The service call was performed very professionally. Brett was responsive to the call after describing the issue. He arrived within the hour and completed the repair within 30 minutes. The repair was explained as I watched and he had no difficulty responding to the questions I raised. (I'm naturally curious and had little experience with PEX tubing.) My only concern is the company provides a 10% discount to Angie's List members. I don't see that having been applied to the final bill; although, I did mention I found the company through Angie's List. Now, I will say I didn't know a coupon was available until the time of writing this review. There is no indication on the receipt that it was credited. Had the discount been disclosed, I would have given the company an overall A rating; instead of, the B grade finally chosen..

They did a really good job. They were very clean. He told me each step that he did. It was two guys and they were very nice.

He came right out to fix the problem. He went behind the wall to fix the pipes. He was reasonably priced, prompt and did a top notch job.

All Hours Plumbing replaced all the pipe in my house (99% of it). They did it in a day and with minimum amount of holes in the wall and ceiling. If you have this type of piping, I recommend Brett. One of the reasons he's so responsive, he had the same pipe in his house and he understands the randomness of it. The leaks just happen. It can be 2 in one day (we had that) or they spring up 6 months apart (we had that also). He comes on weekends and holidays and gets your water back with minimal downtime until the next leak. I liked working with Brett, but hopefully after he took out all the defective pipe, I don't have to see him for a long time.

Brett is incredible. Our initial need was related to an issue found on a home inspection during the sale of our house. Brett responded to my phone message immediately and was able to inspect the problem within several hours of my call. He was incredibly easy to work with and quite professional. I felt confident with Brett ability to both diagnose and find solutions to the issues he was asked to look at. It is clear that Brett cares alot about his business, as well as his clients. The communication with Brett is outstanding, and his work ethic is great. Nowadays it is quite rare to find such a business that seems to "do it all right", and this one trully does just that! Since my first contact with Brett we are having him out to our new home for an overall plumbing check as well as to address some minor plumbing issues that we have discovering. I am confident that we will be equally as satisfied with Brett this time around!

Provider was professional and responsive to the call. Quoted $250 flat and said and I can call others but this is the going rate for this work. We called couple of others from Angie's list and got $150 quote. One of them provided the service to our satisfaction.

Had leaking whole house water filter, crawl space was filling with water due to leak. Called Brett and within 90 minutes he had us a new filter system and all repairs made promptly and to a better working order than before the mess.

This is my second experience with All Hours and my second glowing review. We've been in our home for over 13 years. Our water pressure for that entire time has been below standard. At first we thought it was because we were in a recently annexed part of the city of Charlotte and that new water mains would solve that problem. It did not. It was so bad that my wife wouldn't even use the shower in our beautiful master batch because the pressure in the guest bath was better. Filling up a dish pan or a large coffee pot took patience. Brett and his team changed our pressure reduction valve (reduces the city provided street pressure to all faucets in the home) and we saw our pressure go from 50psi to 70. That 40 percent improvement makes all of the difference in the world at the end of the faucet. I've had other plumbers in the past but they didn't seem interested in figuring out why the pressure was so bad. Probably because they suspected a kinked pipe somewhere in the system and didn't want to spend the time waddling around in the crawl space. Can't say I blame them. I personally despise plumbing projects around the house. I don't mind doing most handyman jobs... electrical, painting, sheet rock repair, whatever, but when it comes to plumbing I don't want anything to do with it. I know I'm going to end up at Home Depot 3-4 times and still not have the right part or tool. Last month I went camping in Virginia's Douthat State Park. Before leaving my wife had one question: What do I do if the water heater goes? Fair question, it's 13+ years old and can go at any time. My answer... Fire up Angie's List. Other than that... good luck. I scheduled the replacement of my water heater for next month with All Hours... Having a plumber I can rely is like lifting a weight off my shoulders.

I decided I was going to replace leaky valves going that my washing machine hooks up to. Simple, right? Well, it didn't work out and I found myself on a Saturday at 3PM with the water to the whole house shut off and little prospect of turning it on until a professional arrrives. AllHours was contacted, got a live person, asked a few questions... he told me he would be over in 45 minutes. He arrived exactly on time... the only reason it took 45 minutes was because he prepared some parts before he even arrived. He tore out the original builders el-cheapo parts, but in the parts he prepared at the shop, and I was back in business in 30 minutes. But wait... I have a plumber here. How about fixing two clogged drains? Sure, no problem. He was in an out in 75 minutes and fixed 3 items that surely was going to cost me a full Saturday and 2-3 MORE trips to Home Depot. Before he left I scheduled him to come back during the week to replace the house pressure reducer with the expectation that it will cure some of the low pressure faucets/showers we have in the home. Overall, it was a solid customer experience. There were no disappointments or surprises. Brett is cool; knows his stuff; and charges a fair price for a quality service.

They are knowledgeable and polite. I will call them for all future service needs.

Brett Eschert (owner) and his associate at All Hours were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The location and route of my leaking water line presented some challenges, but Brett was able to come up with a good solution that met with required codes while causing as little damage to exterior/interior walls as possible. Considering the scope of work, the cost of the project was reasonable. The final touches needed after the line was successfully replaced/rerouted (drywalling, repairing a section of sidewalk, etc.) were also well done and the worksite left very clean. I was extremely pleased with the experience and am happy that I now have a trusted professional for all of my future plumbing needs.

They responded quickly and they were on time. They had to make a couple of trip both times they were right on time and very professional. Their quote was right and exactly what they ended up charging so it was a very good experience. We would use them again.

Good. I like that I can coordinate times with them via email and it's worked out well thus far. We've had them do several jobs and will continue to use them for our plumbing work. *Update - Brett and his crew are great. They respond promptly to emails, even on the weekend. They are here when they promise and go the extra mile to get the job done. With the toilets, we bought them and when Brett opened the box, he found the toilet was broken. He took it back to get a replacement. Something similar happened with the dishwasher - it was broken when it came out of the box. It was the day before I was having knee surgery and he went back to the store with my husband to help pick out a replacement (and make sure it wasn't broken before they left). But best of all, he has a network of reliable people that do other work. I took a chance and emailed him to see if he knew of anyone that did general handyman sorts of jobs and he sent me the contact information for someone. I also emailed him to see if he knew someone who does tile work and the guy he recommended did a great job. If it is true that you can judge someone by the company they keep, Brett and All Hours Plumbing are top-notch.

I learned about Brett via a recommendation from the manager of a plumbing supply store, rather than from Angie's List. My old toilet had been "running" so frequently and loudly that I felt it was time to replace the hardware inside the tank. When I called Brett on a Monday afternoon, he (rather than an answering machine) answered. I described my situation, he provided an estimate which I accepted, and he offered to arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 the next morning. Brett arrived around 8:10 a.m., right on schedule. He completed the work about an hour later. This included cleaning the inside of the tank. He left the toilet and surrounding floor in clean condition; there was nothing I needed to do after he left. The toilet works like new now...no problems. Brett charged $167 for the job, which matched his earlier estimate. His fee covered all materials and labor. Because I didn't get estimates from other businesses, I am unable to rate the price charged. But it seemed reasonable to me. I forgot to ask for the Angie's List discount. Brett was friendly, personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I had used several other plumbing companies on Angie's List in the past and was not happy with the results, so I found Brett's company on Angie's List, called Brett in the morning, he answered his phone and told me that he could come to my house and check out my kitchen faucet spray hose that afternoon. He called me around 2:30 p.m. and told me he was able to come out to my house around 3:30 to check out my faucet hose. He arrived a few minutes early (imagine that!) and determined that indeed it did have a break in it and I would need a new one. Because this faucet was around 7 years old I had to order the new hose. Brett left my house and told me to call him when I received the new hose. After several days the hose came in, I called Brett, and he was at my house that same day around 1:30 p.m. (a few minutes early--as I have said, "imagine that"). After attaching the new hose there was still leakage and Brett discovered that the new hose would not work because it did not fit into the wand. After trying a different hose that he had on his truck, my faucet was as good as new! I was so happy! I noticed that when Brett was writing up my bill his arm was shaking and he was standing a little crooked. I asked him if he was okay and he said he had thrown his back out the day before and had an appointment with a chiropractor right after leaving my house. I couldn't believe it. He had been up under my sink for a good while changing out my hose without letting me know he was in great pain. He is my kind of guy--very nice, professional, courteous, reliable, and true to his word. He is now my plumber of choice and I will tell anyone who asks me for the name of a plumber that Brett at All Hours Plumbing is the plumber to hire!

It went amazing. I was doing dishes when I noticed the drain being loose and actually lifted up and out. When I cleaning the area, I saw the remaining basket was moving and now out of alignment causing a leak under my sink. I got voicemail at the first service provider I tried and left a call back number with a description of the problem. I called All Hours next. Brett answered the phone, I described my problem and he asked if he could call me back in 5 minutes and also gave me his rates. When he called back in less than 5, he said he would be here in 15 minutes. The repair went well, he replaced the part, tested for leaks and they were on their way. I am back up and running in a hour. It is now 2 hours later and I have not received the call back from the first company I tried...

All Hours was very professional, very quick, very clean and explained everything in detail. Fortunately we have not needed them again but will use them in the future and highly recommend them.

I wasn't here when most of the work was done, but it seems to have gone very well and I'm very satisfied

We discovered a leak from somewhere under our kitchen sink. We called a highly rated company in Angie's List, but were told the earliest they could come out would be in 3 business days. They recommended two former employees. Brian with All Hours Plumbing returned our call promptly and came to the house that afternoon. He fixed the leak under the sink, which had to do with the the sink faucet's spray nozzle. While he was there, we asked him to check some noise upstairs when hot water was run. He replaced a part, but the next day the noise was still there. Brian returned the next business day to check further, and determined that our old faucet would need to be replaced to eliminate the noise. He recommended some brands similar in appearance to the old faucet, provided a cost estimate for installation, and did not charge for the second visit.

He did a lot of stuff and he was cheap but he was really good. I had different plumbers do one pipe for a particular price but he did the whole work for that same price. He did it in about two hours. He was prompt; he came the same day that I called and gave me a quote. He had to drive a while to get here so I appreciated that. He scheduled a time to come back to do it and he was on time and completed it on time too. He was clean and I had no surprises. I have recommended him to other people.

Upon returning home from out of town last weekend, I discovered that my 16 year old hot water heater had started leaking. I immediately went to a big box store to request a quote from them. After a few days of frustration from not hearing anything from them, I decided to give Brett from All Hours Plumbing a call. He answered my call at 8 o'clock at night which I appreciated, and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. We set up an appointment for him to come out to look at the project, for which he arrived on time, and he even gave me a "heads up" call so I would have time to put the dogs up. After 2 more days of not hearing anything from the big box store, and needing the get the job done before I went out of town again, I gave Brett the go-ahead. He was able to fit me into his schedule the next morning. I was not there for the installation, but my wife was, and said that Brett and his assistant were both very friendly and professional. When I got home from work I took a look at the install and was shocked to see such a nice job. I never knew a hot water heater could look so good! I work on a lot construction projects and I'm always criticizing people's work- my wife says I should do home inspections. I am very picky, perhaps somewhat anal-retentive even, so it means a lot for me to say how nice of a job they did. That said, I don't think their prices are the cheapest in town, but certainly not outlandish, and definitely worth it considering the quality of service and work. I will definitely be using Brett next time I need a plumber.

Totally blown away with the timely service and attention to detail of the repairs as performed by All Hours Plumbing.... at last a plumber I can trust to be a company of intergrity and characer. Brett described in detail the parts needed to repair my toilet and the reason for the replacement.... addtionally I was advised about using chlorine tablets in the toilet and the adverse affect they have on the rubber parts used in toilet tanks. I would highly recommend All Hours Plumbing as a reliable, trust worthy company for all plumbing needs.... Thanks guys .... you did great....!!
