Jonathan and team quickly diagnosed the root cause we were having with one of our units. He was great at laying out the options and their pros/cons without us feeling like we were being upsold. We had Aire serv of South Charlotte come out to do a full system check and cleaning, and then signed up for their maintenance program. I have to say that they did a phenomenal Job and the technicians put me at ease which is not always the case when I’ve had service companies come to my house. Everything was fairly priced and I feel so good moving forward knowing that they are in charge of our maintenance. I have struggled to find a reliable HVAC company that doesn’t try and sell me everything under the sun. We are getting ready to hire them to do an attic fan install to help with keeping the house cooler during the hot months

Jon Zeis was very professional and did not act like a salesman. I’ve had bad experiences with other companies. Jon didn’t try to upsell me, and our new high efficiency A/C unit is now saving is ~$100/mo on electricity. Highly recommended.

After going nearly two years of limping by with a failing upstairs A/C unit, John (owner) and his team carefully assessed our situation and proposed multiple options for us to evaluate. John has a deep understanding of the tradeoffs between different HVAC systems and was extremely helpful in helping in the selection process for our situation and budget.
