Description of Work: He repaired some lull boarding. I had a rail that had been taken down and needed the screw holes fixed. I also had some taping that was coming off and he fixed that. He also painted.

PRESSURE WASHED, SCRAPED, CAULKED, REPLACE LOTS OF OLD WOOD AND PAINTED WITH ONE COAT OF PRIMER AND ONE COAT OF HIGH QUALITY PAINT. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS PERFECT. ALSO PRESSURE WASHED DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK AND PAINTED MAILBOX. ALBERT KNOWS HIS BUSINESS AND TAKES GREAT PRIDE IT THINGS BEING DONE THE RIGHT WAY AND ONLY THE RIGHT WAY. HE DOESN'T CUT CORNERS.

RESCREENED ALL WINDOW SCREENS, AND REPLACED ALL LOOSE LATCHES ON WINDOW SCREENS. PAINTED BOTH UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS PORCH FLOORS AND DRIVEWAY. GREAT JOB.
