Overall very satisfied. We hired them to paint our outdoor kitchen. Good attention to detail and overall quality. Preparation and clean-up were also to a high standard. A little higher on the price side but we do believe you get what you pay for, and overall we are very pleased.

All painters were courteous and helpful when we had questions. Office staff was prompt about returning calls. Still waiting for them to come out to do some touch up work, but overall this company did a nice job and my home looks great.

Fantastic painters! Our house has never looked this good. We will use them again.

They were to paint the new trim I had installed & some of the existing trim. One area was to get 1 coat, the new was to have 3 coats. How can you apply 3 coats with 1 gallon of paint?? They went around the house One time. I was there when the start and meet the new. They said they were done. The painting looked good but there was not 3 coats applied. Not in 3 1/2 hours. I asked for the left over paint, it was not left.

They did not paint all the areas we discussed in the estimate nor did they fix the trim. For the price I paid, I do not think it met my expectation. Not what i expected and would not use again.

Could understand the vast differences in prices for the same jjob.

Brandi and Edgar were attentive to my needs. Danny's rimming and work ethnic was great. I will definitely consider this tan for future needs.

Luis and his team did a fantastic job. The work performed surpassed my expectations and the customer service was awesome. There were a few touch up spots and Luis was very attentive to my concerns, great job by Advanced.

They were on time and cleaned up. I will use them again.

They showed attention to detail in their work and completed the job as scheduled. The only drawback has been discovering a few miscellaneous items (work rags and what look like labels from painting materials) on the ground under the hedges in front of the house.

Luis was the crew leader and worked well with the crew and was a perfectionist and took great effort to make sure every thing was done with great care throughout the project in 95 degree heat!!

Their communication upfront is very good, but that fell by the wayside once the job started. I felt like I was the foreman for the job. The first time they asked me to take a look at the completed job it was horrible. I could see right through the paint. It took until four evaluations by me before they got the job done to my satisfaction. I simply could not believe what they called a complete job. If your goal is mediocrity, call Advance. If you want someone who takes pride in their work, look elsewhere...

The service was good but not excellent. The painters did not have **patchwork** on their work order as agreed and they had already started when we arrived at the job site that morning. Took a couple of hours to straighten that out. They patched but did not sand down the patches, very sloppy. The overall effect is nice but when you get close to the house you can tell the crew really did not care that much about their work... it was like **get it done and get out of here**.
