Great. I left a message after business hours on Wed night. I was concerned because my problem was getting worse quickly. They called that evening and promised someone would be there by 8am Thursday. John called at 7:45 and told he would be there by 8. He was even early! He could have easily done more than necessary and charged me because it looked very serious. Instead, he cleaned up the mess and repaired the existing joint, fixed the other problem (faucet) and was gone in less than an hour. Every time I use them (fortunately not too often) they are prompt, professional and reasonable.

It was excellent! We would use them again in the future and recommend them!

Great experience - Bill Ames arrived on time and was extremely professional the entire time. While the repairs were rather simple, he did a very thorough job and made sure we were satisified prior to leaving.

put in plastic pipes instead of a chrome pipe. Service man was very nice, was prompt and showed up early. He offered fix something that wasn't on my list, but eneded up putting in a plastic pipe versus a chrome pipe. I did have have to check up on him when he thought he was done, and ha to fix the chrome pipe, which took another 45 minutes.

We have used AATP since 2009, 3 years before joining Angie's list. Bill A. installed a kitchen faucet, rebuilt 3 toilets and later installed a new toilet. Most recently Dan Montoni checked on a defective kitchen faucet which is under warranty and which will be replaced. Then he asked about any other issues and ended up cleaning out a sluggish bathroom sink drain at no charge. These men are a pleasure to work with as is Mary in the office. We highly recommend AATP.

All About The Plumbing is THE BEST!!! I called them on Monday (04/15/13) and Mary was professional and very friendly. Originally the appointment was made for today around 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm but, Mary called at 9:30 am to say that since John and Travis were doing well with their appointments, they were able to come earlier. John and Travis arrived around 10:30 am and got right to work! They were very friendly and professional and finished the work within the hour!

As mentioned, this was simple clogged drain so my primary concern was price. When I've used before its been for more in-depth work (install water heater, replace leaking stem valve with ball valve). Rental is a house on Selwyn built in the 30's so whenever cutting pipe wanted to ensure really knew what doing and price, while important, wasn't my main concern. Bottom line, by time I made the time to research how much All About the Pipes would cost and got back to tenants they had already gotten it taken care of. They called 3-4 others and went with company that got it resolved but at higher cost--over $200 (others quoted 300-400).

After about an hour, everything was done. They walked me through each issue to show me what they did. They were pleasant and efficient. A very pleasant surprise! It's been several months now and everything is still working great!!! I would definitely recommend All About the Pipes to anyone looking for plumbing services!

I noted some porcelain shards behind my original toilet and, as it was 20+ years old and having 'power' issues, decided to replace it. I contacted All About the Pipes for advice and to set up an appointment (I've done business with them before and have been highly pleased). They recommended a new much more water efficient and powerful model to replace my old fixture and alleviate the intermittent, but becomming more common, plugging issues. I accepted their advice and we made an appointment for the installation to take place early in the morning a few days hence (I work nights and needed a short work window to allow for sleep). The technician showed up on time and ready to go. He did the removal/installation in just over an hour, but found the new fixture had a cosmetic flaw. He immediately contacted the office, received authorization to get another fixture and replaced the blemished unit. Total time from beginning to end was about 2.5 hours. They even deducted 10% due to the 'inconvenience' of having to install the fixture twice. The fixture is working flawlessly and I continue to be very pleased with their service and advice.

It went well. They were able to correct a leaking sink as part of the inspection (a part was simply cross-threaded).

The technician was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I called the company around 10:00 AM in the morning and they scheduled the appointment for the same day at 2:00 PM. Great job and excellent service. I will use All About the Pipes again.

Nothing stood out that was bad, it was great. The guy that came out was pretty good. I would recommend them, they were very helpful.

We had another company come out and not even look at the problem. Instead tried to sell a whole house package for $360. Doug was very friendly and had the problem solved in a few mins.

They misdiagnosed where the leak on the washer was. It was just a hose leak that could have been fixed in the back of the washing machine. They cut a pipe to install the new pan for the units and charged me another $150. I questioned how they were doing the work and they seemed really angry about my inquiry. I will never use them again.

It was another great experience with All About the Pipes. Thank you for everything....from the shoe covers on their shoes before the technician enters the house, to the promptness, to the professionalism. Such a "easy" experience working with you all....I appreciate the straight-forward business-like approach!

The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous and let me lead him around the house to the various bathrooms and kitchen. Then he inspected my hot water heater and we discussed the advantatges to emptying some water from the tank once a month.

Very happy with this company and will use them again! Arrived on time with a call in advance. Bill did a great job. I was surprised at how fast the job was done and the company was sympathetic to the need to get to work.

the quality of parts was good and they explaned the job in detail. Work was done on time with follow up calls as to when they could complete the work. Service rep came in and install all the fixtures tested everything and cleaned up the area.

Beautiful. I've said it before on Angie's and the only plumber in town is All About the Pipes. Time and again they come to our rescue when a really hard solution is needed, and needed without an expensive bill. They quickly assessed the situation and as a team determined the best solution for our needs then set about to work. This home was built in 1962 and the drain plumbing is not compatible with modern pipe. Yet they somehow made it work better than new. I have used their services at least a half-dozen times for really hard jobs and they have yet to leave us anything but delighted.
