Fabulous job. My mother had just passed away, and the toilet started overflowing everywhere. They came within a hour and helped me tremendously. So compassionate. So service oriented.

I called "All About the Pipes" on Monday and they sent Mark here on Tuesday. He called to let me know he was on his way and got here a few minutes before our scheduled time which was great! He reviewed our problem and estimated it could take a couple of hours which was fine. He had such an honest way about him I actually left him here alone while I ran to the store for the new spout. When I returned he had almost completed the work and was done in half the time estimated. The tub and shower are working again, and the new spout looks awesome. Thank you for doing such a great job! We will call your company from now on with our plumbing needs!

Fixed the problem and they are very professional . They are a bit pricey, but when it is an emergency, you get what you pay for.

Everything about All About the Pipes is well done! I appreciate Mary who is very helpful, efficient, and organized when scheduling our appointment....she was able to talk me through an initial fix over the phone until I knew exactly what to describe was the problem....this saved us two service calls! Chris was great...very timely, (in fact called to say he could be there about 30 minutes earlier!) He is clean, repaired everything and now our toilet is as good as new! We really appreciate working with a company who is so reliable, competent, and trusted! Thank you!!!

I had a Master Bath renovation and replaced the tub and shower hardware. Also replaced the toilet. The owner, Chris, came out initially to estimate the work as well as estimated possible water heater replacement (not yet done). Dan and Mark were great and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time and were thorough. They were also very neat, cleaned up, and removed trash. They had to come twice - once to remove old master bath fixtures and returned after tile job was completed to install the new ones. They also replaced shower fixtures in second bath. This company was very reliable. I would recommend.

It went very well. It was a minor plumbing job and it was quickly done by the plumber whose name is Dan. Dan was very knowledgeable and explained some things to me about this type of faucet.

I am looking for someone else. I probably will not use them again in the future.

Great! I filled-out the online schedule request form on Sunday afternoon. I got a call first thing Monday morning. They were able to send someone out by 12:30pm that same day. Very professional and efficient work. Price seemed a little high considering it didn't turn out to be a plumbing issue (as first thought); it was a tech issue with the dishwasher itself.

They were great, honest and professional, I would not hesitate to use them again.

It went very well. The lady who answered the phone call was extremely helpful in explaining the options available on the types of toilets they install. The installer was on time and did a good job.

My mom had passed away in the am that day and i forgot to call to reshedule. Mark came at 2:30 and i was crying telling him what had happened. He was so kind. Showed him the faucet while i made phone calls to relatives. The next day i recieved beautiful flowers from " the gang at all about the pipes" with thier condolences. Plumber showed up on time. He quickly found the leak without making a big hole/mess to repair later. He left the house to buy parts from a Lowes 4.3 miles away. He got stuck behind some type of car/truck wreck. By the time he returned and finished the job, a better part of 6 hours had went by. He did let me know he got stuck in traffic but I didn't realize he was charging me for that time as well. Maybe that's normal practice in the industry. But all together he fixed a leak coming from a wire that burned a small gap in a rubber/plastic water line for $500+. Other than the price, he did not leave a mess and communicated well. I apologize in advance if this cost is in-line with industry norm for the work provided.

The service is great but the price is really high.

Any time we have dealt with All About the Pipes the service has been fantastic from the call to them to the completion of the repairs/replacement. A few months ago they replaced a hot water heater for us. In addition we have used them several times in the past for various plumbing services and every time it has gone great! Dan is the person that we have dealt with the most and he is "the best".

They are very nice on the phone; and, the guy they sent out was great. Where my problem comes in is I was given a price to come out and pull the old toilets one day then come back after the floors were redone to install the new ones; but, it was not made clear that the fee they quoted was PER VISIT. If I ask for a quote, I expect you to tell me that the number you give me is PER VISIT and then clearly tell me the total estimated cost. I was told the cost was $358; but, my invoice is $716. In the future I will be sure to interrogate service providers and get things in writing before working with them. I will also ensure I use someone else the next time we have pluming needs.

Two guys arrived on time. The water supply line was replaced in 5 minutes which fixed the leak. Not sure why they sent two guys for this small a job. As long as they were there, I asked them to route out the waste line of a second toilet to correct a clogging problem. They also reset the water level. However, the toilet has since clogged again. When they were done it took them a while to write up the bill. Overall good but I'm not sure I needed to pay for two guys.

We had noticed that our floor in front of the kitchen sink was periodically wet; however, by the time we realized it was a plumbing issue, water had began to seep into the crawl space. All About the Pipes responded very quickly (within a few hours) to our call and the technician was able to repair the problem right away to stop further damage. Plumber was friendly and helpful!

He was on time and professional. The problem was taken care of quickly, and he gave me some simple tips to keep this from happening again. We will definitely call again.

Tim, the plumber did a nice job installing my new kitchen faucet. He was able to work around my sink waste disposal unit. All About The Pipes had previously done work for me in late 2013 when they installed a new drop in utility sink and faucet in my garage, Plus, a new faucet for my laundry room utility sink.

Office staff is professional and efficient. Plumber called and gave me 30 min advance notice of his arrival. Work was completed efficiently and professionally.

Mary took my call to schedule an appointment. She was professional and courteous during that process. Dan M. called in advance of arriving as requested. His previous job finished early so he said he was available to arrive earlier than the appointment time, if that suited my schedule. I was appreciative of the call as well as the option to keep my existing appointment time ? he left it up to me. We agreed on the earlier time and he introduced himself upon arrival. He was very professional and pleasant while working and answered the few questions I had. He was careful in the area in which he was working and made sure it was clean before he left. Punctual, polite and provided the agreed upon work in a timely manner - they have earned my future business!
