Terrible communication skills and customer service. I emailed the company I found on Angie's List and received a call on April 30 from Billy. I told him my location (45 minutes from the Carowinds area of Charlotte) and gave him a description of the work I needed done (build a water fall/water feature beside my pool). I texted him pictures as he requested. I never heard another word from him. I texted him politely on May 4 telling him I would appreciate a reply and that I understood if I was too far away. STILL NO RESPONSE. On April 6 I texted Billy and told him to look for a review online. To that he replied within minutes (with poor spelling) and asked me not to submit a review. TOO LATE Billy. If you want to run a business, do it professionally and respond to potential customers who reach out to you!

My expectation were high going in, and Billy exceeded them. Billy's vision and execution completely transformed our backyard. It is now a place to be! Not only was Billy professional, he and his team worked hard to make it almost perfect. They can do it all. I highly, HIGHLY recommend their services!

Billy and his team created a lovely backyard oasis for us. He was very organized with the process, so it was a big job, but had minimal disruption to our yard and neighbors. It got done within the time he proposed. We subsequently needed some help with the water feature pump and replacing some trees that didn't last, and he took care of those things as they came up.

Rarely does such a large project go off so smoothly. Billy came up with an amazing design, his crew was phenomenal and we couldn't be happier with the end result. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Billy from start to finish.

This was a really great experience for us. First of all, how quickly the team excavated all the clay dirt in preparation for the pond. Heavy stuff. And then how quickly they created magic in our backyard. Within maybe two and a half days we had 'a little piece of the Blue Ridge Mountains' right off our patio. Rocks, stones, moss and trickling water. It looked so authentic and like it had been there for years. Billy listened to my dreams and then proceeded to build them. Our water garden is now almost one year old and I still get a real charge out of it. I can't wait for some warm weather to get a chance to enjoy it. He knows how to do this.

His crew was knowledgeable and the work was well done. Beautiful work and great service! When I wanted to make some design changes he was flexible and accommodating.

I called 4 landscapers to replace the hose. Billy was the only one to answer the phone. Another called back 2 days later and 2 never returned my calls. Billy was very busy but he stayed in touch me. We fixed a time when he could come to the house. He arrived on time and immediately began to work. They dug a new trench and were very careful not to dig up the flowers and shrubs. He installed a new hose with greater capacity and replaced the uv light unit. He and his crew cleaned up after he was finished. I would not hesitate to use Billy in the future.

We met Billy at a home and garden show in March. We were just enjoying the show and did not have any intention of purchasing anything but were taken by his beautiful pond on display. We began talking with him (and his daughter) and we were impressed with his knowledge so we signed up for a follow up visit. We met with Billy later that week and hired him to put in a water feature/ pond with a cascading waterfall in our perfectly flat yard. Yes it was a leap of faith that he could deliver but he seemed to have a following of satisfied customers. Soooooo.... Wow! We not only got a water feature but a work of art in the backyard. He and his crew were professional, worked hard and delivered everything we hired him to do and then some., in two days. I would highly recommend using All Natural Streams, you will not be disappointed!

Billy, the owner, called and let us know when he was coming a week in advance. He called City Services and the phone company to make sure that there were no underground wires or pipes in the work area. He showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. We expected the work to be done over two days, and it was finished in just 6 hours. GREAT JOB!

He promised he could make it look like what we wanted it would. He did okay but then it was like his child's birthday and then he went somewhere else and did dealt with that. Then he came back and he kind of hurried the job and didn't estimate currently the amount needed. He wanted to charge me more than that but we told him to work with what we had.

We met Billy at the Home Show and liked his pond design. He came out to our house and showed us photos of ponds he created and told us what he could do in the space we had. We wanted something fairly maintenance free and he designed our pond using the plants I chose. He started a week or two earlier than anticipated and was done within 5 days. He was very patient with my daily list of questions. Billy answers his phone and if you have to leave a message or text he has always responded in a timely manner. I still call to ask him questions, as I did today.

They did a good job and I will use them in future.

In September 2010 there was a negative report on Billy Provett that was reported by me, Mr. H. Dodd through Angie's List. They called about this company and asked me some questions. I answered, but the answers weren't quite the same ones I stated. At the time I had lost my mother and was upset at everything. It was a while in Billy getting back to me about my skimmer for the water feature. Some bad things were said but I want to set it straight. With my head cleared Billy Provett's company does excellent work and provide a great service. Billy is very busy and I should have recognized this but thought otherwise. I have contacted Billy and apologized for my remarks and hope that everyone who reads this will please give this company a try. Billy does excellent work and is very knowledgeable about his work. If your looking for a great company give All Natural Streams and Billy a try. Billy and a crew came out and installed a new skimmer..great work was done.

All Natural Streams exceeded our expectations in every aspect of professionalism, installation, and satisfaction. Billy is knowledgeable, congenial, patient, and just plain likable, as are his crew. The materials he uses are top of the line--from the liner, to the skimmer, to the pump, to the rocks themselves (mountain rocks, moss and lichen included.) They were here when they said they would be and were done--incredibly--in three and a half days. This included cleanup and trenching the entire landscaped area. All of our questions were answered and concerns addressed with detailed information and a smile. We are totally enjoying the look, sound, and relaxation afforded by our association with All Natural Streams. Our water feature is now the spectacular focal point of our outdoor living space. Soon the lights (on a timer) will come on and illuminate not just the waterfalls and pond, but will also up-light our trees. Tomorrow morning the irrigation system Billy installed will water all of the beautiful plants that surround our project. The low maintenance required further enhances our ultimate satisfaction. My wife and I would, without reservation or hesitation, recommend All Natural Streams to anyone desiring the ultimate in the soothing, pleasant water feature they have always wanted.

On Monday, August 3rd, Billy followed up with us to see if we had made a decision. My hubby gave him the go ahead. On Wednesday, August 5th, the project began in the morning. On Thursday, August 6th around 3:00 pm, the project was completed. Incredible! The crew that Billy employs is very polite and very professional. Billy also conducts himself in a very personable and professional way. Absolutely incredible experience working with this company!

Billy came to our home on Friday, July 31st to sit with my hubby and I to discuss our project request and he gave us an estimate at the end of this meeting, instead of making us wait. He walked the property with both of us giving awesome ideas about improving upon our current waterfall. On Wednesday, August 5th, he and his crew started and today, Thursday, August 6th at 2:30 pm, the project was completed! Two days! If you are looking for someone to design the perfect stream, waterfall or fish pond, you need to hire Billy and his crew. I have never been so pleased with a project in my life. When I walk out into my backyard now, I feel like I am at a resort overlooking the most beautiful creation. He also landscaped the area with beautiful plants and gorgeous trees. Absolutely incredible!

Billy came out and gave me a quote for a waterfall, stream, pond and flagstone patio. My husband and I liked him and he seemed passionate about his work. The price was a little more that we wanted to pay, but decided to give the job to Billy anyway. The end result was great. Everyone in our neighborhood loves it. My complaint with Billy is that he is not a good communicator. He showed me where he was going to start and end the project, marked it out with me there with paint. When he started the job, he moved it without letting me know. Also he does not measure anything, just walks it out, so you need to check his measurements. I thought that he overcharged for the plants. I am not convinced that the plants I got cost what he charged and were not as large as the contract calls for. Also, used his discount from Angie's List, but was charged exactly that for him to buy and run PVC pipe and use ditch digger an extra 80 ft.

Amazing. I met Billy on Monday, July 30. The project was finished yesterday, August 8th. Billy has a proposal template that he brings with him, so he can provide costs during the first meeting. He has a book with example of his work that is compelling. Billy was so on target with all the things I have been looking for the pond, plant recommendations, and a fair price, that we reached agreement in the first meeting. He started the work the next morning (another job had unexpectedly delayed so his crew was available). Billy and his team are talented and hardworking, the best I have experienced. The results are lovely. Billy worked the design to take advantage of existing trees and the angles of the area to create a little oasis of bubbling water, stones, and wonderful sounds.

It went great! Billy delivered on what he promised.
