George and Jason were with us thru the entire process. Met with our insurance adjuster and made the process seamless. Crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Spent extra time cleaning up our yard and NO debris was left.

A crew of about 12 workers arrived and started the roof tear down at 7:30 AM and completed the entire replacement at 7:30 PM Everyone was very polite and extremely professional, All trash & scraps were picked up as it occurred, including a complete sweep of the yard for nails. We are completely satisfied with their service.

Exceptional. They are very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. Jordan (my initial contact) explained every aspect: from dates of storms in the area to pictures of the damage of my roof. He explained the process: what needed to be replaced and why, and what my insurance would need to process the claim. He helped us pick out the replacement shingles and was constantly at my home when the work was being done. The crew has been employed by them for quite a while. They were very skilled, and didn't waste any time. They were diligent about protecting my plants and clean up. Communication was excellent. I would recommend and use this company again.

I work from home and I was worried about an excessive amount of noise from the building of the roof but there wasn't any. Jordan did everything he said he would do and I am, and continue to be, thrilled with the result. In addition, he made sure my landscaping wasn't damaged in the process, that my property was repeatedly checked with a large magnetic rolling tube to pick up any stray nails. Jordan came back again after a few weeks and again tried to find nails with the magnets. I cannot say enough about Advanced Roofing Systems and the people who work for this company. The other men that worked diligently in 90 something degree heat were professional and respectful in every way. They, in my experience, all all top notch! It's a great feeling when you have confidence in the people you trust your property to.

Jordan Cox went above and beyond to help me out very quickly. We found a leak in our chimney, and when I contacted Jordan based in the recommendation of a neighbor, he came right out and did everything in his power to solve the problem quickly. Highly recommended!!

The team came in with an amazing process to remove the old roof and add the new and perfect cleanup all in one day. The team worked very hard to make sure none of my plants or patio furniture were damaged. The team was very pleasant and extremely focused and hard working. We love the new roof. It is beautiful and our leak is gone. We have recommended Jordan and his team to our neighbors.

The roof replacement went great! We are pleased with how it turned out. Jordan Cox managed it all! He helped us work through all the insurance stuff. He went over our yard with his magnet rolly thing 3 times to find any wayward nails. We have kids so I was concerned about the leftover nails. He also came by 3 weeks later and did his magnet thing again to make sure he got all the nails. That is above and beyond what was required and we appreciated it.

Jordan Cox of Advanced Roofing Systems lined up the appraiser, the insurance rep and joined them on the roof. Once we received the report- that day- we were able to choose the shingles, and set a date for the roof to be replaced. It happened to be the week of the 1000-year rains, so yes, there was a delay. However, Jordan kept us appraised of the schedule. The roofers showed up before 7am on the day assigned and began preparations. In addition to a very steep roof - 12 x 12 pitch- we have a large koi pond in the back yard. So the roofers, covered the pond with tarps to keep debris from falling into the pond and to protect the fish. They tarped other areas and moved patio furniture to protect them from debris. I left for work and when I came home at dinner time, they were wrapping up the job. They were cleaning up, straightening up and sweeping for nails and other small debris. Jordan was there to make sure all things were agreeable and that the project was completed to our satisfaction. It was appreciated to have all the preparation of the yard, pond and patio furniture taken care before the critical roofing project began. I was pleased with the process - beginning in February with my first contact, through completion in October. I tend to take time considering options and projects so Jordan's patience and respectfulness was appreciated during my decision process.

Bottom line first: 100% satisfied with Advanced Roofing Systems - I would work with them again anytime, and highly recommend to anyone in need of roof work/replacement. A very customer-oriented company with high standards, superior skills and reasonable rates. Owning a home with an old roof with visible hail damage tends to attract cold-callers offering roof replacement services; I had declined multiple approaches in the past, but upon ARS's salesperson's (Bryan Estevez) visit, and learning that the company aims to employ veterans and college students, I just got a good feeling and decided to have the field person, Jordan Cox, come by an hour later for an evaluation - great decision - I liked him immediately. Jordan is knowledgable, personable, attentive, responsive, and I'm extremely grateful that he coached me through the entire process (there's a first time for everything, and I'd never replaced a roof before) involving products and coordinating with insurance. He educated me on my options and provided valuable insight that enabled me to make decisions about which I'm very pleased, and generally made everything as easy as could be. On the work-day (which came quickly and with no delay), the crew was on-time, professional, dilligent, and took good care of my property - watching them work was a marvel - clearly they know what they're doing as well, and seem to enjoy it to boot. The owner (Charles Antonucci) paid me a visit during the job, and chatting with him just continued the positivity of the experience as it continued to unfold. The crew cleaned up, removed all debris, and magnetically swept the grounds for stray nails. When all was said and done, Jordan returned to check on things, and followed up again soon thereafter to magnetically sweep the property for stray nails a second time. Tami Hyneck in the office was great in wrapping up the paperwork with me so there were no loose ends. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the experience and my new roof - going from enduring the nagging awareness for a couple years that I really need to have my roof replaced, to having it all taken care of in the unexpected and sudden span of 2 weeks...what a relief! This all started with ARS stopping by my house to inspect the roof for any damage. I had someone else do this earlier this year and they said they didn't see enough damage to warrant replacement. I was skeptical but let them inspect it anyway...what did I have to lose. To my surprise they said they saw enough hail damage on the roof and gutters to warrant a replacement. I was still a little skeptical since it would still have to be approved by our insurance company. They met with the insurance company adjuster at my house and the adjuster agreed the roof and gutters needed to be replaced. I got the check from the insurance company pretty quickly and once i contacted ARS, they set up a time within a couple days to replace the roof. The roof replacement was completed in a single day and they cleaned up everything. Several days later they came out and replaced the gutters.once it was all done, ARS sent the final paperwork into the insurance company and the final check was received by me a week or so later. From start to finish Jordan was great to work with. He took the time to explain the process to me and there were no surprises. Great people to work with. Thank you.

Well, I first spoke with Jordan Cox and he examined my roof. The roof, being about 20 years old, needed to be replaced. He took pictures of damage being wear and tear and storm damage evidence. He was very professional, quite articulate and very knowledgeable. I had asked another company months earlier about coming out and giving me an estimate but they never showed up, so when Jordan with Advanced Roofing Systems showed up at my door, I was ready to talk. Jordan spoke with my insurance company, set up AND showed up for the insurance company's claim review (I couldn't be home for that) and made arrangements for the job to get done. He showed me several samples of roofing shingles of different colors and designs. We made the appointment for replacement and IT WAS DONE!! As scheduled and on time. Advanced Roofing did an amazing job in replacing my entire roof. I had been fighting with my insurance company over getting my roof replaced. Advanced Roofing was after to get my claim processed and accepted - BAM! They were kind and professional in all aspects. I chose Advanced Roofing Systems because they did my next door neighbor's house. They did a good job. The contractor was very good and I think he went above and beyond in fixing the plywood and the siding where they put the roof on.
