They went into the walls to repair the pipes and they did good work. Everything turned out well and they were very clean. They cleaned up afterward and they were able to trace the leak back to the source. Their prices were very reasonable and they came when they said they would be here. We would certainly use them again.

Their estimate was reasonable and their work was professional and I haven't had any problems with the job they did. I was very pleased.

They were absolutely wonderful. The job took them longer than they thought it would, and they were on the spot. All the necessary changes were done to make sure that the heater would run efficiently and effectively. Even the owner came out and inspected it. There was one incident with an inspection that we needed; something changed, and they were out there at eight next morning and stuck to it till it was done. They have great attitude and were very helpful. We were very happy with the overall experience. We would definitely use their services again in the future.

I called All About the Pipes on Monday to unstop a kitchen sink that became clogged on Sunday. Chris called back and made an appointment to come out that afternoon. He removed the drain trap and cleared the clog in less than an hour. This is the third time I've used this company and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Chris and his folks are always courteous and professional in their work and the cost is very fair. I highly recommend this company.

They coordinated the service call with my tenant, arrived on time, fixed te problem and billed me direct.

They arrived within a few minutes of the appointment time. They acknowledged that the problem component was under warranty and got on with obtaining a replacement part and making the repair. Service person was knowledgeable and friendly. Also showed me how to do descaling so in future I can do it myself.

My laundry drain was overflowing every time I washed. I emailed them on a Sunday evening, and promptly received a call Monday morning. They scheduled an 8:00 am time on Tuesday to clean the drain. They arrived exactly at 8:00. After augering the drain twice with still no relief, they checked the crawl space under my house and discovered that the drain leading from my washing machine was actually going uphill. They explained what would be needed to fix the problem and said that the office would call me with a proposal and they would come on Wednesday at 8:00 to do the work. They were again prompt and quickly went to work. They added a second air vent to be sure that the line was getting enough air, did all of the repair, and cleaned the drain all the way to the sewer...It is running better than ever. In the 30 years that I have had problems with this drain, they are the first to actually go into my crawl space and locate the real source of the problem.

Called Friday morning and was able to get service at 1:45 pm on the same day. It took 10 minutes. The plumber was very professional and helpful in answering my questions. But the price I believe is too high although the competition is not cheaper.

The woman who answered the phone to make the appt. was very pleasant, upbeat and efficient. She was able to schedule an appointment just 2 hrs later. The serviceman called 30 minutes before he came & was very pleasant. He got right to work. I was able to use my Angie's List coupon.

We had an appointment set for 1 pm. They called around 11 and said they were ahead of schedule and could they come early. How often does that happen with service work?! The plumber showed up, introduced himself, asked about the problem and went at it straight away. His energy level was enviable. He finished the toilet problem quickly so we had him look at our water cooler which had quit working. After about 20 minutes, he found the problem which was a clogged 45 year old pipe fitting. He cleaned it out, replaced it and cleaned up from both jobs in under one hour. He explained the problems, what he had done and how since he had been able to do both in under an hour, there would be no extra charge from the original quote. Diligent, polite, earnest and honest. The only thing he didn't do was fix lunch!

The project went well. Everyone was timely and professional. Mary in the front office is a gem. Initially, they wanted to install the new Rinnai in the same area as the old hot water heater because it would be easier for them and also easier to vent. This was a different plan then want I told them I wanted when we were getting the estimate. When I refused, they made the original plan work. Also had some issues with some leaky connectors/pipes in the crawl space that I noticed a few days after they had finished. I called up Mary and explained that I wasn't even sure if this was related to the installation of the Rinnai(our house was built in 1959 and I think some of the copper pipes were just wearing out). She sent someone out right away and the leaks were fixed for no additional charge.

They're great, they are just the neatest guys and are very well-groomed. They tend to be very service minded and prompt. They are good at doing what you hired them to do and problem solving. Their owner is very hands on and comes out to help. The receptionist is great. It's very personable and responsive. They are very understanding and seem to know what they are doing.

The plumber arrived on time. It took him 1 hour and 10 minutes to replace the valve. He went to his truck to write up his bill and it took him 20 minutes. My husband went to check on him and by then he had been there for 1 hour and 30 minutes. He charged us for 2 hours. My husband called the company and got a refund check for 30 minutes.

Almost two years ago, we researched the best method to get hot water from our attic to our basement without having to run off gallons of water before the hot water would come through. We had a recirculating system for this purpose installed by another plumbing company. We were advised to set the time clock on the system to come on for the two times each day that we would need to get hot water in the basement (where there is an apartment that our father lives in). We encountered two problems: first, he doesn't use hot water at exactly the same time every day, and secondly, when the system was operating, we could get nothing but warm water out of the cold water faucet. We called that company back and we were told that nothing else could be done. Since we felt we had wasted our money ($600) on this system, we decided last week to research putting hot water heaters under the sinks in the basement. We had the original company come out and give us an estimate (over $1,000), and we asked All About the Pipes to give us one as well. When Chris (the owner) came out and we described our problem, he explained that the original system was not working correctly, and he guessed it was because the valve was defective. He e-mailed us an estimate the next day which was for correcting the problem with our recirculating system, or installing water heaters under the sinks. We opted for the correction to our system. Doug was scheduled for the following day, and he was wonderful. He tested the valve, installed a new one, and tested each faucet throughout the house. We are so pleased now that we can get instant hot water anywhere in the house at any time of day, and can also get cold water if we want it. Both Chris and Doug were extremely pleasant, took their time explaining the system, and were very knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again.

Excellent. Regarding the charge, our original problem was an unknown and didn't fit anything any of us knew about plumbing. We were ready to pay for ripping out the shower and replacing it. So there was no bid. I have no idea of the charge to install the new shower head was high or not. Given the cost from another plumber to change a commode seal a few years ago, it probably was right on.

This is the second time All About the Pipes has done work for us. The first time was an emergency at 9:00 p.m. Saturday night last January. We asked them to come out Sunday, if possible and they were able to come by 10:00 a.m. Sunday and unclogged a seriously clogged line. We've been completely satisfied with All About the Pipes.

The main repair was to stop the leak under the kitchen sink which involved shutting off the water to the whole house which was done using the water cut -off valve in the house which however has poor access under a sink in the master bathroom. When the cut-off valve was turned on again it broke internally so that proper water flow could not be restored to the house and this is where "Murphy's Law" reared its head----what could go wrong did! To cut a long story short the cut -off valve had to be replaced, sheet rock removed, another plumber called in etc--------total time 6 hours!

We are waiting for more estimates before having the work completed.

After having a different company come out and tell us to replace the entire unit we called All About the Pipes come out. The Representative was determined to fix the problem which was much appreciated. This company is great and I feel that they are very customer oriented. They want to fix the problem, it is not just about money.

No other plumber over several years could find the problem. When I called Mary at the office she was very helpful and sent the owner, Chris Vigna, to our home. He assessed the problem then checked the bathroom and under the house and immediately diagnosed the cause of the odor. The connection between the sewer pipe and phalange was not properly installed. He sent one of his plumbers, Doug, the next day who, upon removing the commode, showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done. Thanks to All About the Pipes, my annoying, mysterious plumbing odor was gone! Combined, Chris and Doug spent 3 and a half hours and 2 trips and the charge with the Angie's List discount was $227. We felt this was a very fair price for a job extremely well done. Chris and Doug were courteous, intelligent and talented. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

When I called, they gave me advice which may take care of the problem without having to pay and have someone come to the home. I had already tried all of them. They came out EXACTLY on time and went right to work. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour.

All work was performed per the original quote. The new Hot Water Heater required a flush to clear air in the hot water tank. The flush was performed at the same time as the kitchen sink work at no additional cost. This Plumbing Co. has been used in the past and we are pleased that their work is done well.

Installers were on-time, professional and ensured work was inspected and approved by the city the day after installation. After work was done & inspected, I noticed a very faint gas smell. Called the installer's cell number and he called back immediately. Came out quickly to recheck the system and fixed the problem. Other quotes were cheaper but this company's owner came out to discuss the job and was the only one to provide a detailed written quote of the job to be done. Others just sent over a total cost without any details or job guarantee.

A great pair of guys. Friendly, funny, efficient, and professional. Excellent work and I will use them again.

The scheduling, responsiveness, promptness, and work were all first-rate. It took forever to get a bill from them. The first bill had the wrong total amount. The corrected/replacement bill was marked past due! I will use All About the Pipes again, and hopefully the billing problems were simply an isolated event.
