+ -1 moreHe is licensed with the sate to be an inspector and is a charter member with the North Carolina License Home Inspectors Association. (NCLHI161 is his license number). His prices were good. He spent a couple hours crawling around looking at everything and even gave me great tips on how to save money on energy for my house.
Description of Work: He came and did a safety and structural exam of the house and gave me a written report of what needed to be done.
