The technicians were on time, professional, very friendly and answered all of my questions. The office lady was nice and cordial. An overall nice experience.

Plumbers arrived on time. Had to snake the drain several times but eventually the blockage was opened and I have a working sink.

Plumber arrived on time and was professional in appearance, diagnosed the problem and gathered needed tools to make repair. He was finished in the time estimated (about 1 hour) and cleaned up all mess. He answered my questions about a add on water filter.

I very much liked and respected all of these folks. They are my plumber for life.

The drainage lasted only about 4 hours. I called Chris who said they don't give a warranty on drain cleaning however he said he would come out and look at the line. He said he could replace the line on a cost plus basis. I could only afford cost plus if I could adopt him and claim him as a dependent on my taxes. He went under the house and spent about two hours to install additional drain line supports to "take the belly out of the line." He said that they would call ahead when to bring out the larger drain auger. A week later I called and they said someone would be out the following Tuesday. Not quite so prompt as the first call. Tuesday came; the owner and the assistant were there. Pulled the water closet, ran the bigger auger with the proper cutting head, found a wet wipe that may have contributed to the blockage. The first auger scratched the wood floor so I provided a drop cloth to protect the floor from the bigger auger.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. Very professional and polite group. They searched everywhere for my water pressure problem including going into a difficult crawl space to find the water pressure valve (another plumber said there was nothing they could do). For the first time since living in this house I have a decent shower w/ great water pressure! Made recommendations and reasonably priced. I will continue to use All About The Pipes as my plumber for projects to come! Thank you!

Estimate was approximately 4 times what we had the work done for by another company.

The estimate was well below another company, who I used to call for plumbing work. I appreciated not only the flat estimate, but also the willingness to work with us. We didn't like the shower valve they suggested, after looking at it on line, so we selected a different, comparable valve, and they had no problem accommodating us. When the job was done, we were concerned about how far the valve projected from the wall. They said this was normal but came and adjusted it to our liking anyway. That was fairly easy since we had them install an access panel behind the shower (that's one thing I did get from the other company). I was very pleased with their work, friendliness and how easy they were to work with.

The work was done professionally and promptly. Instead of repairing the break with a compression fitting they used 4 90 degree pvc fittings and new pvc pipe.

Paul arrived early! (That's a first.) He got right down to business, saw what needed to be done immediately, and had our dishwasher singing shortly after. But the icing on the cake is we got to talking about water heaters. We said we'd moved in here just a few months ago, and he voluntarily went up into our attic to take a look at ours to scope out any problems the home inspector might have overlooked. He didn't charge us for this and was so friendly and professional throughout the entire visit.

The job ended up being more complicated than I had initially expected but they were excellent. They were on time, they cleaned up after themselves and I will call them for any future plumbing needs I have. I highly recommend them.

Making the appointment was easy. The scheduler was extremely pleasant (she apologized a number of times for being unable to return my call the same day--she returned it at 6:30 am the next day) and clearly loved her job! Since the problem was not an emergency, the work was scheduled for the following Monday (I called on Thursday). The plumber was on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Overall, we were very, very pleased by our experience and quite relieved to find a reliable plumber who won't charge "an arm and a leg."

The guy was here for quite awhile to get to the point where the clog was. He did find two clean out valves under the house near the problem area but couldn t get the 2nd (more necessary) one off. This is a 1960 house & years of use or the suddenly cold weather could have caused it to freeze shut. He seemed very committed to resolving the issue. He found a work around using some other piping stuff he had on his truck & was able to force the clog out from the 1st clean out valve. He definitely knew what he was doing. I was a little apprehensive it may cost a lot more than estimated because he was here so long but when he came to take payment he said $150. He said he couldn't charge us more for the problem of it taking a little longer than intended. He seemed REALLY reputable to me. I would definitely recommend this company's services. He was here about 2.5-3 hours & cleaned up after himself. Was VERY professional, educational & nice.

Great. Chris came out and looked over everything, gave estimate, answered many questions/variations - he and Mary were very patient. Kevin/Daniel who installed were prompt, courteous, clean, worked well together. Very impressed with everyone involved. Would hire again and will hire again in about 2 weeks to put toilets in 3 bathrooms.

They were very good to work with from the original email to quotes to installation. Installation went smoothly. They showed up on time and worked through the day to complete the job. I was very pleased with their professionalism and appreciated them explaining all the features and functions of the new water heater.

Immediate response to my inquiry by Mary, and then prompt arrival on the day of the repair. He was thorough, explained what was wrong, and cleaned up when he was done. He went out for a part that did not end up working, so he did not charge me for the time he spent on that effort, and would not bill me until the replacement part had arrived and he could complete the repair. Very polite, clean, and knowledgeable.

Timing is critical during a kitchen remodel, and All About the Pipes were flexible and very responsive in keeping to our schedule. Their work was excellent and their crew was courteous and professional. Their pricing was very competitive. We would certainly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Awesome. They are my new plumbing service! I called and the the next day they came out. It was 2 guys, so they were more efficient with their time than one (good because they billed me hourly plus materials). They were on time, professional, and had great knowledge. They even gave me suggestions on cost savings for my new kitchen faucet.

Very well. Called contractor at 12pm and they arrived by 2pm and were done by 3:30pm. They were very friendly and made sure they kept the house clean and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

They were great. I was able to get them scheduled for the estimate and the final work very quickly and they did a great job. They brought the gas line to my deck with a nice cutoff valve. They had some extra work to manage capping the old line and did that without moving from their estimate. The guy was very nice, professional and got the job done quickly.

I called the company around 2:00. They scheduled an appointment with me at my convenience the next day. They called about 30 minutes before their arrival so that I did not have to wait for them. They looked at the situation and gave me numerous options to handle our situation. THANKFULLY, they did not give me the most expensive "fix" to our problem. They were willing to listen to me and explain their findings so that I fully understood. These gentlemen are very honest.

The company was very responsive, timely, and neat. Very pleased!
