When making a deal make sure that all parts of the agreement are on the contract. I had a verbal commitment of extra work that was not written down. I had to call to get that work completed. So, all statements and request must be written on the contract.

They made an appointment and then changed the date at least twice. Despite the fact I talked with their manager about the details of the work to be done, when they arrived (without the manager) they did not exactly know what has to be painted and what not.
