Albert's & AR Painting

It went well. They coordinated scheduling around window and gutter installation. There was a bit of confusion about the specifics of what was/was not included in the estimate.

They just did an excellent job very timely and conscious and I would hire them again. The price was very fair.

Albert gave us a very detailed estimate, clearly stating all of the things he included. He talk with us extensively about the job and answered all of our questions. The job was professional in every way. The men were very kind, they cleaned up the site daily, were very conscious of every detail. We cannot find any seams in the Hardi-plank anywhere. It was expertly installed. Afterwards, the caulking and paint job were also very expertly done, no shortcuts. Also, during the work, one of his men accidentally put a nail through a copper pipe going to our air conditioning unit. I called our heat and air company, they fixed it and Albert did not hesitate in paying for it. It was truly a fluke accident, and he took care of it immediately. Albert stayed on top of the job regularly, not that his men needed it. They were excellent. The details that Albert's men covered were amazing. Albert is very proud of his company's work, with good reason. Would hire again, absolutely.

They were excellent!!!! What a great experience from the word GO! Brian was flexible with estimate scheduling and even arrived early. They were able to start within 3 days of the estimate (which was most convenient for me). I believed the estimate was fair for all of the work that needed to be done (lots of molding). Randy and his crew arrived on time and worked until it was all done, even late in the evening. Randy went above and beyond to help us finish our project. They were incredibly considerate and friendly! The finished rooms look great! I have already recommended them and plan on using them again myself!!!

Brian, the estimator, came on time and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I didn't hire them because they came in high on the estimate.

Brian came out to do the estimate and he was very courteous and prompt. A thorough written estimate was given at that time. We hired them to do the painting which took about a week. There were some problems with the patching on some of the walls in the kitchen where there were holes to fill and damage from a backsplash that was removed. I should have hired a drywall repair person before painting but I was told they could do the patch work. It did not come out as I expected. I had them redo the area several times but it is still not right. Our doors were painted a dark color and there were splatter marks on many walls. The owner did come out to look at our problem areas and they did come back to fix the problems. Some areas are still not right.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work. From the initial estimate through completion, work was done as scheduled and on a timely basis. While not a detriment generally, only one person on the crew could speak English. The cost of the repairs and paint job was competitive, but at the top of the price range. However, we feel we received the quality that we paid for. I have recommended the company to my friends and neighbors and would use the company again.

Randy and his staff did an excellent job. They were by far the most expensive quote I received out of three, but their quality showed. Moreover, I liked the fact they were bonded and insured which is very important due to the nature of their job (i.e. climbing tall ladders, painting dormers on rooftops, etc). The crew had excellent personalities and even played games with my curious two year old through the blinds/windows. I might have done a few things differently, and been aware of things left on the property during the project (i.e. trash); however, this was minor and they did a good job of cleaning up and respecting my property. They were great at putting an extra coat of paint on a few items during the final walk though. In sum, Randy and his two workers were easy to deal with and took pride in their work.

Excellent service beginning right with the estimate. Brian Jambora came to the house and gave me the estimate during his initial visit. I was extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the estimate which itemized everything very clearly. All work was done on time, exactly as it was specified in the proposal. I was extremely pleased with their pricing for the service we received. One extra that was offered was a 5 year guarantee, which includes a free pressure washing once a year for the next five year. Guess I'll have to comment again in five years to report on how that goes. But it is a very nice touch that basically sealed the deal for us.

A very thorough professional job. The job was delayed due to rain and sickness but the final outcome was excellent. These folks know what they are doing and they do it well. They didn't rush the job and made sure we were pleased with each step of the process. I would definitely call them again. Very polite and clean.

This was great. Albert's was the middle of three estimates, and they did a first-class job all around. Details were excellent, the finish was as smooth as snow, and they did it all very quickly. Two working days for a huge amount of work. We were very pleased and have since had Albert's back for other interior painting (they also did our exterior a while ago.) Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work and found the price to be very competitive. The crew was very courteous and took care of the minor details without being asked to do so. We will definitely call Albert's Painting if we have any future painting projects at our home.

The men that painted our house were all prompt. We could set our watches by their arrival. They never seemed in a hurry to leave and finished what they were doing before leaving for the day. The job is beautiful and we feel our house looks the best it has ever looked. The crew were the nicest guys and were even sweet enough to pay attention to our 3 yr. old granddaughter who asked them to paint our house pink. Thank goodness they didn't listen to her but they were so cute with her. They did all that we had contracted for and then some and were always quick to fix anything that might not be the way we wanted it done. They were GREAT !!!!

Excellent. Workers were there when scheduled, crew was freindly and courtious. My siding and gutters are so clean they look like new. They also replaced rotted wood in three areas - you can't tell any work was done.

They were excellent, and I'm pretty finicky! Martin and his crew did an amazing job. Everything looks like new. The porches took a lot of time and patience, and they supplied both. The crew were all very nice people and took pride in their work. I would definitely hire and recommend them. They cleaned up every day after themselves, left no messes, and finished up the house by washing outside windows and power washing the outdoor decks. The work was well worth the cost.

We decided the two story foyer/living room was too much ladder work and wanted some help getting this project finished. Bryan came out and gave us a quote. We had convinced ourselves this project would cost much more, but were pleasantly surprised. I called at least one of the references, especially for the 5 year guarantee. They only had glowing things to say and so do I. Bryan estimated up to 3 days, but Albert got more men on the crew that day and they finished both coats in one day. They did a great job taping things when needed. I can't wait to get another estimate for a couple other rooms in my house. Thanks.

This was a good job/bad job experience. They did part of the work well and they weren't able to complete part of the job. As a result, they have lost my confidence that they can do more than simple construction work.

There was some confusion over the start time for the day and job. The Brittle vent($5.00 item) on the side of the house crumbled due to the pressure washing. Alex said he would come back on Sunday and fix it but was not obligated to do so. He has not been back yet to do this volunteer repair.

neat and clean -- better job than previous painter

The team was polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The project lasted 4 days, and in the end was satisfactory. When the estimate was provided, I asked if at least one person on the team spoke and understood English, so there would be no miscommunications. I was assured that there would be one person meeting that requirement; there wasn't. We had to have the owner come out the second day, to make sure the instructions had been understood correctly, before any color was applied to the walls. I discovered 3 days after the team finished, that they had left a strip of wallpaper on each side of the vanity, behind an inside panel of each of two medicine cabinets. When the doors were closed you didn't see it, but when I opened one of the panels to get something out, I saw this mistake. I looked behind the third panel of the second cabinet, and discovered the same problem. They did send someone out to finish the work, but I felt it should have been checked the first time around.

Albert's was able to get a new house repainted and ready for move in in less than a week. The crew was on time every time and completed the job ahead of schedule. Their attention to detail was great and they ran a clean job. We will be using them for additional interior work in the next few months as well as or exterior painting next spring.

Brian was punctual for the estimate and was very professional. He found problems that were not picked up by other estimates. The painting crew was great arriving as planned daily and did a very good job. They cleaned up every day before leaving. The crew was very good to work with and should I need more painting in the future I will use this company.

Responsive, neat and overall outstanding.

Brian Jambora came out and did the estimate, setting out exactly what the painters would be doing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He came up with some suggestions to save me money. There were some comments on the Angie's List website where some people found this company expensive. I was pleasantly surprised that the company's estimate came in lower than the paint job I had in 1998 and covered more items. I had some questions after Brian came out and Brian was easy to reach by phone. The team that came out to paint was very organized and did an amazing job. I got compliments from all of my neighbors about what a great job it was. Alex was the team leader and he was really easy to work with. The work was done promptly and everything was cleaned up completely before they left. If you have any questions about how the 10% off coupon and yearly pressure wash work, just be sure to address that in advance of the work. It was worked out to my satisfaction.
