We called All Out about some animal noises that we were hearing from the chimney. They quoted $165 to come out, do an inspection, chimney sweep and check on the situation with the animals. They were able to come out the next day. They were professional and courteous and explained their findings and where the animal noises were coming from. They removed the animal nests, trimmed back some branches and performed the inspection. They said the chimney didn't need to be sweep at that time. They didn't have enough wire wrap to go around the chimney so quoted $85 to come back and install it. That sounded ok to us. It was a few weeks before they came back out but that was because of our schedule, not theirs. Overall, we were satisfied with the work and the company. We would use them again.

First of all they answered the phone and promptly assessed the situation via photos that I sent them (astounding given my encounter with other firms the previous week!). Beth gave me an estimate over the phone (plus or minus depending on what they may encounter). The service technician was able to come out the same week to complete the first repair (amazing....the other firms had 2 week lead time!). The second repair, stainless steel surround for the HVAC exhaust vent, was completed the next week (again, amazing!). The other firm didn't want to do this repair and said I should talk to a HVAC company. Our HVAC repairman was confused because this is usually done by the chimney folks. Well long story short, All Out Chimney was able to solve this dilemma and take care of the problem. In a nutshell, all the repairs went very smoothly and it looks beautiful (how many people say that about a chimney repairs!) All Out Chimney was prompt, professional and the price was reasonable. I would use them again in a heart beat.

I would highly recommend them. They were on time and they went out of their way to help us. We couldn't find a part and they've found the part. They called to make sure we were satisfied with the service.

As part of the cleaning they tightened a loose chimney-cap that used to bang in the wind. They were prompt, professional, and performed the service exactly as specified and charge exactly as quoted. That makes them worth using in my book.

My brother had referred me to Mark and he is great. I would highly recommend him and the company and will use them again!

It was good. The people that came out were pretty professional. The chimney needs to be fixed and what they quoted us was way beyond what we were willing to pay to get it fixed.

They came quickly, analyzed the problem, and ordered the parts. There was an issue with the part not being fit. Therefore, they took it off and covered our chimney. They got the other part and came back in a few days and fixed the problem.

The folks at All Out Chimney Sweep were awesome! They were punctual (they actually were early, which was nice), extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We were impressed with how personable they were as well. I would definitely recommend All Out Chimney Sweep to anyone. Four stars!

Due to weather we had to reschedule and that was easily done, even with the holidays during the time frame we wanted. Before and after pictures were provided via email. This was first time we'd had the chimney swept and we've been at our home for about 18 years! Everything seemed to go well. Office staff and chimney sweeps were all veyr professional and great to work with.

They were nice, professional and punctual. They did a good job with the cleaning. My only issue was they emailed me a very high estimate on what I needed to have done. They never followed up on providing the additional services for me or explaining why the estimate was so high. I never moved forward with the repairs because I did not want to spend $6000 without getting a second opinion. I would consider using them in the future if I found their estimate to be in line with other providers.

We were having problems with squirrels in our chimney so I hired someone to do a chimney sweep and give me an estimate on fixing the chimney cap. They have me a crazy estimate so I called All Out Chimney Sweep and she gave me a very realistic and reasonable estimate on just repairing the cap I had. They were timely and Beth even discounted the installation since it was such an easy fix. Thank you!!

They are all about being fair and just to the customer...with information, pricing and good rated products. They are what I would love to see/experience in other service companies...a pleasure to do business with, for sure!!

We had major water leaks, with water coming into our attic, down the walls and into the floors below. After we had another company that did roofing come and "fix" it, it was still leaking, even worse than before. We then determined it must have been leaking through the chimney and not the roof, so we called ALL OUT CHIMNEY REPAIR and got a lot of helpful information from office person. She sent someone out the next day. They inspected, measured, and photographed the opening and the old chimney cap. They ordered the cap through their fabricator which took about a week, and then promptly scheduled a time with us to installed the new cap. Our leak was fixed 100% and the nightmare of a leaking roof was gone. They were courteous and professional. I hope I do not need them again, but would recommend them completely.

I called on a weekend and was surprised to be able to actually talk. to an individual. They were punctul and nice and knowledgable about the business. They were cautious of my home by putting down tarps.

Very personable and professional crew. They were thorough and even included a cleaning of my dryer lint filter. The company worked me into their schedule to avoid disturbing a sick family member. Excellent job!

My experience with the was fine and I had no issues. There were 2 of them who came out and they were very professional. They showed up on time and I was please with their work.

I am fine with the service. It takes them awhile to get a job finished. I am not happy that the "Thermacrete" product did not work out. I am thinking about asking for my money back if it cracks again.

We have used this company many times. Twice for chimney cleanout, replaced Chimney Cap, once for dryer vent cleanout, once for cleaning gutters and boot vent checkup. Each visit was a pleasure; phone service for scheduling was prompt and friendly as was the service. Service was completed as described, no unnecessary replacements and common sense recommendations. All employees were friendly and cleaned up after service was performed.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING OUR CHIMNEY. NO MESS AT ALL. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY ALSO OFFERED TO CLEAN OUT OUR GUTTERS WHILE THEY WERE HERE FOR A REALLY REASONABLE RATE.

SEVERAL FACTORS MADE THIS A LONG PROCESS AND A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE OVERALL: GROUND TOO WET, FUNERAL, INJURY, WRONG LADDER. TWICE, I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHY I HADN'T HEARD FROM THEM. ANY OF THESE DELAYS/INCONVENIENCES BY THEMSELVES OR EVEN IN A PAIR WOULD HAVE BEEN ACCEPTABLE, BUT THERE WERE TOO MANY FOR ONE JOB. IT TOOK A TOTAL OF FOUR WEEKS FOR THIS JOB TO BE COMPLETED. THE LAST DAY THEY WERE HERE I WAS INFORMED OF MORE COSTLY REPAIRS THAT WERE NEEDED TOTALING $350. AGAIN, IN AND OF ITSELF THIS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A BIG DEAL, BUT THERE WERE TOO MANY ISSUES FOR THIS EXPERIENCE TO BE A PLEASANT ONE. THEY DID TAKE OFF 10% FOR MY INCONVENIENCE, BUT IT WAS AT MY SUGGESTION.

THEY CAME OUT TO DO A CHIMNEY INSPECTION . SINCE THEN, THE SERVICEMAN HAS FALLEN ILL AND I HAVENT BE INFORMED AS TO IF THEY WANT TO DO WORK. THE PEOPLE ARE PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL.
