 + -1 moreThe fan jobs seemed simple. After further exploration, Scott determined and clearly explained how and why the pre-wiring concerned him someone else performed was questionable. Scott and his helper installed a new electrical box for the fan. Scott made certain all the wiring and connections were flawless, compliant and appropriate for the task of operating. In addition, Scott sent me a very reasonable quote for the work I requested. I could not be happier with Affordable Services performance...
Description of Work: Scott and his helper instsalled two ceiling fans at my home and completed a few smaller electrical tasks...One of the two fans is a large industrial strength fan weighing spproximately 26 pounds assembled...

 + 1 moreI called Brendan. He came out and surveyed the current light situation. We scheduled the service for the following week. Brendan came out and installed my new pendant lights and some canned recessed lights. He made sure this involved mininal impacts to my ceiling. Brendan was courteous and professional and I have already made plans to hire him for another job.

Description of Work: We've had him for a couple of years. He recently worked on our outdoor lighting. He was able to put the fixtures back together and took care of finding all the necessary parts and did a good job. He has repaired doors for us, and assembled a lizard cage that had been a bit baffling to us.
