I feel they were not trained as well as they could have been, However, they worked hard. I would consider using them again. The service wasnt horrible but not the best either.

They were extremely professional. They were very polite. They cleaned up well after they were done. I have recommend them to friends. I am very happy with that company.

I found them on the list. They had good rating. They prices were reasonable. They were prompt. Their estimate was right in the middle. They had one of the better warranties. When we did have a problem they came out and fixed it with out an issue.

The job lasted 3 days and his crew was always on time and very responsible and helpful.

Albert was very professional and resolved the issues we had with the service in the end, however, the entire experience was fair to poor. There were 2 main workers who did a relatively poor quality of work. The job took longer than expected and we had to stay in a hotel a few nights for them to finish. At the end of each day and at the end of the job, the house was a mess. They did not clean up well and left the wooden floors a greasy mess with murphy's oil soap.

Perfect experience. No complaints at all.

The company really did not use that great of prep work. Their paint lines were not vary straight. They did a good job in some areas but they do not pay attention to the details.

We had gotten three bids and this company offered the lowest price. They did such a nice, thorough job. They used the paint that I wanted to use and made the effort to match the paint. Although they did have to come back to correct a few problems, the paint job was good. It was the extras they did (window washing, clean up) that was not up to par, but all in all, we are satisfied.

The work was well done and on schedule.

There was a mistake in communications between the estimator and the worker but, they were very sorry and resolved it at their own expense and to our satisfaction.

We hired Albert to paint the exterior of our house and replace rotted wood. Albert and his crew did an excellent job with the carpentry work replacing the rotted areas and also did a fantastic job with the painting. They also pressure washed and stained our back deck. We did end up paying a little more than the original quote, but that was because we had them paint an extra coat in some areas and paint the gutters, which were not included in the original quote. Albert was more than fair.

They did the job quickly, but they were also very meticulous. They were neat and tidy. Their pricing was reasonable compared to some other people. They charged me exactly what the estimate said. They made sure that I was satisfied with everything.

They were friendly, but very professional and did such a good job and they were so precise in what they did and the crew was always around the house doing work like an assembly line and each one was highly trained in what they did and their work showed it and the owner was even on site the whole time.

Disappointed with the quality of work. Residue (dirt) from pressure washing was left on sidewalks and driveway as well as splashed on various areas around the house. Pointed out black areas on gutters and was told that one member was afraid of heights so another crew member cleaned these areas. Thought it strange that someone afraid of heights would be cleaning gutters? Also, pointed out black (mold) areas and spider webs on wooded areas that needed to be cleaned, wondering how spider webs survived pressure washing. Only 1 member of the 3-person crew spoke English. They did a good job on the exterior window cleaning.

I have used Alberts painting for an interior job and was pleased. Their estimate was in the middle, so I was confidant in having them do this job. They came out and did all the deck work during our 100+ degree spell. I asked them to do the shutters as an add on and they did it all in the original time frame. They left me their personal number in case I needed any touch up.

They did a very good job with the painting. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work on time. They performed all aspects of the job very well and made sure surfaces were prepped correctly in all cases. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them.

Everything was excellent. Someone came out to the house and measured everything to make it an accurate quote. Their estimate was right in the middle and I liked the man that gave us the estimate. The work took three days and I liked all of the guys. The head guys was very good too. They did a great job.

They were very meticulous when they worked. They were clean. They prepared the room and cleaned up after the left. They were a great group to work with.

The crew that we had was excellent, respectful, and neat. His crew worked really well together. They were timely and they came to work every day early. They really did it like clock work. Everyone knew what their job was and the supervisor made sure everything was getting done. He would check everything over and if it wasn't done to his standards he would redo it. My daughter was only 6, so they made sure they kept an eye on her when she was outside. They were just really good people. If we found something that we were not happy with we were instructed to call them and they'd come back to fix it. We were really pleased.

Alberts's replaced some rotten fascia board and based coated 1st day. Foreman on site 1st day and excellent work was done. 2nd day foreman there in morning and again excellent work. He left for another site after lunch. Not much done. 2nd in command had no eye for detail and missed several spots when he said he was done. Did not have porch numbers done or correct paint for them. He had to stop to go the hardware store for right paint. Clean up was okay 1st days but on the last day stained the brick front steps with white paint. Left small pail w/ paint + water mix in the bushes. My front lawn hose disappeared that day too.

The work was done thoroughly and w/ no interruption of service. It's a three-story, brick house w/ wood trim, a large deck and back porch. All painting was done by hand (no spraying) and the clean up was excellent. Highly recommended.

We contacted Albert's for an estimate based on the excellent reviews on Angie's List. Brian arrived punctually for our appointment (early, actually, which was a pleasant surprise). He was very professional and friendly. He gave me a thorough explanation of what his estimate would reflect and what the work would include. In the end, we decided to go with another painter because of time and budget constraints, but we were very impressed with them and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again, and suggest that others do the same.

Punctual, worked long hours, put rooms back together, excellent workmanship.

Albert had 12 guys in his crew who worked quickly. Finished 2 days ahead of schedule; were friendly and professional. Painted one ceiling, a stairwell, and trim for no additional charge. He was responsive to phone calls, and returned for areas that needed extra attention. Unfortunately, with the speed of the work, the number of crew, and the different attention to detail among his crew, the quality was not what we hoped. There were rooms in which walls were not fully covered (white spots showing through color), wall paint on trim, and trim that was poorly painted or incompletely covered. Albert did bring a second crew out weeks later to repair some of it and they did a good job, but this caused more dust after we had moved into the house (better to have it done right at first). Also, they were very careful to cover the carpeting, but got paint on the hardwood floors. Albert also came back to fix this, and fixed much of it, but we are still finding paint spots.

Albert, Brian (estimator / sales man), and Julio did a great job from start to finish. They showed up with a team of trust worthy painters who take great pride in their work. I left the house with many valuables in their care and we have complete trust in their working and being good stewards while we are not in the house. They have a great attention to detail. They have good recommendations on what is a good plan of attack versus just painting everything for the sake of painting. They could have talked me into painting every closet and all the trim in the basement. I will use Albert again and would recommend his service to anyone in Charlotte. He stands behind his work, gives a reasonable price for quality work, and delivers.
