Gary was an excellent salesperson. The installation technicians were very friendly and considerate. LOVE the vacuum and it certainly seems like a quality system.

The Aerus team was very professional, responsive & they delivered all that was promised! Garry, came to my home on Monday am & completed by Wednesday pm. Garry had a full of knowledge about the vacuum system that I was interested in and the system was completed and professionally installed by Tiffany & Robbie, who overcame the "prebuilt " home issues, that another company declined to do. Also, the system cost me half the amount of the first company's quote!!! This company is a 10! Paula W

I have used this company before and they have always been extremely responsive. Their response time is excellent. They are extremely professional. The first time I called them they responded almost immediately and dealt with the problem. The cost to us for the repair was under $50.00. Today our Central Vacuum System stopped working. Within 5 minutes they responded to my call and within 30 minutes they were at our house diagnosing the problem. We opted to buy a new vacuum system, since our current one was old and the motor had burned out. Within a couple of hours we had a new system installed. My husband, who is very "Particular" commented that their service was "top notch" He stated that the new system was far more superior to our old central vacuum system. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Garry Boggs really helped me deal with some carpet issues I had regarding the new Soft Carpet being made by many manufacturers. We tested out nozzles in my home until we found the right one to work with my plush carpet. Now vacuuming is a breeze instead of a hassle. Garry was so easy to work & a real stand-up guy. Always confirmed, showed up on time, & went the extra mile. Highly recommended.

I contacted Aerus and they immediately set up a mutually beneficial date for a quote. They were prompt and explained exactly what the product was and when the install would occur. The installers were professional and really worked hard to ensure the install was exactly what we wanted. From initial contact to job complete was less than a week. We are VERY happy that we contrated Aerus.
