We have been in business since 1983 and put customer satisfaction as our primary concern. We expect payment due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties (emails are an accpetable form).

Description of Work: cost was for 2 chimney cleanings, scans of each and a trip fee due to the distance away from their office. the cleaning went well and they discussed the findings for each chimney and recommendations.

They are awesome!!
Description of Work: With regard to a prior dryer vent issue...we inquired about pricing/installation of new wall piece to connect dryer to vent...they were honest and gracious enough to call when they said they would and let us know we wouldn't gain anything by paying them more for the new wall piece...the dryer would still be same distance from the wall...honestly, don't we all wish for other service providers to be so honest?!!!
