My a/c stopped working on a Monday night and I called at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning. A technician was at my house by 1:00 p.m. that same day. He called before he arrived and was very polite and knowledgeable. The capacitor was blown and was able to be replaced. It was close to 100 degrees outside, so I am very grateful for the quick service.

Air 72 was on time and correctly diagnosed that my freon was low. They searched for leaks and determined that there were no leaks before adding 3lbs of freon to my unit. I feel like the appt went as well as it could have gone. Would definitely recommend.

We found out about Air72 through our home warranty company. We have been very happy with their services. They installed a new unit for us in 2014. The installation went very well. The crew was professional and wonderful to work with. Our thermostat is a little difficult to program. Air72 has completed two tweaks on it to get it working and both times Tom has done a great job. I have recommended Air72 to friends and would be happy to have them here again.

It was fine. They came in the next day. They charged me extra for the Freon. It was about $200. Everything was fine. I knew I was going to pay something. I have a big air conditioning system so when they had to seal it up, it was more than what it's worth. It was fine. They were on time. They did pretty good work. He was very professional. He told me everything I needed to know.

Air 72 installed 2 programable thermostats in October 2014. Since the temperature was cool the A/C was not turned on. Since we had some warm days. I turned the A/C on no luck, it would not work. I called them and they came out at the scheduled time. After work was complete he would not accept payment. He said he should have checked when he installed the first time. I wil use Air 72 in the future.

They did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with the work done.

The gentlemen was very polite, put booties on in the house and arrived on time. I assume the he performed the tune up since he said everything looked good and handed me a receipt. I would have preferred a check list of what exactly was checked on the furnace.

We called one morning and they sent someone out that afternoon. He was on time and very friendly. He checked the unit and showed me the repairs that needed to be done. After that he went into the attic to check around. He showed me a quote and told me what he felt was necessary and what could wait. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. When he left, I felt like I knew the scope of the repairs, what to think about for next summer, and I felt confident knowing that everything was thoroughly inspected. I will definitely be calling Air 72 for my future needs.

Excellent company. My AC was very humid and they came out the same day to fix it. Turns out all he had to do was flip a switch in the unit and level it off. He did that and cleaned to coil and walked me through everything he did. A lesser company would have told me I need $$$$ in repairs.

He was very professional, polite and knew what he was talking about. He showed up on time and was courteous.

I highly recommend Air72. First time I heard of them. I will always use and recommend this company. They were on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. The technician Glen and the owner John took their time to answer my questions and explain why and what they were doing. I also had to call them back a few days later because the fan motor on the AC unit stopped working. I called the office and their tech was sent out the next day and the problem was solved. They even called my home warranty company to get an authorization. This company went above and beyond. Something you don't see a lot now days.
