Albert's & AR Painting

As property manager, I was exceptionally pleased with the work performed. Albert's was always on time, worked hard through the day, didn't leave a mess for residents any day, did everything they promised & more, & kept me up to date on progress. The wood repair was done better than most handymen I've had on the property before & the price was reasonable for the work performed. We will use them again.

Several attempts to coordinate the job, but not overall a deal killer since it was an outside job.

Albert and his crew were spectacular. They were on time, professional and very detail oriented. They painted our gutters, garage door and one other door as a bonus along with pressure washing our sidewalk. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and if you are going to use Sikkens product, they are the only game in town with solid experience using it.

I am very pleased with the service and quality of work performed by Albert's Painting. The house looks great and we couldn't be more pleased. We were unsure of the color selection we made for our cedar shakes so the applied 1 coat and a test spot of the second coat. Randy called us to take a look before he continued to make sure we were happy with the color. Because of this call, we changed to a lighter color for the remaining 2 coats. It turned out beautifully. They were always on site when they said they would be and finished up the work quickly. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend Albert's Painting to anyone.

The whole experience was a very positive one. The salesman, Brian was very professional and the painters were polite as well as hard working. They arrived on time and finished in one day as promised. Came back at our request to do a little touch-up here and there promptly the next day. Very pleasant crew, talented painters, reasonable price--we couldn't have asked for more.

Very good work with a hard working crew. It is very evident that they take a lot of pride in their work. Not the cheapest but you get more than what you pay for.

I don't know why it's such a surprise in today's world to get great service, but that's certainly what I've experienced with Albert's painting. I just called them up & they came out within the week to do the yearly pressure wash. It's a pleasure doing business with them, and a year later, their quality is still evident. I truly appreciate this commitment to service & the follow-through shown by this company.

The lead painter, Pedro, was very cooperative, very polite and a hard worker as were the other two on the painting team. The work took a day and a half. The paint crew went beyond the required by touching up areas on the ceiling where the original house painters failed to keep straight edges between the walls and ceilings.

Meoki's crew was sent to paint my home and did a wonderful job. They were respectful and completely cleaned up after themselves. I requested they come back for the 2nd job. Brian did the estimate and was always available to answer my questions before the job began.

They were on time. Helped with color selection and other ideas. The finished product was great and we plan to use them again in the future.

Albert is greatly appreciated for coming out during the holiday season to correct work done by another painter. He replaced wood around several windows, primed and repainted the areas of concern. His pride in his work and desire to make things right is a good reason to hire him and wish he were closer to my current home.

Albert was extremely thorough and professional, and offered us very good advice on colors and paints to use. His team was likewise thorough and professional--after they left here was no sign of mess or cleanup needed. The house looks beautiful after their work was done. All of the repairs were done very well. We had thought that some nailheads protruding through the siding would be pounded in, sanded and filled, and several were, but many were not. You can't see them from any distance, but you can up close. A little disappointing. Price was in the middle of several estimates, and we are delighted with the value. One niggle: When we asked for our Angie's 10% discount, Albert said we would have to forfeit the annual touch-up and cleaning that is offered to all customers. On the other hand, he said to call him to come back in March to install some metal flashing over the door and to paint the door for no extra charge!

We had a great experience with Albert's Painting. The crew was courteous, professional, and on-time. They went the extra mile to tackle issues that came up during the course of the job at no extra charge. Their pricing was reasonable, especially in light of the amount of work done and the time frame in which it was completed. Their follow-up work after our carpet installation followed the same pattern of courteous, prompt, and professional service. All touch-ups were done with no issues. Albert was on the job site the majority of the time, which was a welcome change from many contractors you deal with these days. We are hoping to use them again soon for another job.

Above and beyond!! Albert and his crew went above my expectations in painting our 700 square foot, 40 year old duplex. Purchased in August, this duplex has been sloppily painted by every tenant and landlord over the years...and it showed! There were drip marks, thick coatings in areas, and the walls were uneven. Initially, the cost of the painting seemed high, HOWEVER, our price included spackling the walls to even them out, sanding EVERYTHING, priming, and painting (2 coats!). It looks brand new! They also pressure washed the exterior pavement and sanded/painted the very rusty, tetanus-worthy handrail until it was smooth and shiny. This has definitely increased the profitability of our investment. Albert was even gracious enough to paint the exterior of the front door and replace a few heating vents that were less than beautiful. Once the work was completed, I felt the price was extremely fair and I'm now considering having my own house painted by this company. Thanks, Albert!

It is said that ''The third time is a charm'' and in our case it proved to be true. Albert and his crew restored the exterior trim (done by another company 2 yrs ago and now bankrupt), painted the interior bonus room and stairwell, and restored our weather-beaten deck to almost new. The crew was meticulous, extremely professional, and a joy to have in the house. Their work was excellent. WE wish we would have found them ''two paint companies'' ago as it would have saved us money and a lot of aggravation. The house looks so great that when we put it on the market, it sold in 4 days!!!!!! Thanks to Albert and his crew.

HE WAS VERY ACCURATE WITH ESTIMATE, SPOTTED PROBLEM AREAS, ACCOMPLISHED WORK TO A SATISFACTORY STANDARD. EXCELLENT CLEANUP.

We were VERY pleased with the entire job. From the preparation work that was done such as sanding the walls, to the care that was taken to cover furniture for protection from paint, to the completed job that was done on time and with excellent quality. We definitely plan to use Albert's Painting again.

ALBERT DID THE ESTIMATE, AND WAS ALWAYS ON TIME, OR EVEN EARLY. HE WAS UP FRONT WITH OPTIONS AND PRICING. HE WAS PARTICULARLY ADAMANT ABOUT MAKING SURE HIS INSURANCE WAS UP-TO-DATE, WHICH HELPED ME FORM MY DECISION RELATIVE TO OTHER CONTRACTORS. THE CREW THAT DID THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING. I HAD A PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT MATCH FOR MY SIDING, WITH WHICH THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT. OVERALL, THIS WAS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR I FELT COMFORTABLE USING. THEY WERE THE MOST EXPENSIVE, BUT I'M CONVINCED THE PRICE I PAID WAS WHAT THE JOB SHOULD HAVE COST.

MARTIN RETURNED AGAIN THIS YEAR FOR TOUCH UP AND PRESSURE WASH. THE WINDOWS SPARKLED. AS AN UNEXPECTED BONUS, THEY POWER WASHED THE STOOPS, SIDEWALK, PATIO AND PATIO TABLE AND CHAIRS. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED WHILE I WAS AWAY. TOP NOTCH.

ALBERT AND HIS CREW EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. THE WORK THEY PERFORMED WAS AS CLOSE TO PERFECTION AS I'VE SEEN, AND THEY WERE A JOY TO HAVE ON SITE. THEY WORKED HARD AND METICULOUSLY, WITH NO DETAIL GOING UNNOTICED. THE PAINT JOB IS BEAUTIFUL, AND THE TEAM ALBERT ASSIGNED TO US WAS POLITE, PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND PATIENT WITH MY INDECISIVENESS.

PRIMARY CONTACT (ALBERT) WAS ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND VERY THOROUGH. WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO ALL QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, PARTICULARLY WHEN WE HAD A QUESTION AFTER THE JOB STARTED. CREW CHIEF (LUIS) WAS ON THE JOB EVERY DAY AND PAID A GREAT DEAL OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. CREW STAYED ON THE JOB AS SCHEDULED AND WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. CREW WAS VERY POLITE, RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO BE AROUND. VERY MUCH WANTED TO DO A GOOD JOB AND MAKE SURE WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. CAME BACK, WITHOUT QUESTION OR DELAY, TO FINISH SEVERAL SHUTTERS WHICH WE KNEW HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF ROTTED WOOD. IMPORTANTLY, DID NOT ASK FOR ANY PAYMENT UNTIL THE JOB WAS FINISHED. IN SUMMARY, WE WERE VERY PLEASED AND WOULD HIRE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

ALBERT'S CREW, LED BY HIS COUSIN MARTIN, DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON OUR 70 YEAR-OLD HOME. THEY ARRIVED DAILY ON TIME AND EVEN WORKED ON SATURDAYS OCCASIONALLY. MARTIN WAS WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE MY WIFE AND I WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THEY CLEANED UP EVERY DAY PRIOR TO LEAVING, AND LEFT NO PAINT CHIPS LYING AROUND. I WOULD FULLY RECOMMEND ALBERT, MARTIN, AND CREW TO ANYONE.
