Description of Work: I used them for a dishwasher installation. Had purchased a new dishwasher from HH Gregg and paid them to install it. Their installers said my plumbing needed to be upgraded to "5/8". After calling several plumbers, Mary from All About the Pipes put me on the phone with one of the plumbers. I described the situation and several calls I had made to other plumbers who were dumbfounded. He suggested that I take a photo and email it to them so he could know exactly what I was talking about. I did so that night. The next day I got an email from them saying the photos were looked at, and that the valve indeed need replacing. I called them immediately and booked the service for the next day. The installation was great, and to my surprise the old DW was taken away. This company gave me top notch service and were very responsive, even calling to say they could make it earlier than anticipated. I will definitely use them again. Such a simple suggestion of taking a photo, but it put us on the same page and I am so appreciative.

He surveyed the problem, which was a shower drain clogged from years of water calcification and soap scum. He went out and got his tools and went to work - I told him of my time constraint and he finished the job in time. He cleaned up very nicely and put the bath mats back. All About The Pipes is my new plumbing service!

Description of Work: Repaired separation in kitchen sink drain pipe when the entire plumbing system under sink dropped about 3 inches (appears that the original home builder cut the drain pipe too short when installing the plumbing and held everything together by tightening the joint down as hard as possible, which held for a number of years, but eventually gave out). Bill from All About the Pipes Plumbing cut a new, longer section of drain pipe to ensure that the connection would fit properly.

Description of Work: Dos nstalled a tankless water heater...very professional, took old water heater out and dispossed of. In addition, for the past few years they have been my only plumber. All there work is excellent, always show up at a moments notice and work is excellent. If I call very early in the morning if is have a plumbing issue, and they come early so that I can leave for work when the project has been completed. Fabulous company! Description of Work: I hired All About Pipes to repair a toilet in our home.

Description of Work: Dripping toilet - I had another plumbing company come out twice to fix dripping in the back of the toilet. Continued to drip so I called All About Pipes Plumbing. Garbage Disposal not operating. Called for service and they walked me through a couple of things to try before sending someone out which would save me the service call fee. I am the least among the mechanically inclined so I could not get it to work. Toilet - adjusted flap in back and chain and instantly stopped dripping. Garbage disposal - used wrench on the bottom of the disposal to unclog what was causing the disposal to hang up.

Description of Work: I used the services of All About the Pipes Plumbing Inc. before Christmas, 2011.

Description of Work: I asked them to come out and use a video camera to snake down my underground gutter drainage pipes to identify and clear any clogs that might be causing water to get into my crawl space. The plumber did not bring all the appropriate tools to do the job I requested, and the tool he brought to unlclog the corrugated pvc pipe was not appropriate and would have caused damage to my drainage pipes. Net, net, the communication from the dispatcher to the plumber was not good. When he did put the video camera into the pipe, he could only go 6 feet and could not find the problem. He tried charging me $250.00 for the use of the camera and I thought this was excessive given he did not bring the right equipment for the job. Since he could not do the video camera snake in my pipes, I just told him to install a drain pipe from the downspout and let it flow on the driveway. This required 12 feet of corrugated pipe, which he had to pick up at Home Depot (about 10 min from my house), some digging and putting the pipe on a sloap to my driveway. When he finished the job, I was charged for 3 hours of labor @ $127.00 per hour, $61.00 for materials that included the pipe and a french drain cap, and $250.00 for the video camera. Total bill was $696.42. That was outrageous. I called the owner and complained. He was very professional and knocked off the $250.00 camera fee. I still feel lthe $446.42 was excessive and will not use this supplier again. The drain was installed and appears to have done a nice job.

Description of Work: They removed old and replaced with new a 50 gallon low boy water heater in the crawl space, including expansion tank, new ball valve, and new stop for humidifier line. They diagnosed and repaired a slowly filling toilet. They repacked and leaky outdoor hose bib.

Description of Work: Identify and fix leak in pipe and main house input location (garage).
