I choose them because of the reviews on Angie's List. They responded quickly and got me an estimate over the phone, which was accurate.

They did a great job, rebuilt the toilet, and also put down a new ring. I was very happy with their service.

Page a47 of the October booklet clearly states "Call us for your FREE estimate" I was told that there would be an $89 trip charge. This is disconcerting and inconsistent.

I called this company for my elderly neighbor who had a broken hot water heater. They came out within the hour and were very professional and courteous with my neighbor. They told her exactly what they would need to do, how much it would be, and how long it would take to repair. She allowed them to complete the job and everything was completed on time and as quoted by day's end. I would recommend this company again or use for myself when needed.

Very pleased. The plumbers were already in my area when I called and they showed up at my door about 2 hours after I contacted the company. They were friendly, efficient, and worked until they were certain the problem was taken care of. I was given a $30 discount for using Angie's List. I will definitely call All Hours when I need plumbing work performed in the future. Lesson learned: popsicle sticks should be thrown in the trash can....NOT flushed down a toilet.

Brett showed up when he said he would. He completed the work quickly and better than the originally installed water heater. He worked to make sure my tenants were happy. He worked over the phone with me since I am in the military and not able to be at my townhome to oversee the work. I will use him from now on for any of my plumbing needs and anyone else in the area would be best to use him.

They were great. They came quickly. They were professional. They did not have the part with them so they went to the office to get it and came right back and finished fixing the water heater.

All Hours came out and re-sealed the drain in the tub for $89. They said to allow three hours for the silicon to set and then to test it. If there was any more leaks afterward, they would return and do more work to confirm where the additional leaks were coming form and apply the $89 toward those repairs. So far, so good.

They arrived right on time and were very professional. I appreciated that he walked me through where the pipes were located and educated me so I could know what to look for in the future. Since it related to cracking in tiles and not the pipes itself, he recommended someone else to come fix the problem.

Sunday afternoon, our kitchen sink was clogged, not responding to the use of a plunger. We had family coming over for dinner and time was moving forward. A call was made to Brett around 3:00pm on a Sunday afternoon, and he returned the call about 10-min later, telling us he could take care of the situation, and would advise as to what time his Assistant would be onsite. About 5-mins later, he called and said his Assistant would be at our home in about 15-min. Eric arrived on time and in about 30-45 mins the sink was back in business. I have used All Hours Plumbing in the past and always found Brett and his personnel to be great to work with and very trust worthy. I would highly recommend this firm for any plumbing needs.

The faucet handle had a slow persistent drip. They came out to replace the leaky handle. The leak actually originated in a part behind the wall. The techs that came out were unable to access the part without cutting into the insert. The hole was covered with a plate cover. The techs replaced the handle with a complete new handle, spout, and showerhead kit. I was surprised that the water pressure from the shower head was significantly reduced after the replacement. My husband and I had to call the owner three separate times to discuss the issue. The owner provided several different explanation during each conversation first that new shower heads have a water restrictor. Second, the old handle was a pull out handle, the new handle is a fixed turned handle which will restrict the pressure. The third explanation was that the pressure at the street was previously set to high and that current code limits pressure to 75psai. The techs came and completed the service with no discussion of any of these issues. After the third phone call the techs came out to remove the water restrictor from the shower head. I learned from another plumber who came to service our water heater since that the water restrictor was still in the shower head. The second plumber removed the restrictor which significantly increased the pressure. I was disappointed by the lack of communication with the techs whom came to preform the service. They did what they were paid to do, but provided no explanation to me of what would effect the pressure and water flow to the faucet. This information was only available from the owner over the phone. The owner was responsive, but I was not confident if the explanations he was providing were merely excuses since he had not services the house himself.

Excellent service and delightful experience. Highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided a 30 minute call ahead time, and arrived right on time. Quality of work was impeccable.

I have had occasion to use All Hours several times lately, once for a problem with a toilet, replacing a leaking water heater, and fixing a kitchen faucet. The toilet issue occurred late one Saturday night, and Brett arrived within about 1/2 hour and quickly took care of the issue. With the water heater, they were here on a Saturday to get it installed, and were prompt and did a great job getting the new equipment installed. I discovered my kitchen sink was leaking yesterday, and Brett got here within a few hours, and because they had done other service for me and it just took tightening a connection to resolve the issue, I was not charged for the visit. I would recommend All Hours to anyone. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and work performed.

I called the provider at around 8:30 am and 2 workers were at my home by 10:30 am. After about 5 minutes, they had diagnosed the problem. It took them about 15 more minutes to replace the problem part. It took another 5 minutes to complete the invoice and that was it! They were in and out in about 30 minutes. It was great! I would recommend All Hours Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They were very responsive and courteous!

He has come out 3 times and does not charge extra for late/emergency calls. He is very friendly and the service is great. I feel very comfortable with him and trust him. I would highly recommend him.

Brett arrived within 30 minutes as promised. He cut a couple of holes in the wall to try to find the leak and was able to determine it was the water heater drain pipe which wasn't ran outside. He also went upstairs and found out that the water heater is leaking. He fixed the pipe quickly and gave us the information we needed to get the water heater replaced thru our home warranty. He was professional, courteous, and fair priced. We will use All Hours again!

Technicians arrive 10 minutes early which I greatly appreciated. They analyzed the issue of why my water pressure was high and made the adjustments as needed. They could have told me I needed to replace the valve and I would have deferred to their judgment but to their credit they did not replace something unnecessarily. Some tubing going to the back on one toilet had the seal broken and they replaced that tubing.

They arrived when scheduled and were very courteous about not tracking in dirt and just very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use them in the future.

The plumber showed up within 45 minutes of my call. Our yard was a complete swamp. We needed the water line fixed immediately. He seemed to know almost exactly where the leak was coming from in our yard. It took a while for him to dig down about 4 and a half feet because the ground was so saturated and kept filling up the hole. After about 2 hours, he found the hole in the pipe. He called for a 2nd plumber to help him fix the hole. They fixed the hole pretty quickly once they found out exactly where it was. Then they filled in the hole for us. They were very considerate in trying to keep the red soil off our driveway when they were cleaning up. We were so grateful they found it and fixed it as quickly as they did. We thought the charge was reasonable considering how much work was involved in trying to get down to the pipe.

They were very good and knew what they were doing. They were polite and friendly. They cleaned up well after themselves. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We had an issue with one of the toilets, I called another plumber who I'd used several times before. We set up an appointment and he didn't come or call! So after waiting for 2 hours (3pm on a Friday afternoon), I called All Hours. Eric came within a half hour and fixed the toilet issue. I then asked him about an issue we had on an outside drain, he helped us with that too. Great guy. Will call again.

I got his number from the publication. He quoted me a price. He came out on time. He installed the faucet quickly. He gave me a discount that was offered in the book. He was very efficient and professional.

When I called Brent and Eric from All Hours Plumbing to look at a wall where water was leaking from, they said they could be out in 20 minutes and they actually arrived in less than 20 minutes. They were very quickly able to determine that the pex pipe leading from the water heater had some holes nailed into 12 years ago and the holes had finally developed a leak. They replaced the pipe within a couple of hours. They were very professional while completing the work. They listened to all of our questions and concerns and answered them with details and patience (even when Brent had to explain everything to my husband on the phone after he had explained everything to me in person). Brent also provided us with Internet links where we could view videos and find information about our specific problem. The price of the work was very reasonable and we plan to have All Hours Plumbing come back next week to do additional work on the plumbing in our home.

I called All Hours at 6 p.m. with a broken toilet valve, which required me to turn off the water to the entire house. Brett was very willing to come out that night, but as it would have been after 9 p.m., I opted for the next morning. Before we hung up, he offered advice on how I might make the repair myself, which I considered extremely good service, especially as it would have cost him the work had I been successful. (I wasn't, but the advice was accurate.) In the morning, Brett called before he arrived, as he said he would, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and affordably. Very satisfied.
