On time, Professional, Honest, shrill sound when using cental vaccum system.advised me of the problem and would correct itself, something small lodged in unit, will work it's way out when used. What a nice suprise to have an Honest Technician and yes I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The installation was a retrofit into a 22 year old house. The installers were on time and very professional. It took about 5 hours. The vacuum is very easy to operate and excellent performance. We have a lot of pet hair to contend with and the Electrolux is the solution. Great for vacuuming the stairs too. I wish I had installed this years ago.

Great service, they were on time and provided a details on the issue and resolution. Everthing was good, the product is a bit expensive. I had to buy a new Central Vaccum - Electrolux.
