Regular HVAC check up and installation of air scrubber conducted today by Justin. He was very professional and conscientious about his service. Would recommend him to anyone of my friends.

Airtron tech Chris Stapleton called me and then came to house on time. Identified problem and gave me the best advice on correcting the problem. Definitely will personally ask for him again.

My wife Scheduled an appointment last Friday for an appointment the for the following Monday between noon and 5pm, we are still waiting for the tech or a phone call from these people to find out what the problem is, I will never recommend these people again!

It was $180 and that was for the maintenance contract for the year. They’re quick and efficient. The workers were very nice. What stuck out the they did well was explaining to me what they were doing and how long it was going to take. I've used them before.

I have a yearly maintenance contract.

I have a maintenance contract with them. I want to say I pay $120 a year.

They installed it for the builder. We bought a model home, it was already built. We moved into the home in June of 2015. I’m sure it was installed 6 months prior to that. I don’t know exactly when the home was finished, probably in April of 2015. I don’t know the cost.

Their quality was good. One person came to complete the service. The worker was nice and knew everything that was going on.

I like the technician. He was really good and explained everything to me. My thermostat broke and he replaced it at no charge. The only thing was that he didn’t arrive within the time frame given. He was great and the work was fine. My air conditioner is working and I haven had any breakdown. He gave pointers like filter to be used. He didn’t tried to sell me anything.

We use Airtron. They serviced our heating system last winter. We had to have somebody come out after Christmas to fix what they had done. They need to have some knowledgeable people that work for them. The first time when they installed it they had it where it was 85 degrees until they came out again to fix it after the holidays. They came out right away so they were good about that. They were punctual. They were professional. We have a service contract with them.

We bought our new home in December and the furnace was running fine, and then last week, it seems the power to the unit was lost. My husband called Airtron, who was the original installer of the equipment, on a Saturday, and they had someone out on Sunday! Since it was not an emergency, this was truly a pleasant surprise. They called before sending the tech, and once he arrived, he found thge problem quickly, and fixed it within an hour. Although we had to call Airtron because this was warranty work, we were so pleased with the service that we will definitely use them for any future issues once our warranty is up.

I contacted Airtron for an estimate to replace my HVAC system after receiving an extremely high estimate from a local company. This local competitor (with a catchy jingle) is who I had contracted with to maintain my system for the past few years. I received a return call from Matt at Airtron almost immediately and scheduled to have a rep out the next day. After receiving the estimate for equivalent or better products, AT LESS THAN HALF of the previously mentioned estimate, I not only contracted to do the work but was able to include some nice extras. The price to replace just the HVAC was approx. $4000.00 before the extras. That was Thursday July 23rd.It is now Tuesday, July 28 and I am happy to report Airtron came this morning and the install is complete. A 3 man crew arrived approx 10:00 am, by 2:30 or so the job, including extras was complete. The crew were each polite and respectful. They were focused on the task at hand rather than chatting every time they went in or out (big plus!) There were no communication issues whatsoever. There was minimal downtime while switching over the systems. They cleaned up everything prior to leaving, and I could not be happier.

Airtron really helped us out. Airtron ordered the stuff right away and were at the job site in no time. They are very hard to beat- service, quality are top notch. Matt the VP and the field foreman (Brian) do an excellent job and they care about making the system run right and efficient. I will not use anybody else- they came thru for me in a major time crunch. I contacted several companies, including highly-rated companies on Angie's List, and found this company to be the best in terms of meeting my needs with quality work at affordable prices. I dealt primarily with Todd Riddle in sales, but also met with the technicians performing the installation. Airtron proposed the best solution for duct layout in retrofitting a renovated ranch. Todd presented me with all the load calculations and described how my needs could be handled with scaled-duct system and single 4-ton unit to cover my needs, rather than trying to sell me a dual system for which others were quoting over $15,000. Todd and the technicians met with me during evening/weekend hours at the job site to fully explain where everything would be located and how it would function. They also quickly scheduled the work, showed up on time, finished on time to meet my construction schedule needs and did top notch job! I could not have asked for more from this professional company.
