They did fabulous work.

They came out promptly and gave me a complete estimate. They were professional and seemed knowledgeable. The estimate was free. They made the roof estimate for the hail damage seem too easy; however, I don’t know about that. I have not used them yet as I am still debating; I probably will use them in the spring.

Kevin walked me through the entire process with my insurance company to get my roof replaced due to hail damage. Even tough it took 3 tries, he was persistant and patient. Once approved, he immediately got me on his schedule for replacement. His team was professional and did an outstanding job. Each worker is FULLY insured! Kevin came back after the installation to make sure my grounds were clear of debris and rolled a HUGE magnet to insure nails were not left behind. Picture perfect in every way!

Owner/principal came out to estimate job, described in detail what he saw and how he would go about work. We scheduled a day for the repairs and the work was done on time and very professionally.

Advanced Roofing & Exteriors, owned by Kevin Sweeney, replaced our roof recently after it suffered wind and hail damage in a storm. Kevin and his assistant Nick came on time for a scheduled appointment the day after our inquiry. We found them to be professional, intelligent and very knowledgeable. They did a thorough evaluation of the damages and had a very reasonable estimate in our hands the following day. We made arrangements for our insurance claims adjuster to come and both Kevin and Nick made themselves available to meet them at our home and assist in the claims process. The roof required a complete replacement and Advanced Roofing & Exteriors did an excellent job! They got us on their schedule within several weeks and during that time they made numerous trips to drop off various shingle samples we were interested in seeing. They use and recommend only quality materials. Their crew was efficient, hard working and respectful. They completed the entire roof in two days and did an outstanding clean up job. There was not a single nail or piece of debris left on site. We could not have been more pleased. Kevin returned the following morning to do a final inspection which even included the attic and a clean up of the dusty floor. We were so pleased with their work that we subsequently hired them to upgrade our back deck. They pressure washed, sanded, replaced two sets of steps and stained it with two coats of Behr premium deck stain by hand. It looks brand new! We look forward to hiring them again on some upcoming projects and have recommended their company to all of our friends and neighbors.

Great experience all around. Kevin is extremely professional and easy to work with. While his company is new Kevin obviously has alot of experience. His crew was quick, professional and courteous. The job ended up being a two day gig due to the extensive wood work required but it was clearly communicated that would be the case. They cleaned up after themselves such that there was no evidence of them being here. I received three bids for the job and while advanced wasn't the cheapest option I felt their qoute was the most transparent and likely to be in line when the work was completed. Great experience, I would recommend Kevin to friends and family.

Our roof has been a problem since it was first installed in 1996 when our home was built. From our first phone call to Kevin from Advanced Roofing & Exteriors, we received superior customer service. After our initial meeting with Kevin, we knew that we were in great hands. We felt confident that we would be working with a company that actually does what they promise. Kevin's constant phone calls to keep us in the loop and his follow through from day one was greatly appreciated. We were originally scheduled to have the work done on June 29, 2010 but due to concerns regarding the weather, it was delayed until the next day. On June 30, Kevin's crew arrived on time at 7:30am! They immediately went to work with amazing organization. They were concerned about our plants and shrubs and went out of their way to make sure that all of our shrubs were covered and our flower pots and patio furniture were moved. Shingles started coming off and the work began. We were absolutely amazed that within 10 hours the repair had been completed. All in one day as promised! In fact, looking at our yard at 5:30pm, no one would have ever known that work had been done that day. Upon completion, both Kevin and his assistant, Paul were there to make sure everything was 100% and that we were satisfied. We are more than satisfied. In a world where mediocrity seems to be the norm, Advanced Roofing & Exteriors stand out from all the rest. Kevin's attitude, communication skills and work ethic are something to be proud of. Those traits will attribute to the companys success. And we know just from this experience, that they will continue to be very successful.
