Chris was on time for the appointment. Very knowledgeable & professional. We ended up not going with them do to price. We received several quotes and they and another plumber were twice the price of two other quotes that we received in which we choose one of them. I would recommend them for a quote even though we didn't use them.

They are very quick in getting out to you and do the work very efficiently. They are clean and make very little to no mess. I would highly recommend them.

Paul was courteous and professional. Explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the problem. He was only a few minutes late and timely called to advise, but gave an additional discount to compensate. The whole job took less than an hour. He was happy to answer some of my other questions.

This company gave very good service. The gentleman gave an estimate to me over the phone and it was close to the actual cost. They didn't tear up anything or destroy anything when they did the work.

Great experience from the beginning. Mary who does the scheduling, called when she had a cancellation for Monday morning, October 20, which was most welcomed as I requested service asap. Chris arrived early and exuded professionalism from the moment we said hello. Chris conducted a through inspection of all the potential problem areas in the house, found the problems, and corrected them. I feel confident in the work he performed, he really knows his business. Chris received several cell phone calls, which he answered with "I will get back to you, I'm with a customer now." I read someone else's review in Angie's List of a different plumber where the person talked on the cell phone rather than focusing on the job at hand. The person was angry. That made me think about how much I appreciated Chris's presence and focus on my problems. I now know a reliable plumber for any future needs.

They come right away and they always do good work. Their prices are competetive. They are a trust worthy company and I feel comfortable with them in my home.

I had tried to do this myself but just could not get it done. They removed a massive amount of hair from the shower and it has been running smoothly every since. I have used this company several times and am always pleased with their work.

He charges by the hour. He was constantly leaving the house with his cell phone. He never even finished the job completely. I had a list of things for him to do, however, the only thing he did was the gasket and one drain. We have a mystery flusher, every once in awhile our commode will flush on it's own. He explained he ran out of time and wasn't able to complete everything we asked him to do. He would have had time if he wasn't on his phone the entire time.

Chris arrived within 2 hours of my call he was very polite and, after a lot of searching, determined leak was from AC condensation line. He apologized for not being able to fix since it turned out to be a non plumbing related problem and only charged me $50 even though he spent quite a while finding the problem. His efforts made it much easier for HVAC people to repair the damaged line. He also cleaned up after himself.

Scheduled appointment via e-mail for the same week as request. Plumbers showed up exactly on-time and called a few minutes before arrival to say they were on their way. Courteous and very fast. I thought I needed all three toilet kits replaced but they were able to repair one of them which they said could last a little longer once repaired. Charged less for entire job than I had been quoted for just one toilet by Dan King, even though they had to leave the house briefly to pick up another part (unanticipated because they didn't realize based on my work request that one toilet kit might be repairable). No travel charges for that. Excellent service and will definitely use them again.

This company and its people stand behind their work and name. Professionals in EVERY manner. Found All About the Pipes after not being satisfied with tilesetter's reinstall of toilet after tiling bathroom floor. Brent came to reset our toilet and had everything squared away in about 30 minutes time. After about a day, I noticed some light leakage in the grout lines. At no cost to me, Brent returned and reset the toilet on my schedule. Perfection! I would absolutely use All About the Pipes again! The entire staff is truly a pleasure to work with! Additionally, shoes were removed upon entering the house, always a smile and very respectful of property and puppies who aren't quite house trained. God Bless Brent's patience!

Brent showed up early and quickly determined the problem and repaired it. He was prompt, courteous and efficient.

I had a slow water leak through the exterior siding of my house. Initially I thought it was coming from a water supply line, but these guys quickly determined that the water was slowly leaking from the drain line, due to a siding nail that had punctured the PVC pipe years ago that finally rusted enough to allow water to seep out. They fixed the leak quickly and with absolute minimum damage to the siding and interior drywall. Great work, and quite inexpensive compared with what I thought I'd be paying. Highly recommended.

The next day we noticed that the sump pump wouldn't work automatically by reaching the appropriate water level and when manually activated, caused some spraying of water. We called All About the Pipes Plumbing and Brent and Dan arrived back within the hour (that, alone, is an amazing response!). They determined that the automatic bulb was stuck and an incorrect installation guide caused the spraying of water. They fixed both problems promptly. It now works perfectly. I was very impressed with these guys and told them that they are now our plumbers of choice for any other issue which arises. Their high marks on Angie's List are well deserved.

It is a frustrating process when you have a main water line break, because water is continually leaking and you have to wait until all underground lines are marked by the cable locater service, which can take at least 48 hours. So, on top of a large plumbing bill, I had a $180.00 water bill too. None of the process is "All About the Pipes" fault, it is just the city procedure that has to be followed. They did do an excellent job and even moved me up by a day because the lines were marked right away. The plumber did give me the tip, that if you send in proof of your plumbing bill to the city water/sewer dept. they will make some future adjustment in your bill.

I called the company based upon Angie's List evaluations. The receptionist took my information and recommended the size of water heater needed and scheduled my installation. She inquired if I wanted an estimate first; I declined as I needed the product and was on a very tight personal schedule. Chris and his counterpart arrived promptly as promised and began the removal of the old system. After the removal they began the installation process. Along the way Chris would call me out to explain some of the operational maintenance of the new system. After work completion, a Code Inspector was scheduled (hasn't shown up yet). They also removed all of the old equipment and cleaned the garage area where the work was done and maybe a little more. All were very professional and detail oriented! I appreciate their work and the endless hot water is awesome!!!!

Very professional from the first. Chris was on time and examined my situation carefully, making notes as he did. He was very courteous and stated they could do the work. He got back to me within a few days with an estimate. I asked that the estimate be itemized, and they provided this. When I called them for the emergency, late in the day on a Thursday, they stated they could be out first thing the next morning and begin the removal and installation. They arrived early the next morning and got to work right away. We had to be away most of the day and they kept in touch with us by phone as they ran into problems and wanted our input. They ran into several unanticipated problems due to unrelated plumbing problems which had to be undone and redone. It ended up taking the entire day and they sent out additional reinforcements when things got complicated. Every person who was there was very professional and easy to talk with and had a good sense of humor. They stayed with it until well after 5:00 on a Friday evening, until we had hot water throughout the house. We love our new tankless system and I am very grateful to these folks for a job well done, the professional and courteous manner and for staying with it until it was complete, even after 5:00 on a Friday evening! They charged us only the original estimate in spite of running into and repairing other problems.

We had to wait a week to get an appointment, but it wasn't an emergency issue, so that wasn't a big deal. Doug was great. He called to say he was on his way and showed up on time. At first he was puzzled about what it could be and ended doing some unneeded work before determining the true problem. He didn't charge us labor for the unneeded replacement, just a low amount for the parts.

They were very thorough. They were very fast to respond and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. They are in Charlotte so they had to travel a ways to get here.

They called me back to make an appointment quickly, they showed up on time. The person who should up to do the work showed up quickly and was done very fast.

The drain in my kitchen clogged while I was putting soggy lettuce through the garbage disposal. I disconnected the pipes below the sinks and drained the water, but was unable to snake the wall drain myself. After multiple attempts to clear the clog with suction and forced air, I emailed three companies from Angie's List. All About The Pipes was the first to call, and they gave me the most reasonable price. They weren't able to come at the originally scheduled time due to complications on a prior service call, but gave me 2 options for rescheduling. Chris called before he came out and handed me a business card as he introduced himself at the door. He covered his shoes before entering my house and brought all of his own supplies, including a roll of paper towels. He covered the floor before he began to work on the drain. He used an electric spinning tool to snake the pipes. He checked both sinks and the garbage disposal and cleaned up before he left. He was very polite and friendly.

Fabulous experience! Chris was my service technician. He was able to repair the problem quickly. They also have coupons on the Angie's List website!! $15 off, which I used against this service!! I called yesterday and spoke with Brandy, who is the receptionist/scheduler. They could have gotten me in yesterday afternoon, but I had a conflict and it wasn't a critical repair. They scheduled me for 10:30 this morning, but Chris called me at 9:10 and told me that he could be at my house in a few minutes if that was convenient. If inconvenient for me, he offered to just wait until our appointed time. I was impressed that I was given a choice. Chris was at my house by the time I got there. He was very cordial, professional and neatly dressed. He assessed the problem very quickly and had it repaired in under ten minutes. It was a great experience, and I have already, today, referred a friend to his firm.
