Description of Work: Needed a new hot water tank and water pressure regulator. Chris the owner came out for an estimate. Got several quotes, some higher some a little lower. The plumbers were here a couple of hours. I'm Happy. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed disability equipment in a shower. Worker paid attention to detail and to what I requested. If any part of the job appeared differently than what I'd requested, he took the time to check with me before proceeding. He worked quickly, cleanly and patiently worked around visitors and their pets. VERY wonderful experience.

Description of Work: I can't remember the gentleman's name who came to my house, but he was very professional, very clean (cleaned up after himself, and didn't ask to use anything of mine in order to clean up), did the work quickly, offered suggestions as to damage that was done (even though out of his area of expertise), and applied the best discount available. I had not called this contractor initially, but the contractor I called referred them. He also called to confirm that he was on his way.

Description of Work: They changed out the flapper in my old American Standard toilette. I had replaced 3 times but still had a ghost flush which drove my cat bananas. The tech explained to me what was happening with the seal of the flapper I installed, which was not holding the seal. He replaced the flapper ($4.00 part)that did not require a pudy seal. I thought that was expensive but the customer service and patience in explaining everything to me was so well worth it. Wish I had call them along time ago. I definitely will use them in the future.
