All About The Pipes Plumbing

Description of Work: Serviceman arrived promptly to fix leak from bathroom toilet, that leaked through downstairs ceiling. The wax seal was reset, unfortunately, when the water was turned back on, the toilet re-leaked. Apparently there was a slow leak that was missed. The plumber was recalled, and the leak was fixed with no charge, and a follow up call was made by the company to make sure everything went okay. We were pleased with the service when it was all done, just wish everything was caught first.

Description of Work: Unfortunately All About The Pipes was unable to meet my needs with same day service.However, the representative suggested that I contact the local Gas Company to comeout and evaluate my water heater (they offer the service for free!). She did not have toprovide me with this information and could have scheduled me to see their techs (at cost!)If I ever need ANY plumbing services I will certainly call and recommend them!P.S. The water heater pilot light went out due to heavy rain strom, easy fix!!

Description of Work: They came out quickly. They saw it was a defect in the hardware (a faucet).They knew it had a lifetime warratny ant they called the manufacturer on our behalf. Manufacturer mailed us a replacement. They did not charge us for the first visit, saying they did not do anything and would only charge us for the install.

Description of Work: I replaced an old water heater with the Hybrid Eternal. I spoke with about six different companies about the various choices and pricing and ultimately chose All About the Pipes. They did an excellent job on all fronts.

Description of Work: Installed a replacement dishwasher in an older house. They were very nice to work with. They also performed miscellaneous functions such as adjusting leaky toilets, checking a possible sink drip and adjusting a vent pipe on a hot water tank.

Description of Work: On 6/14/2011 I had no water pressure coming inside the home from the well.I called the company and they stated they would send someone familiar to the problem.Douglas Gerin(service technician) responded and replaced the pressure valve which corrected the problem.From the start, he exibited confidence and professionalism.He was also enthused about his performance.GOOD COMPANY

Description of Work: We had a bad smell in the kitchen and thought we needed a new studor vent. He had one on his truck, showed up on time, replaced it, fixed a few other things while he was at it. Everything went better than expected...its no fun dealing with contractors right now, no one wants to do the job right the first time...but these guys were GREAT!

I have recomended All About The Pipes to my friends and family due to their fair pricing and excellent service. I have had service from bad plumbers in the past and will use these folks for all my plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We had them come out for an estimate of replacing our water heater of 15 years....it is still working, but we are thinking of replacing it with either a tankless or regular tank. Also discussed other repairs and changes we would like to make. The owner, Chris, came to the house for the estimate. He was on time, professional, and took his time to explain about the water heaters and any questions. He even adjusted our toilet (by shortening the chain)! We haven't made a decision on the water heater at this time.

Description of Work: I was surprised that they sent one person to do this job, knowing that the job needed someone else to help him carry the sink top. he did the job, but they charged me over the priced agreed upon, instead of $225.00 I paid $285.00. I also thought he would finish the sink top with the siding, but they said that they can't do it!

Description of Work: I had a major underground leak between my well pump and house. They showed up on time and proceeded to locate and repair leak. Work was done within 24 hrs. They totally exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: I'm very torn as to how to rate this company. They have done work for us in the past which was high quality, very professional, responsive/punctual, and pretty reasonable on price. We really liked the plumber who came to the house. That was the last two times. This time, we've called them multiple times over a two-day period for an urgent issue and never even got a phone call back. I am very disappointed.

Description of Work: Solved and corrected a water leakage problem which had water raining down thur my kitchen ceiling from my air conditioning condensation drain. Two prior plumbers misdiagnosed the problem as a broken toilet. Chris is brilliant, quick, and reasonably priced.
