I would describe our experience as “pretty good”. The ultimate end product was good and high quality. The communication during the job wasn’t great. We had a crew show up at our house after it had been pressure washed with no idea what to paint and no paint. We couldn’t communicate very well, which added to the frustration. They ultimately figured it out but it was a typical thing we have experienced with painters where the sales person and painters don’t communicate well. Also, they finished up on a Friday and said they would come back on Monday to move the heavy furniture back on our deck that they had moved off, but they never came back. I ended up recruiting a friend to help but it was again less than ideal. So, all in all, I’m happy with the result but the process needs work.

Painting was done well. Prepping could have been better and windows were not cleaned very well afterword. Price was good for the project and they worked very hard.

I hired Advance Painting and Roofing to paint the exterior of my windows and to paint my screened porch ceiling.The man that came out for estimate was very nice. He wrote a contract that said first they would pressure wash and Then caulk, scrape ,sand the wood, put a primer onand then paint. On the paper (What to expect) It says Your job will be overseen by a foreman and crew leader and their contact information can be provided once on site. Final walkthroughs will normally be performed by the crew leader so that any items needing attention can be immediately addressed. Here is how it really went. First, they called and said they couldn't come on the day they said they would because of weather, that they were a couple of days behind on another job. I said that is okay I understand. A man named Gomez came to pressure wash. During the pressure washing, he rang the bell and said he shattered one of my storm windows. He said the clips on the window were gone. He just kept saying no clips not my problem, not my problem.I have been in my home for 16 years and every year I clean all my windows. I have never used a pressure washer but a hose. I agree some of the clips were missing but not all of them. Otherwise the window would have fallen out along time ago. We have had storms,hurricanes and me cleaning the windows with a hose every year.I ask Gomez would he please turn the pressure down on the water because I thought it was too strong for my windows. When their office called to tell me what day the painter would be here I told the her that Gomez had broken one of my storm windows. She said I know I told my foreman. That was all I ever heard about that. They never offered any compensation for breaking the window. T A couple days later a nice husband and wife came to paint. They worked hard. They scraped the windows then put a primer on them and painted them. They did a nice job painting. I ask him was he going to sand the wood because the contract said the windows would be sanded. He said oh yeah. The wood was not sanded. It is lumpy and bumpy were they scraped. There was never a foreman that came and checked the work. They never called and ask me if I was happy with the job. I don't feel that it is my responsibility to police their workers. That is their responsibility. The foreman should have came to my home when the couple came to paint. He should have done a walk thru with them making sure they understood what was in the contract.English was not there first language. He should have made sure they understood the windows were to be sanded. They did not fulfill what was in the contract. I don't blame the couple that painted. It is the companys fault. I feel I could have gotten the same quality of work elsewhere such as on craigslist.

The crew that was sent out was very professional and courteous. They did a phenomenal job!

The painting was done well, when it was done. After 5 days they forgot to do the textured ceilings, they randomly missed doors or trim, and they left a mess. There was paint all over my wood floors, gouges in the wood floor, and things not returned to their original state (I.e., can lights not pushed back in the ceiling, didn t put back some of the furniture, etc). Some walls they removed everything, patched the holes, sanded and painted, and some they left nails, bolts, hangers, command hooks, floating shelves, etc, sometimes in the same room (3 clean walls, 1 with stuff still on). I m not saying don t hire these folks, but if you do, you need to watch them like a hawk.

Excellent service and price for service. Exceeded expectations as well. Was able to have my project finished before expected deadline with out compromising the finished product.

I am NOT entirely sure I would recommend them.

Painters were great and got the job done on time. It looks great. Only reason I rated them down is due to things said by the sales man that were not true.

I was very pleased with their service. Mario and his painter team was outstanding. Their prep to ensure no overspray was great. Excellent cleanup and pleased with job. I would use this service again in future.

The estimator and painters were very professional. The painters and carpenters were superb regarding their work. The only drawback, and it is minor, is that they had a tendency to leave drink cans and other small trash items behind.

Best painters ever. Jenny and Adolpho were beyond good. Very careful and did a wonderful job. Nice, polite and very friendly. We actually enjoyed them being here.

I will NEVER recommend this painting company to anyone. My appointment was scheduled from 9-4 on 6-6-2019 and the painters came at 9 am and left at 11:45 am and they told us that they were going to lunch and DID NOT return until 3:30pm. We contact the office several times to find out what was going and was misled by the costumer service rep Brandi. Each time we contacted Brandi she stated that they will return shortly. We finally got the project manager Luis to stop by and the reason that he was trying to give us that he needed to pull his crew because a previous job needed to be *touched up.* He can pull a crew that is working on MY JOB (9-4pm) on 6-6-2019 if he needs too. I am very upset that this happening and disable and in a wheelchair. The mental trauma have given undue stress and anxiety attacks. Unhappy Customer! Viola and Riley Everett

Great customer service, had someone that kept me updated on the painting progress, they came sooner than they originally thought they could and did the project one day faster than quoted. Their price was really reasonable and When I did not like the paint in a portion of one room they got another color and fixed it. Would used them again.

They did great work in a timely manner. They worked nearly twelve hours the first day and completed painting the exterior of my home the next day in seven hours, lâ m not use of workers spending that amount of daily hours on a project and still proforming quality work.
