The only English speaking person in the group wanted to argue about the work to be done. I continually had to call out the job estimator to get the work done. They arrived late, have not yet completed the job to our satisfaction, are asking for additional funds for work that was originally agreed upon, and have yet to clean up their trash.

Nice guys, great follow up and customer service, but was disappointed when I got home to review the job site there were paint splotches all over my deck and deck steps so they clearly failed to put down a tarp covering and now i will have to sand the spots off. Also, they painted my cabinets and did not remove the knobs so there was paint all over them. Really too bad because as I said, they were great in all other respects.

Nice job of painting but left garbage behind. Paper,coffee cups, half eaten pastry and ladder. Took over week to finally get someone out to get the ladder. Britt Tabor the field rep was suppose to pick it up the week before and was a no show. He was suppose to come out and give me a quote on some rotten wood found during painting, no show again. Very displeased with Britt and their secretary,Brandy was getting agitated after three calls about the ladder. Just felt they got their money so they didn't need to deal with me. Really upset with Britt for not doing something when he said he would. lleft messages on his cell and still havent heard back from him.Customer service needs alot of work.

The workers did a great job. I had a change order added to the original work order which was never completed. I was given excuses for 3 weeks and am looking for someone else to finish the job. The sales person and office manager did not do what they said. I will never use them again.

The painters this company sent to do this job were not the best. After the stained porch dried the porch looked very streaked and not covered. There were places in the porch that were not painted at all. I called Advance complained and ask to speak to the owner. This was over a week ago still no return call to tell us when they will be back out to fix the problem.

Awesome job and very easy to work with from sales to scheduling to the actual job. I will call them again!

Great crew! Made some great last minute decisions on the product and it came out great. Beautiful color.

The initial appointment was rescheduled due to being behind and the second appointment was also rescheduled but this time no one called to tell us....when no one showed up by 11a I called the company and they could not have been more apologic...third time was a charm! I can't say enough good things about the painters...they were polite, respectful of the property, knowledgeable and did a great job! They cleaned up at the end of the day and made us aware of issues like rotting wood...they were great guys!

They walked and reviewed job to make sure I was pleased.

They don't keep to their scheduled dates or tims. I know it was a small half day job but moving days/weeks twice then showing up 5 hours later than promised. I wasted multiple days for a project I could have done better myself.

Throughout the entire process the Advance Painting and Roofing team were very professional. The sales lead discussed options and pricing. I personally chose quality understanding the additional cost implications. Brandi, the customer service interface, kept me informed about weather delays, when people were going to be on the property, etc. The followup touch-up painters were professional and took additional steps ensuring all issues were resolved. The quote came with a 5 year guarantee. Several neighbors expressed how good the house looks with a fresh coat of paint.

They repaired my deck, and repaired my patio roof. Customer service was great and he showed up on time. The cost of the work was a really great price and affordable.
