He's as lifesaver. I've called him during odd hours and he's very responsive. Even though his service area is extensive (I believe from Virginia to Florida), when it's a real emergency, he's always been there to help me out. I rely on him. He's like my kiln support group in one.
Description of Work: He has replaced elements and relays along with providing accurate diagnosis of problems. He's also installed a lid lifter for me.
