Great. I called Brett and he had a team at my townhome in less than 15 minutes. They located the leak in about 15 more minutes. Then the only thing that took the longest was getting all the water drained out of the system so they could fix it and that is due to no fault of their own. Then it took about 20 minutes to prepare and replace the busted pipe. He impressed me when he replaced our water heater about a year ago. This is the reason he was the first person I called when the pipe burst. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing repair or anything else Brett and his teams provide.

From my first contact via phone to schedule an appointment until the last call in which they called to advise they were in route; the contact(s) and service provider were extermely professional, courteous and got the task at hand done. In the end they resolved the issue I was having with the bolt and also installed the shower filter. I would definately recommend them to my family and friends. They understand customer service and delivered well and are an A+ in my book.

This is the second time we've used this company and only have nice things to say about them. Over the weekend our hot water heater went out needed replacing. They fit us in on Monday, evaluated the issue and gave us three options. We decided to have the hot water heater replaced and they were out there the next day to complete the work. They completely exceeded my expectations, especially when they noticed the water heaters needed to be re-configured because one water heater (the one that went out) was doing all the work. An expansion tank and shut off valves were added, so that in the event one water heater failed, we could shut it off and use the other. That really impressed me. Some plumbers will take advantage of you because they know you're in a bind and need something fixed; however All Hours has always been fair and honest with me. I can't thank them enough for being there when we needed them. I would highly recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Everything went as well as it could go, the gentlemen showed up on time and provided excellent service. They explained the process and set the proper expectation of duration of their work. Once they were done, they cleaned up and ensured everything was in working order before leaving.

I came home to find a fountain in our yard thanks to a broken water pipe. We had a river running down the street, our meter was full of water, and I couldn't see the shut-off valve to turn it off. I called All Hours Plumbing in a panic and they were at our house in 15 minutes. They immediately got the water shut off and within 30 minutes, had my issue resolved and were on their way. I can't thank them enough! They will definitely be getting all my future plumbing business.

Excellent company! Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs ... noticed late on a Friday afternoon that my hot water heater was leaking. They verified they had a replacement heater in stock and were willing to come out that evening to replace - I opted to wait until the next day - they were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Brett took the time when I called Friday and was immediately able to give me a quote and verify they had a replacement heater they could install. He answered all my questions on energy efficiency (the new rules).

This was the 2nd time I used All Hours Plumbing....they came the same day I called for service!...prompt, professional, KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!

I called All Hours on Saturday and talked to Bret. He was very efficient and gave me a quote over the phone. The price was a bit higher than a special advertised on Angie's List that I saw later but I decided to stay with All Hours because Bret had made the process so painless. The installation was also in the Attic with some limited clearance issues. This was not a problem to Bret. We agreed that they would install the heater on Monday since I really did not need it done immediately. Bret's installation crew called Monday morning to let me know they would be there in about 30 minutes. They were there on time and got right to work. They were able to work through the location issues with some added effort but no griping or up-selling. I really appreciated that. They did a great job of installing the new heater. This included adding an expansion tank and some other code upgrades. This was all included in the quote. I felt that Bret was being very honest and the whole process went flawlessly without any up-selling or unexpected extra charges.

David showed up on time, was polite and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong and was able to fix everything. At the end, walked me through all of the issues and changes that he made. Gave me advise to avoid future problems. Very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

They offered a fixed fee to replace all the innards that could possibly be leaking and were available to come out the same day. I said yes. They came, they fixed, they went. All good.

I hired a handyman to do this work initially and learned the hard way that you should just go with the experts right from the get go. All Hours Plumbing was great and they fixed the issues left behind by the handyman. All Hours was very responsive and went above and beyond to answer some other random plumbing questions that I had. They did the repairs to my kitchen sink about a month ago and everything is still working great. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

We had first contacted Brett and All Hours Plumbing shortly after moving into our 1987 home in Dec 2012 when we had a leak from our master bath tub into kitchen (and light fixture) downstairs. With such great experience then, Brett is our "go to guy" for all plumbing and water repair needs in this nearly 30-year-old home. Yesterday, I discovered rushing water coming from pipe under our porch/house in backyard and immdiately called Brett. He was very helpful to lead me through shutting water off until he could arrive within the hour (fast!). When he got to the house, he immediately understood what had happened and offered both an immediate and a long-term solution to repair an older pipe problem. Brett came out within a couple of hours of my call. He was very professional and took care of the problem quickly. He also answered my other plumbing questions and gave me some good advice. He charged less than quoted on the phone since I had already drained the pipe. He also told me about a $25 coupon on Angie list that I had overlooked.
