The person they sent out to do the quote was very polite and professional. I received a very detailed quote that day. The painting crew was excellent; showed up on schedule, and did a very thorough job. I am very happy with the appearance of my home! I would highly recommend this company!

Overall it went well. Timely, efficient, professional, etc. They did a good job of prep'ing and power-washed and scraped everything. They used high quality products - a mixup in the quote, but they gave us a credit in the end. The main reason I gave the overall report a B is because I have wood windows that used to open/close very well, and now they all stick (They told me i should use a spatula to get them open, and you either need 2 people to close them or you have to go outside to close them). The windows are not painted shut, but they none of them open very well any longer. Maybe this is an issue with wood windows, but Alberts promised me it wouldn't be a problem... 2 years later, we still need a spatula and 2 people to open or close the windows. We just discovered they painted over the garage door seals which caused a problem with the garage door opener. The paint caused our garage door to stick.

They were excellent. I used them before. They are very detailed with cleaning, deck staining, and sanding. They actually came back and applied an additional coat of staining because it weathered to quickly. They are very easy to work with and will do anything you ask.

Their pricing was lower than other companies. However, we were concerned that it was too low and reconsidered it. The person was nice and professional. He came out on time. We had asked him for some more information regarding his licensing and insurance. He took an extra trip to come out the next day to provide the same. There was nothing wrong with the company. We had decided to use someone, who was more experienced. We will use this company again in the future, if required.

The representative was very nice and gave me a quote for the work. I did decide to go with someone else from a recommendation. I would probably not look at this company in the future.

The estimator explained what was needed, and then scheduled the day to paint. The crew was on time and worked hard. Toward the end I asked Albert to have the guys touch up a couple areas and he came right out to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. They even repainted the front door and pressure washed the driveway, and these were not on the bid!

A very positive experience all around. Brian came first to give an estimate and Albert and crew started a few days later. They were responsive, professional and timely. They cheerfully touched up other areas not on the original estimate and clearly aimed to please. They cleaned up fairly well when they were done. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely call them again when I need more painting done.

They were very professional. They covered up all the furniture while doing the job. We can?t even tell where the patches were. They did a great job at a reasonable price. We are considering using them again to cover some more patches.

Super ! This was my second experience with Albert and crew and I highly recommend them. They were on site and finished the job in record time. Every room was done well and looks great. They will go beyond the call of duty to ensure your result is good quality. They also listen to any problems and rectify to your satisfaction. Albert and Brian take great pride in their work.

The work was performed in a very timely manner. Only 2.5 days total for a 2900 sq ft house.

Excellent job. Albert and team were prompt, polite and did good work. Albert was not always on sight but would check in regulalrly on the job and made sure everything was going well. Job foreman was good and made sure house area was in good shape before the team went home each night.

Brian and Albert and their whole team were very professional. Brian was very accessible when I had questions. I would definitely hire them again.

He arrived on time, prepped the area well, and installed the steps. He went to great pains to get it exactly right and at the end, the price he gave me was so low, I added $75 because it was just too cheap for what he did. This guy is the best!

Overall my experience with Albert's painting went well. My only issue was was the door jamb repair. Mr. Albert assigned someone to apply a thin piece of wood to the jamb to reduce the large gap. This person worked on this job for a whole day sanding, applying fillers, nails, and finally painting. The end result was a perfect gap that was too perfect causing the door to be difficult to open. I called Mr. Albert to inquire about returning to fix my door. After we talked about it, he agreed to refund the $25 I paid for this repair. I QUESS THE MORAL OF THIS STORY IS TO HIRE CARPENTERS FOR CARPENTRY AND PAINTERS FOR PAINTING. I will hire Albert's Painting for all of my painting needs you cannot beat his prices and quality work anywhere.

They showed up when they were suppose to on time. Did a great job. Came back and fixed a few minor areas. They completed the job in the time frame I was told. I would definately hire them again and would highly recommend them. They even did a few things without charge that were not included in the original estimate.

The estimate was the most professional one I received. It also happened to be the best price once the Angie's list coupon was applied. There were some communication issues. I told the salesrep ahead of time the color of our trim to match but the team arrived on the first day of painting with a bright white instead. Also, they thought they were finished and did not know the rod iron rails were included in the estimate. Apparently, the estimate had not been reviewed carefully by the team but they did quickly agree and do the work. Also, the salesrep said that Albert is usually on site. I never saw him. His foreman was very nice but we sometimes had difficulty communicating because his English was lacking a little. Overall, they were very respectful and would react to anything you mentioned. I was a little disappointed in the window cleaning at the end. I think it was definitely an after-thought because it was not as thorough as I had expected. I also had expected more caulking than I saw done. I will say that I am sure if I had pointed anything negative out, they would have been agreeable to making it better. Overall, I would hire them again because they are willing to work hard and at a fair price. Their work also comes with a guarantee.

Workers were careful not to destroy plants close to the deck during the pressue wash process. Deck stain was applied by hand.

The experience went well, but, I think they were slightly over rated compare to others. They were very punctual and the paint work looks pretty good.

This is a fabulous company. I would highly recommend them. The workers were all professional and worked in a timely manner. I would hire them again.

Great job. They always arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled. Albert offered to paint some of the siding during his walk-through on the final day (but I couldn't find any paint for his work crew for that task.) Albert also included power-washing the driveway and sidewalks on the final day that was in addition to the scope of work they commited to. They agreed to take all the ladders with them each evening which did not appear to be their normal practice.

From the very beginning with the estimate it was a wonderful experience. The work was done promptly and professionally. The employees were polite and very careful. The house is not being lived in and so I had to trust Albert and his employees to take care of everything. I was not disappointed. The house looks wonderful and I can't express how much I appreciate their help.

The job scheduler was responsive, scheduling us quickly. But after that things didn't go so well. We moved out of the house immediately prior to the painting. We returned as asked on a Sunday morning, to give a check to the crew boss for the completed job. But when we went inside we saw that the job was far from completed. The scheduler had assured us that the painters would match the existing white latex exactly, but instead, the walls and woodwork had been painted a light cream throughout. Paint had been smeared on the cherrywood cabinets in the kitchen as well as the upstairs bathroom vanity, the inside of the front door, the banister, and almost everywhere you don't want paint to be. There was even paint on the arms of a wrought iron patio chair on the back deck, where a painter apparently sat to take a break. For purposes of staging, we'd left half a dozen small pieces of furniture and several lamps in the house, including a couple of expensive ones with linen shades. The painters had worked at night and had apparently used our lamps to illuminate their work. Shades had been removed (we found one in the garage) and bulbs exchanged or removed, and yes, one of the expensive lamps was flecked with paint. We later discovered that they used our vacuum cleaner and made no attempt to clean it afterwards, leaving it in filthy condition with the mechanism clogged. The sloppiness of this job surprised and disappointed us, as we picked Albert's Painting based on its "A" ranking. That sloppiness extended to stuff left behind by the workers. We are still picking cigarette butts and wrappers out of the garden that were tossed there by the crew. They also missed a spot behind the master bedroom door which we had to complete ourselves. To their credit, they did paint the back door that leads into the garage; we had not put that on the job specs, so we appreciated it. The crew boss who met us at the site didn't speak English well but we worked out that the smears would be removed and touch-ups made, although nothing could be done about the color. Someone did return and cleaned up most of the splatters, although not all. That necessitated a second visit by us to inspect the work and make the payment. We would not use this company again and we would not recommend it to a friend.

They do some excellent work. We were very happy with their services. Their price seem high but its was actually rather competitive. Their work comes with a guarantee. At our request, they come back annually to do anything that needs to be fixed.

They did a simple paint job and just painted the existing colors in all the rooms. They were absolutely on time. Their responsiveness was fine.

Got an estimate for rotted wood repair (~$780). On the day of the job, I got a call from Brian saying that the guys were at my house and the damage was more extensive than they thought and it would cost $700 more. I asked if they could do half the work now and half later and he said no, that because their name was attached to this, they only wanted to do the job once and correctly but he understood if I didn't want to do this at this time. That went a long way with me. I decided it needed to be done and went ahead with it. The men worked all day long and when I got home and saw what they had done, I realized the job was way bigger than first thought. They left at almost 8:00 that night and came back the next day to finish it. It looks amazing and I got more than my money's worth, they replaced so much rotted wood, painted and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend and they were a pleasure to deal with.
