These guys rock! The gentleman who answered my call was friendly and very professional. The service men arrived less than 2 hours after my initial call, arrived with smiles, clean uniforms and did not try to sell me anything additional. I would definitely recommend aAll City Heating and Air and it is so refreshing to give my business to a company who truly deserves it, acts like they want my business and performed the job they were hired to do efficiently!

The service went excellent, Ernie did a great job, and they are very skilled at what they do. No shenanigans, they are the best. I would definitely use them again and again.

Ernie Brummitt told me things about my system which no one else has ever before told me. He is the most knowledgeable, conscientious, and honest HVAC person I have ever met. There was a problem which occurred after his maintenance and which was NOT his fault. Ernie has come out 3 additional times to check on it--all without charge! Ernie has on his truck the phrase, "Whatever it takes..." and with him, that saying is not just empty WORDS, but something he proves by his DEEDS. Don't even bother to call anyone else, call Ernie!

The techs were 30 min early and very friendly. When they came in my house to explain the problem, they took their boots off to keep from getting dirt on the carpet. They finished and e-mailed me a statement within an hour. I am very satisfied.

I was well pleased with both jobs. He did have to make a trip back to my house to correct outdoor piping need for drainage. Otherwise, I have been very happy with my new unit and will definitely use in the future. I had other estimates well above his price.

Woke up in a chilly home and realized that my second unit had now failed. I saw the Deal & Buy Now ad for All City and called to make sure they were open (1/21 - Holiday for some) and could come out that day. I made my appointment and bought the Deal now. Jeff and team arrived and we discussed further what was happening. They went right to work and came back and advised me that he was able to fix the bottom unit, but would need a part for the upstairs unit. He stepped out to contact the parts center and came back in to advise me of the costs. We discussed the previous technicians findings and their estimate as well. Jeff was CONFIDENT that the second part on my previous estimate was not needed and that replacing the inducer motor would get me back up and running. They left and returned with the part and replaced it in no time. Jeff saved me approximately $110 and was able to fix both my units. Great service and knowledgeable.

Home heating system quit working during a 29 degree night. Called a large heating and air company who advertises a lot locally. They came out and said my 12 year old furnace was at the end of it's life and was unsafe because of a leak in the heat exchanger. They did get it going by replacing the capacitor for just over $620 dollars. They also quoted a whole house replacement including the air conditioning (same age as furnace side of the system). I called 5 other companies that day and 3 responded with quotes. Two of the companies remarked that the capacitor and other labor should have been closer to $300. The company we ended up going with for the furnace replacement agreed that the system was nearing the end but they could find no evidence of any safety issue. They double checked the heat exchanger. After talking with others apparently the "unsafe leaking heat exchanger" is a common scare tactic to motivate a quick sale. We ended up choosing All City Heat and Air because they took the time to explain all of the potential options and were very price competitive. What we really liked was the comparison of what each furnace / ac would cost up front compared to what the monthly operating cost would be. We choose a high efficiency system that will help keep the monthly utility bills down. The original company that came out was over $2,300 higher than the closest competitor. The installation went as planned and on time. All professional crew did the install and removed all traces of the old system from our property. The new system works great and is much quieter than the old one.

I ended up not choosing All City to install a new gas pack but I sincerely liked Ernie and Jeff, the co-owners. Unexpectedly, a friend in the housing business set me up with the HVAC dealer he uses. If not for that personal relationship, I would have choosen these folks! They are top-notch professionals, expert, courteous and did everything they could do to try and win my business. Ernie was easy to schedule and showed up on time. Called before arriving. Was clean, courteous and professional.

Their professionalism is what stands out to me about them. It's under a service contract so it's covered by the contract. They come out every 6 months and the price covers the life of the contract. I would recommend family and friends to very definitely consider them. I would use them again so I would recommend them. They are certainly very responsive and they have been very willing to work with me. I live in Florida, but the house is in Charlotte so they have worked through some scheduling issues and some other issues with me that have been mutually satisfactory.

I was out of town when another company (who we had a contract to perform maintenance) came to my house and gave my mife a generic quote to replace the units for about $7,500. I almost hit the floor at that bill so I called a friend and he referred me to Ernie and All City. His staff came out immediatley and reviewed the situation. Gave us a fair quote for services and did the work in a quick and professional manner. They continue to have our general maintenance contract for the house.

They did a pretty good job and they were accommodating. My furnace is pretty old so they had a hard time getting their hands on the parts but they did a good job.

Company reviewed current installation and provided a bid. Once I accepted the bid and paid a down payment the company installed the new equipment and did additional tasks as per above. Company overall was responsive but this was done over a distance of 700 miles and there were some communication issues. Company supplied pictures of completed work and I get emails of work performed both within and outside the maintenance office. Ashley in the office is very helpful and cooperative.

Response time was great - next day service, on a Saturday. Service fee was very reasonable and the technician was polite, professional and informative. Only complaint - the cost of freon but I have no reason to think I was overcharged for it.

They were fantastic! They were amazing when it came to responsiveness. Everything was done as they said it would be. They were just as good and professional as the larger heating and a/c companies who were going to charge me a lot more. I would refer them without hesitation.

I loved this company!!! They were completely professional and gave a very competitive estimate. They didn't offer the brand name I was looking for so I elected to go with another company for the work but I would highly recommend these guys. They were happy to educate me about the questions I should be asking service providers and even when I told them I would be going with another company - they still gave me a list of questions to ask the vendor. If I didn't demand Trane - I would have happily let this company perform the work. Just a great company.

NOT GOOD. NO CONCERN FOR HOMEOWNER, OR INTEGRITY IN HONORING SERVICE CONTRACT, SO WOULD THEIR MECHANICAL SERVICE BE ANY BETTER?

YEARLY CONTRACT. THEY WERE THE MOST RESPONSIVE OF ALL THE CALLS I'D MADE CAME THE NEXT DAY.
