for a month due to having to wait until raccoons were trapped and removed. I thank the Owner for helping me through this crisis by her encouraging words and not charging for services. The cleaning was thorough and the Cap was put on timely The two young men were friendly and professional. A debt of gratitude to this company for sure😊

It was great. The guys were punctual and professional. We have two dryers and one he said wasn’t worth cleaning because the vent area was so short. He could’ve easily charged us but didn’t. I will definitely hire them again!

I waited until the last hurricane before reviewing, and no leaks were noticed. My conclusion: it went well.

This was the first time I've ever hired someone to clean the dryer vent. Setting up the appointment was very smooth and friendly over the phone. The technician arrived on time and was very cordial. I would definitely hire this friendly company again.

They're great. It was the lowest price we got. So far, so good. We haven't used the fireplace because it's too hot, but hopefully it will be good this winter. They were awesome, very responsive. They were great. Very professional. They did a great job.

Quite well. The serviceman showed up a little early, introduced himself, started working immediately. Within a very short while, he had removed lint and bird nests from the vent pipe. After taking care of the outside, he came inside, disconnected the dryer and cleaned from the inside. The vent is now absolutely clean and the dryer is functioning very well. I'll add them to my list for a yearly check up! Well worth the $$$.

The entire process from inquiry to work completion was very smooth and professional. The technician (Jarrell) was on time, communicated what he was going to do, and did the job professionally and cleanly. He was very knowledgeable. One improvement area would be if they would provide free estimates.

Went well. The original cap wasnt the right size so they, sealed it and returned when the new cap was ready. Overall they were very informed and helpful.

The service tech, Jarrell, was very professional and personable and punctual. He took pictures of the fireplace and chimney (firebox, flue and outside). He showed me what it looked like before and after. He did an awesome job. We are very pleased. Thank you, Jarrell and staff for a job well done.

The price was reasonable. They were very good.

They were there 4 hours and did not seem to be in a rush. They took pictures of the entire process and provided them to us. Great people very professional and knowledgeable.

Coverd all the areas and were vary clean. Found a problem with my cap and they replaced it on site that day. Found a few other small problems and they were quick with the quote.

I have a chimney group to use for that one that was good. They're professional and good quality.

They're good. They told me everything that I need to start looking for as regards to the chimney. They ran a camera in the chimney, took pictures and showed me what issues I had. They also gave me recommendations on how to repair or fix these issues.

The guy on the phone was very nice and told me I probably would need more than the basic inspection. He said it would be $134 to put a Chimney cap on.
