All About The Pipes Plumbing

When the house was built, there was a small access hole cut in the subfloor below the bathtub drain. Working in the crawl space under the house, the hole was just big enough for Ed to disassemble, seal, and reassemble the joint that was leaking. I had visions of having to go through the bedroom wall to correct the leak but Ed had the tools and patience to do the job from the crawl space.

Provider came out for a quote. I have a large project, a few small jobs to facilitate aforementioned large project, and one potential emergency. Chris came out and reviewed the details. Most importantly, I needed to know how much it would cost to investigate a water leak under and around my house. I followed up on the visit the next day stating that things were time sensitive and I needed to obtain the quote as soon as they were able so we could proceed (I really had no other company in the mix to resolve the water issue). A week went by and then I received an email stating: "Thank you for inviting Chris to bid the gas project at your home. At this time we regretfully will not be bidding this project. Thank you however for the opportunity." I was baffled and asked why they couldn't help, but I received no response to email, phone call, or text. I scrambled to find another plumbing company to come out, but before that could occur, I discovered water in my basement. Suffice it to say, I would only consider AATPP for non-critical issues, since they cannot be counted on for the big stuff it seems.

They were on time, and had everything done within 2 hours. It took longer than normal because we had a part that disintegrated when snaking out the drain, and he left and came back with a new part and replaced it. Very courteous, very quick, and they even gave us a 15% discount that we didn't ask for. They are our go-to for all plumbing needs.

Dan did a great job very quickly and it turned out as I'd hoped.

Scheduling was easy, the guy who worked on our faucet was great. He knew exactly how to fix it and was polite and nice to work with. I will use them again.

Mark called in advance of arriving to confirm and let me know he was on the way. He arrived very promptly when scheduled. He was very friendly, professional and explained what he needed to do. He took measurements and called to order the right parts from Fergusons. I was a concerned that I would be charged for Mark's time going to get the part - however based on the bill, I was only charged for his time on site. The one thing that I was disappointed about was that they did charge a premium for the valve itself. I am happy to pay for the plumber's work however, I don't think they should have made a profit on parts.

We called All About The Pipes after reading the reviews on Angie's List. They lived up to the reviews and then some. From the receptionist who answers the phone (who is just a sweetheart) to Dan the plumber with the golden touch. We have lived in our home for 17 years and have always had bad water pressure. Over the last few weeks that low pressure turned into almost no pressure and the result was very little water. Dan arrived early (what a guy) and examined the situation. He replaced a faulty pressure valve and when he realized that did not correct the problem he started digging the front yard and well long story short he did not stop until the problem was not only solved but now we are the only house on the block with Niagara Falls flowing from ALL of our faucets. He was with us for 4 plus hours and then gave us a break on the final cost. If you ever need an ace plumber call this company and ask for Dan. I promise you will NOT be sorry. All plumbers should be as smart and polite as Dan. He is a treasure!!

I received a return phone call and was able to arrange an appointment promptly. The serviceman called prior to arrival and was at my house on time. He was very professional and nice. I would use this company again.

He's an A plus. He's the best. Pricing is good because I got a discount. He's got a great crew. They're very good. They're always on time. Professionalism is very high.

A very personable, punctual, young man came and unplugged our kitchen drain. It works like a charm. We also needed two bathroom faucets rebuilt. I had trouble with one faucet dripping. They came out and checked the faucet. By that time, it was no longer dripping. In the beginning the faucets were a bit stiff and with my arthritic hands I couldn't turn one faucet all the way off. They were very nice and said they always stand behind their work and if we needed anything to call. We are very happy with All About Pipes and their service.

I would have given them an A up through last week as they were responsive and the plumber that came to my house twice in last two years was great. However, I called last week and was told the owner was unlikely to call me back until Friday or possibly Monday, which I understood. I called Monday to kindly ask for follow up and I still have not yet received a call back. I would much prefer to use a plumber that is familiar with my situation. I understand if they are too busy to do the work immediately, but a call back to a customer should not be that big of a deal. I think if you use them and they provide services, you will be happy though.

Chris did a great job replacing the hose bibs. He first checked to see if he could repair them, and when that wasn't possible he replaced them. I can't say enough about All About the Pipes. They really are great! Very punctual and professional, and they always do a great job. They've become my go-to plumber for any need I have.

Overall the work went very smoothly. The work was inspected and changes were made to ensure all the plumbing was up to code. I was originally not pleased with the way in which the trench was filled (my yard was left very uneven), however when I contacted the company my concerns were corrected within a week.

Would highly recommend "All About the Pipes" for your needs. Dan even asked, before he left, if there was any other plumbing related issues that we had questions about. Great folks!

I'm always nervous when using a new company, but Mark was awesome! He was super professional and knew exactly what was causing the gurgling in my tub. He was super quick and fixed the issue right away. I am so happy to have found a great plumber and to know I don't ever have to go back to Roto Rooter!

I called Sunday and they were here Monday morning. Very good and quick service. I thought the price was a little high but was extremely happy with the quality of work so am happy.

Mark diagnosed that we had a water heater that was not heating properly. It wasn't leaking but we could no longer take long, hot showers. BRRR. In fact, we really couldn't take short, warm showers. BRRR Brrrr. He called ahead to see if he could arrive early and was very polite. He took the time to look at all options to make sure that he wasn't going to replace parts that wouldn't fix our issue. He was very respectful of our home, our large dogs that followed him around and did a great job fixing our water heater.

They're just fantastic. They come immediately when you call, and do an exceptional job.

The estimate went well, the tech was friendly and we were planning on using them. However, when we called to schedule they were very rude so we went with another company.

They found the main stoppage in the slab underneath my hall way Jamie and his assistant cleaned that out and all the way to the street. 'All was well for a few days then I had to call again a few nights later when the pipes in the laundry room and the kitchen sinks and the hall bath started backing up. This time, Cyrus came out, He took up the commode from the hall bath and ran the camera both directions. He pulled out the usual suspects. old food, grease etc. The problem is that the pipes are all iron and over time get "burrs" in the inside of those pipes. These burrs catch and hold all the gunk etc. so that it cannot wash on out as it should. Cyrus pressure washed the pipes and got everything flowing as it is supposed to. With his input we decided that these old pipes could benefit from a periodic clean out to prevent them from backing up. I have another job for them or several small ones. I have been so impressed with every technician that has come out from this company. Excellent men, hard workers who took care to help me and leave the house floors clean.

Mark was efficient and knowledgeable. He installed new faucets, answered all my questions, and made sure we were satisfied with the work before he left. All that, and Angie's List discount! Would definitely call them next time I need help with plumbing.

The tech that came out was wonderful! He was very professional. He had to call another tech to come help him and the other man that came was very professional as well. I was very satisfied with the work they did and the price was very reasonable.

Called on New Years Eve for a hot water pipe that burst. Left 2 messages on the business phone and 2 messages on the emergency number and have not gotten a call back yet. I have used Angies list for a multitude of services and have never had an issue. Very disappointed in this business and their lack of attention.
