Love, love, love my Central Vacuum. Gary Boggs and his installers were great. Gary made sure I knew everything about my new favorite appliance. I don't know how anyone can live without this amazing vacuum. Thank you Gary for a job well done.

I am so lucky I found Aerus and Garry on Home Advisor. I did not know who to call and I hit the jackpot. Garry was prompt, knew exactly what the issue was (loose pipe), fixed it and was done in 30 mins or less. The best part was that I wasn't gauged with a service fee like 99% of repair companies. Will definitely call again if needed and may even buy those desperately needed new attachments!

After a week the system is working great. The real test will be the test of time. My old system was broken so I was without a vacuum, they were quick to get me back in business.

The sales person, Gary, was awesome! He came to our home, put on a demonstration, and it was exactly what we wanted. The workmanship was very neat and the system is very powerful. We have a two story house and it makes vacuuming so much easier. I would highly recommend this company. They are an old company in Charlotte.

Gary was wonderful. Very prompt and professional. My system needed only a quick fix which Gary did at no charge which was amazing! He spent time educating me on my system as well as other products he carries that are of interest to me (air filtration systems and oxygenated water laundry systems).

I had a 20 year old central vac system that wasn't performing well, with a dreadful set of ancient attachments. Being a Brit I've never used a central vac system before, so I had a lot of questions . Gary was extremely helpful, friendly and answered all of my questions about these systems. Gary is very honest and trustworthy. Even though he could have sold me a second set of attachments, he insisted that I'd be better off saving my money by just buying a second hose to keep upstairs, and carrying the attachments to where I needed them. I really respect him for that. The installation of the new system went smoothly and they did a fabulous job of talking through how to use the attachments and how to look after the system. I highly recommend Aerus, they made the whole process of sorting out my central vac stressfree and enjoyable.

I would rate their customer service response as 11 on a scale of 1-10. I was extremely surprised to receive a call from Garry Boggs shortly after contacting Home Advisor. We were having problems with a Central Vacuum System (Hose). My husband had conducted some trouble-shooting with the system and was unable to fix the problem. Garry figured out the problem within minutes and resolved the problem right away. I agree with one of the raters.... Great service, excellent pricing, superior expertise. I would highly recommend to others.

Prompt response, evaluation & install. We weren't planning to replace the unit but Gary seemed knowledgable so we did. He allowed us to borrow an air purifying system but after spending $ on new CVS couldn't rationalize spending an additional $1500. Maybe in the future because we have 2 dogs & 4 cats.
