It went great. The cost was reasonable, the professionalism, expertise and promptness were over the top.

I made the call after trying everything that I could to clear the drain (including running a snake through the pipes). They told me that they could have someone there that afternoon. The plumber came out around 2:00 and spent about an hour unclogging the drain. Apparently the clog was in the main line under the house which was why I wasn't able to clear it. He recommended changing the plumbing under the sink and told me how much it would be. He replaced glued PVC plumbing with threaded plumbing that could provide easy access in the future.

This past time I called, I didn?t get a person immediately to talk to. However, they asked me to leave a message. I had a call back within 10 minutes and someone was out almost within an hour to fix the problem. They were very prompt. Their price was reasonable.

They came the very same day we called, which was nice. The technician who came was very professional and gave us several options to consider. He was very efficient and was in and out quickly.

Very well. LArry did an outstanding job. I appreciate that he kept us informed about what he was doing and the cost. Job took a very long time but I prefer that and that it be done right. Provided pointers on how to help my remaining iron pipes last as long as possible. I have used this company several times and will continue in the future.

I was your typical doityourselfer who had problems installing a new shower faucet/head so I called in the evening (after hours), left a message and All About The Pipes promptly called me at 7:30 the next morning. Larry was scheduled for 2:30 but he called and said his schedule allowed him to come earlier. I was thrilled! What a nice guy, I learned a lot from him. He did the job quickly and gave me tips on a few other projects I had going on regarding the shower.

I bought a house but could not use the washer that was delivered because the hot water bolt (the knob was missing) was leaking. Since I needed to replace one valve, I might as well replace both valves. I called several plumbers on Angie's List but liked the flat rate price that All About the Pipes quotes instead of an hourly rate. I made an appointment for 8am Friday morning. Dan arrived on time. Did a great job installing both hot & cold water valves. He answered some general plumbing questions I had since I am a new home owner and he looked at what will be needed to hook up the water/ice maker on my refrigerator in the future. He wrote down on the invoice the materials needed and how I should describe the work needed when I am ready to call them to come out again. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

The team was fantastic. They showed up on time and stayed right on budget. When it finally rained again, I called and had them come back out to check the pump to make sure it was working properly. When they noticed my plug might have been faulty they quickly gave me an electrician who did a great job on replacing it (for a very low cost!)

I called a week before my countertop was to be installed to schedule the sink hookup. I was quoted a price which seemed a little high but it was their base rate and they guarantee the work for 2 years. Plus they have a good rating with Angie's List. So I was fine with that. I was told they would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and it would take about 2 hours. They never arrived, I had to go on to work and my husband stayed home to wait for them. They never showed so I called them around 10:00 a.m. and was told they did not have me scheduled. They did offer to send someone out right away. I declined the offer. I am sure it must have been an honest scheduling mistake, but I did not want to risk a second chance especially with the rate they were charging. I found another plumber, at a better rate who will install it.

They seemed to be very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They were punctual and the price was reasonable.

Their price was competitive compared to others.

This was the only company we called because of the comments on Angie's List. They were very conscientious of what they were doing and seemed to be aware not to damage or make a mess of anything since it was raining while they were working. They came back at a later time because the water heater that was leaking. The nice thing about that was that there was no charge for that visit. The workers seem to be very accommodating and understanding of my schedule. I appreciate the good work they did and I would hire them again.

I reached Mary on the phone and she was able to check with the truck and get right back to me to set up a time for him to come about 1 1/2 hours later. Christopher called during the time frame that I was expecting him to let me know he was on his way and would arrive at 2. Christopher first tried to fix the joint leak, but was unable to get it to stop leaking. So then he replaced the 90 degree leaking joint with two 45 degree joints and soldered them. It no longer leaks. He also checked the leaking tub faucet, found debris in the cartridge and removed it. While he was here it appeared to have stopped leaking, but later last night it was leaking again. I will call Kohler to get a replacement cartridge to install. Because he was able to show me how the faucet worked, I feel confident that I will be able to trade out that cartridge myself without having to have an additional service call. The price was quoted at $115 per hour plus parts. He was here for 2 hours and I paid $219.71, which is right on point since I used the $15 off coupon with Angie's List. There were a couple of cleanliness issues I had with the call. He wore booties (good) so that he would not get my house dirty. The pipe being repaired was in the laundry room and with the washer moved out of the way, there was some detergent powder on the floor below the step stool. This detergent powder got on his booties and was then tracked up and down the stairs and hallway a couple times. When my husband got home he thought it was white paint tracked through the house. Fortunately I'll be able to get it cleaned up. The bigger clean up issue was in the evening when my husband was on the back terrace he saw a dirty paper towel on one of our landscape walls. When he looked over that wall there was a whole pile of solder shavings dumped on the ground, probably a 6 inch diameter pile. I don't know if they were in the bucket of water that Christopher may have dumped there or not, but I don't see how he could have failed to see them when he dumped them. I am only glad that my husband spotted them before my young son found them. Tiny silver shavings would certainly tempt a 3 year old! Overall I felt good about the call when he left, the clean up issues that I found afterwards (especially the shavings dumped in my yard) certainly left a sour taste in my mouth.

I'm glad I called this company. They came on time, were extremely professional and charged a reasonable rate. After examining the toilet, they gave me a clear explanation about what was wrong and what parts would be needed. Even though they didn't have my part on the truck, they went to pick it up at a hardware store and repaired my toilet, all in about an hour.

Great. They came the same day, figured out the problem, had to go back to their office to get the right machinery, and then returned to fix the problem.

An appointment was scheduled for 1:00. At 12:45, Paul called to tell me that he would be arriving at the house at 1:00. I had asked for a call 15 mins. prior to arrival to allow me time to get home from work. Paul explained everything that needed to be done. He even went the extra step in replacing the water lines just because he would feel better about doing that to ensure that there were no leaks. He also explained how the WAGS valve worked to be sure that it was what I was looking for. With the hot water tank in the attic, I wanted some protection should it start to leak to avoid major water damage. The entire job took a little over 4 hours. I had done some comparison shopping and this company was better priced than most. Mary, the office manager, gave me exact pricing when I called to schedule the appointment and emailed me information on the WAGS valve. Top notch company. I am keeping their information for any future plumbing needs.
