Description of Work: They repaid and painted my deck enclosure. Said I had a 5 year warranty but when I called them about an issue with the paint peeling the just kept putting me off. They told me 6 different times they would show up and never did. BEWARE OF THEM!

Description of Work: The provider emailed me that he was interested in doing the job I asked him to do. I need my ceiling patched after fixing the roof that caused the water damage in the past. We set up June 29th at 3pm for him to come do the estimate. I told him that I was concerned that the last 3 or 4 ratings he got were F's due to not doing the work, but he told me he had fixed the problem. After arranging my plans around our appt. he called to tell me that he wasn't sure whether he would be late or not able to come at all that day, but he knew he couldn't be there at 3. I could hear at least one child in the background, and assumed he had a babysitting issue. He called after 3 to say he was going to have to schedule for the next day, but I was busy and asked if he could come the day after that. He assured me he would, but did not show OR contact me to say he wasn't coming.

Description of Work: Tried to schedule service several times. These guys were very unprofessional and never showed after 4 different confirmed appointments. Completely wasted my time giving me different excuses every time and now will not respond to calls or messages.

Description of Work: The job was to fix drywall. When they arrived I was told the hole was to big for the allotted time. So they started the removal of wallpaper in a small bathroom. When the time was up I had one and a half walls complete. As a point of reference I had a local company repair the wall and he did it in less time and did a great job.

+ -1 moreMY RATING OF ALBERT AND HIS TEAM MUST BE SPLIT INTO TWO PARTS: 1) THE EXCELLENT WORK ON MY HOUSE AND 2) THE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE HIS TEAM INFLICTED TO MY YARD. INITIALLY, ALBERT IMPRESSED ME WITH HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PLAN TO REPAIR THE HOUSE'S EXTENSIVE WOOD ROT (MASONITE SIDING AND WOOD TRIM). HE AND HIS TEAM WORKED RAPIDLY, BUT EFFICIENTLY. SEVERAL TIMES ALBERT WALKED THE HOUSE WITH ME AND/OR MY HUSBAND TO POINT OUT AREAS THAT NEEDED REPAIR. HOWEVER, GARBAGE AND WOOD DEBRIS STARTED TO PILE UP; WE HAD TO ASK ALBERT TWICE TO CLEAN UP THE DEBRIS. ONE NIGHT I FOUND MY OUTDOOR FURNITURE MOVED AND THEIR FURNITURE COVERS TAKEN OFF; PAINT WAS ON THE FURNITURE (WHICH ALBERT LATER HELPED REMOVE). A FINAL WALK THROUGH REVEALED MANY DESTROYED BUSHES AND HEDGES WITH GAPING HOLES THAT HAD BEEN 'CUT' BACK (ALL WERE PREVIOUSLY NEATLY TRIMMED AWAY FROM THE HOUSE). I AM FACING SIGNIFICANT LANDSCAPING DAMAGE/REPAIRS. ALBERT'S WORK ON THE HOUSE WAS EXCELLENT, BUT CAME AT TOO HIGH A COST TO MY YARD.
