All About The Pipes Plumbing

Chris was incredibly nice to work with. He came himself, did the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up well after himself. We will definitely use him again. As we came in from outside, he even helped bring in our trash can from the street. A man of manners and skill!

This work was done a while back and I apologize to Chris V and others for taking so long. Wonderful experience, extremely professional, punctual, courteous and clean. My wife and I are very pleased. Chris diagnosed the problem, the cracked pipe and flange, having to get into our cramped crawlspace to do much of the diagnosis and work. After completing the work, Chris and his helper Matt cleaned up the area better than it was, caulking around the base of the tub and cleaning the tile and grout around the tub. We have recommended Chris and his company several times since then and we plan on having him back soon to do some more work.

Very positive, clean, and neat. Came on time and was very pleasant to work with.

Called on Tuesday afternoon May 2, regarding leaking toilet. No return call by 2pm Wednesday, May 3. Poor response.

I experienced a bad leak in my plumbing. This was the first company I called, which was at 8:45 AM. I left a voice mail message. After a half hour I called another company that immediately scheduled an appointment. I received a call from this company shortly after noon. He said he hadn't received the message until about an hour before. He was very pleasant and thoughtful when he called.

These are my favorite guys to call for all types of plumbing problems. They are efficient and very reasonable!!

Rep was very pleasent, completed the job quickly and was attentive to details; didn't wear shoes in house (was raining), didn't drip water from wet tools back through house when leaving, etc. Rep responded to call, that day - without standard lead time.

Chris and his crew have come here on at least three occasions, and each time it has been a very positive experience -- as much as dealing with plumbing problems can be. They were very courteous, obviously sorry to give me such bad news, and offered to help us find a good contractor to fix the problem. We have not received the bill yet, but I expect it will be their standard $85 or so for making a house call. It was well worth it to help avoid what could have resulted in more extensive repairs had this gone on. They said we were lucky that we hadn't fallen through the shower yet.

I called as the water I pipes was coming out of faucets dark. I called and got a quick response. Before they got here or arrange appointment..for whatever reason, water was clear. Will call if and when I need plumbing service. Ellen Milano

Chris and I had a difficult time connecting to one another by phone, but he persisted. Once we actually got to talk by phone, we scheduled our appt. time. He was punctual, polite, and amazingly fast in his service. I would definitely use this company again in the future. Also, though he didn't have a coupon with Angie's List at the time of my service, he gave me a discount when I told him I found out about him through Angie's List.

Chris and his coworkers are excellent!! He was a pleasure to work with. He was always prompt, neat, and responsible. Chris would even give me a "courtesy call," as he calls it, when he would be a few minutes late. Working with Chris was a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend him to anyone! I am so relieved to finally find a good plumber!

They were just great. When he said he would be here the guy showed up within one minute of the time he said he would be there. There work was highly professional. Just a good experience. A young guy, but very knowledgeable.

Matt and his helper Matt worked quickly, efficiently, and did an excellent job. They also were polite and courteous (took off shoes at door). Chris showed up halfway through the job and didn't even charge for his time! Will definitely use again for all my plumbing needs.

THEY HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED $85-$100.00 THEY ONLY CHARGED ME $70.00 FOR BOTH REPAIRS. THEY EVEN CAME IN UNDER THE TIME QUOTED. THEY DID GIVE ME AND ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. THEY WARRANTIED THE WORK FOR 1 YEAR.

Excellent service. I had personal problems and had to reschedule three times; however, Chris continued to call me to reschedule at my convenience. He brought two workmen with him. Chris was personable, timely, knowledgeable, polite and reasonable. Good experience. I've already recommended this company to a friend.

He got caught up in other work and changed times twice, and this was frustrating, because I had set my schedule around him. However, he was apologetic, tried to get someone else to help when I said that I had company coming and needed the toilet to be fixed that day. He ended up coming out a little later, gave Angie's list discount plus add'l discount for my trouble, seemed very nice and thorough.

The folks at all about the pipes could not perform the services I needed due to scheduling conflicts. They were however kind enough to talk me through the procedure which allowed me to take care of it myself.

THEY WERE OUT WITHIN AN HOUR WHICH I THOUGHT WAS GOOD FOR A SATURDAY. THEY REMARKED TO US ABOUT THE $15.00 DISCOUNT. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. HE TOLD MY HUSBAND OVER THE PHONE HOW TO FIX OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

I REALLY LIKE CHRIS AND HIS CREW. THEY ARE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND GENERALLY SHOW UP WHEN PROMISED (ALTHOUGH NOT 100% OF THE TIME UNFORTUNATELY). I THINK THEY DO QUALITY WORK, AND HIS IS THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE FOUND SO FAR IN CHARLOTTE - YET NOT PERFECT. UNTIL I FIND THE ''PERFECT PLUMBER'' (WHICH MAY NEVER HAPPEN) I'LL KEEP USING CHRIS AND HIS CREW.

CALLED TO HAVE THEM PERFORM WORK ON MY HOME AND LEFT A MESSAGE. NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL.
