Albert's & AR Painting

They were very responsive in scheduling me quickly to get the rooms painted before I moved in; I did not think it needed painting until the other people moved their furniture out, and then saw that it did. The paint job was beautiful, the clean-up not great--there was a lot of paint dust left on floors and countertops. I called to complain and they went back and cleaned up, but used my carpet cleaning machine on the tile floors and did not rinse it out afterwards, so there was a lot of gunk left in the machine.

Albert (owner) was here working most of the time, which impressed me, and the workers were very nice, helpful, and diligent. The only problem with them was that they didn't speak English. Albert was great to work with. He has a good eye for details. I did have to have them come back to re-do a few places they missed or that wasn't straight and even, and one rotten board they missed, but they returned quickly and did a fine job. The only additional expense was for supplies to replace some wood not found in original estimate -- they did the labor for free. And also did a few other things with no extra charge! I would definitely call them again.

He had several people helping him and they seemed very good. They didn't speak English, except one of them, but they went to work right away and did a good job. I did get estimates from several others, and his price was about in the middle. His quality was good and he was very prompt.

All contacts were handled professionally and quickly. But could not get together on price. His bid of $4800 was a thousand $ over contracted provider's bid.

It was a fabulous experience! They did more than I expected! The workers were always on time, very courteous and professional. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing their house painted. I cannot say enough good things about Albert and his workers.

I need to repaint my 10 year old house before putting it on the market, and Albert's people did an excellent job. They worked day and night and finished the job in 2 days. They did more than what was quoted. The house now look like new!

They did their work quickly, and they were prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. They didn't spill paint on the carpeting. They were done when they said they would be done.

I have written another two reports. I will just say that Albert and his team are "gods" when it comes to what they do. His dad did the masonry for $400 less than an already good quote from another masonry firm. His supervisor Julio literally took apart an intricate door nail by nail and the door lock spring by spring, then reassembled in brand new condition. The door was going to cost about $4,500 for a new like door and they fixed the whole door for $200. I can write more nice things about Albert's whole team. They descend upon your home like an army of ants for a few days knocking out the job in a quality, professional approach. Do not use another painter or handyman firm in Charlotte. Albert's team rules and with good reason. I am very happy with the work they did for us.

Albert and his crew were professional, punctual, and extremely proficient! They actually corrected our walls that had been primed in white and then painted red and then primed in black and painted red...Don't ask, all I know is that Albert and his staff made our red walls look beautiful and they knew exactly what to do and how to get it the way we wanted. They also did a texture wall which looks awesome! Two thumbs up to Albert & Company! Thanks!

They were very good. They were clean, neat and did exactly what they said. They even offered to paint our door for no charge and we let them. They were on time and they said they would do it within a day. I think it took two days because it was a bigger project than they thought. They were very meticulous and they painted everything. They also left us the left over paint in case we wanted to touch up anything. They explained what they were doing.

Even though he was about $800 higher, it was hard to go with another contractor. Albert was very quick to return my phone call, was able to get to me for an estimate within a day, and prepared a very professional, thorough estimate, and took time to explain a cost breakdown. Very courteous. Almost went with him anyway, but contractor we did choose also has glowing reviews on Angie's List, and difference was too great to pass up. Will likely consider him again for future painting work.

They did a very good job. It was easy communicating with them, and they came out when they said they would.

Home was built in 1960's and had some very dated wallpaper. Albert and his crew took care of it all. The work was done in about 1 1/2 weeks. They worked very hard to get this done prior to Christmas. Excellent job. Albert has done a lot of work for me in the past.

The workers were friendly and even painted parts of the house that were not covered in the contract. Although the contract included only washing the gutters and downspouts, the workers thought that they needed painting and asked if they could do it for free!

I interviewed several companies and Alberts gave me the best value. They did a thorough job by priming the house first. They repaired wood before painting the surface. They were neat and clean and used quality products.

The job was done quick and put the room back the way it was. The paint is beautiful. Crew were polite, and kept their area clean. The sanding went well except they didn't tell to turn off the HVAC and the system pulled some sanding dust under the door and had to be cleaned in the other rooms. We are very happy with the job they did.

They are very thorough and have an eye for detail. They do quality work with great results! I got cheaper quotes, but the work would not have been as high quality. They'll return once per year for 5 years to pressure wash the house and building, and touch up anything that they may find which is needed. They have come out with 2 days notice to provide some touch up work and paint a new door. Great company.

They were great. They were willing to do several small jobs such as powerwashing and staining my deck, replacing a screen door along with painting my house exterior. They also replaced all exterior light bulbs - included with the painting service. They worked quickly and did a very good job. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I received 3 estimates and Albert's was the lowest by far. Started and finished the job on time. Had one complication. When they cleaned the trim and gutters, the cleaning solution stained the stucco in multiple locations around the house. They repainted the stucco without charge. I went ahead and paid for the stucco paint, but not the labor. They did an excellent job on replacing the rotted wood and painting the trim. Would use them again.

They were hard workers and very efficient. Easy to get along with.

Got estimate. Called Albert to schedule. Since they were on an outside job and it was raining and was going to rain for several days, they came that day and finished the job in three and a half days.

They did a good job. They arrived on time and did the work in a timely matter. The price that they gave me was reasonable and they did do quality work.

Albert's Paint and Wallpaper removal did an excellent job from Brian's quoting the job to Martin and his team of wallpaper removers and painters. They were always on time and very helpful. Albert's painting moved the necessary furniture and covered everything else. They were very careful and left no mess for us to clean up. I will use Albert's painting again.

The overall job I rated a B, because they had to do some carpentry work and its still not complete. They did a great job painting the exterior of our home, but I am still waiting for my screen door.

Their service was really good. They were on time and polite. It was a very small job but they treated it like it was a regular job. They took care of a lot of details that i would have never thought of.
