I called because of their good rating. They called me back and left a message, said they were swamped and it would be a month before they could get to me. I immediately called back, got a machine, and left message that I could wait a month as long as we could go ahead and set up an approx. date. NEVER heard back from them, never. Not good.

We got the estimate about 2 months before we were ready to start work. Chris asked for 1/3 payment the day he commenced work, 1/3 upon passing rough in inspection and the balance when the job was completed. Chris and his crew were clean, neat, organized, and efficient. Good Plumbers are hard to find and I would recommend Chris for any remodeling work. He is too good to call for a clogged toilet, 1 leaky faucet, etc. He does work for an award winning custom builder in town which speaks volumes for his business.

Chris was asked to identify the cause of the problem and repair it. Since the problem was not a plumbing problem, it was not his to repair; however, while he was here, he did fix a separate problem with a toilet valve.

Chris agreed to meet me in the afternoon and showed up right on time (I was 15 minutes late meeting him!). He unclogged the drain and then manually freed up the disposal so that the reset would function. He then told me that I should take back the new disposal because my old one worked just fine. This alone saved me $200. Then he said "no charge" for the service call since I was a good customer. That is absolutely going above and beyond for your customers! I will continue to use All About The Pipes and recommend them to anyone.

Chris was on time, was courteous, explained what he would do and did it. Terrific!

I contacted the company from an Angie's List referral. They were very busy, but I have 2 bathrooms so I was able to wait the 4 days until they could schedule me. The technician showed up on time and when expected. He was neat and did his work proficiently. He showed me where the previous homeowner had attempted some plumbing repairs on his own, which had caused my current problem. He fixed the issue and replaced all the inner working of the tank. I had a slow drain in the same bathroom, which he snaked some hair out of for me at no extra charge. Great company. I enjoyed the experience. I will call again if/when needed.

I made an appointment with Chris for 3:00 pm. I received a call from Gary at 2:00 pm and he indicated he was running behind due to a job requiring more work than expected. He asked if I would rather reschedule or have him still come out when he finished the current job. I asked him to still come out since I had taken time off work to meet him at the house. Gary arrived at approximately 4:30 pm and was extremely pleasant and professional; very apologetic about being late. He was finished in less than an hour and even insisted on cleaning up the debris from the job.

The service was excellent. Chris did a great job in returning my call and then Gary did an excellent job in following up with the work and leaving the workplace very clean. They were also very accommodating to my schedule.

Chris repaired the problem quickly. He arrived on time, called before arriving, and completed work. Overall, it was a good experience. I will go back to him for my next plumbing job.

I called and corresponded through voice mail on Friday and set up an appointment for them to come out at 1:30 that day. I received a voice mail stating they were not going to be able to be here until 3:30. At 4:30 I called Chris, who was at home, who told me that he didn't know who I was and had not made an appointment with me. Of course, I was upset and told him I was calling Angie's list on Monday to give a negative report. He called me back to say that because he didn't even know me that his company did not warrant a negative report. I informed him that I even have a voice mail proving otherwise.

He did a great job. He was very responsive and professional. I am very pleased with the work performed.

Chris came early and did excellent work addressing the problem and answering any questions. Made sure to ask me if I was an Angie's List member so I could get the discount. Great job! Will definitely use in the future!

They were great. They returned my call promptly, came when scheduled, fixed the problem quickly and we've had no problems since.

They responded fast, but after explaining the job, decided they would not be best suited to do it.

Chris was responsive, let me know if he was running late, and very knowledgeable about the installation of tankless units. He was quoting against two other Angie's List plumbers and handled the total job (as opposed to needing some of the work subcontracted) and was the least expensive of the plumbers contacted. He and his helper Matt were thorough and the workmanship was excellent. Overall it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Completely satisfied with the work. Chris, the Co. Principal, went out of his way to make sure I was thrilled with the work.

Talk to Chris on phone after leaving voice mail. He responded immediately and we set up an appointment time. I had new granite countertops installed, but the countertop company didn't show up on the scheduled time. Matt and Chris showed up on the scheduled time, took their shoes off the door and were very polite. I explained the situation and they were very understanding. This was a Friday afternoon and I thought I would be without a kitchen faucet for the weekend. Luckily Chris called me Saturday to see if the countertops company had installed the countertops after they left. Countertop company had shown up late Friday. Chris came out on his day off to hook everything up. He even cleaned up the mess the countertop company left. This is without a doubt the best company around. Customer service, attention to detail, respect and professionalism far exceed other service company I have ever used. Best Plumber leaps and bounds above the rest!

While not unpleasant, the plumber was not particularly pleasant either. While going over what was to be done I discovered they had not provided a water filter as they were supposed to. After a call to Chris, the owner, and a brief argument as to who was to provide what, he agreed to waive the travel/service fee (not the labor) for someone to come out again to install filter. When I asked the plumber what kind of filter I should get, he said he didn't know. He installed the faucet in guest bath which appears to be working properly. He also installed a new sprayer in kitchen but left without it working properly because he said I need a new faucet. I have no real complaint. It just wasn't an overall good experience. I really don't know if I will use them again or not but have to check either yes or no so will check yes.

Chris was very quick about getting back to me to quote the work. However, I called over a week ago to schedule the job and have not heard back.

Job 1: Chris was on time. He took shoes off when he and assistant entered the house. They cut minimal wall board in the bathroom, yet found where the leak was occurring. Pointed out to me the leak. Made repair. Cleaned up work area. Left immediately in minimal time...no time wasted. Was very cleancut, polite and a very knowledgeable about plumbing. Job 2:Another fantastic report for this company. We used them in February 2006 and again July 5, 2006. Matt was polite, timely in arrival, competant and cleaned up totally from his work assignment. I'm very pleased with All About The Pipes Plumbing, Inc and Angies List.
